By spending 1 point from his ki pool, a monk can do one of the following:
Make one additional attack at his highest attack bonus when making a flurry of blows attack, or
Increase his speed by 20 feet for 1 round, or
Give himself a +4 dodge bonus to AC for 1 round.
So my question is basically instead of the flurry of blows what would a tetori receive? Would he get an additional grapple or? A GM question or?
Nothing. The tetori archetyoe doesn't modify the basic use of ki pool, so the tetori gets the 3 standard options you list, and since they never meet the condition for the first (when making a flurry of blows) they cannot use that option.
