Waiting for me to have time ;D
But also, nobody has passed the skill check.
You put all the silverdisks and the bracelet in a sack and start to descend the summit and work their way down the switchbacks, some Kellids step out from the surrounding brush and block the path.
Stop there, demands a Kellid woman who hefts a massive blade. You’re are not from here, and those things are not yours. Give us the silverdisks, all the gold you have, and anything else you found there. Then you may live.
You can try to solve this with social skills, or provoke them a little and start a figh

Hakon, the Skald |

Hakon's knuckles tighten on the hafts of his axes as he faces the newcomer.
"Was that a threat? I couldn't tell, for it was delivered so poorly. We don't take kindly to brigands, and you'll find no easy meat, here – so begone or have your lifeblood emptied on this ground!"
Intimidate: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19

Rix turns around, staring at the newcomers.
" Making friends already Hakon? They look about as native as we do, so I'm sure they're just upset we arrived first."
Turning to the leader, he smiles "Hey Poog, I found someone who might just have a bigger sword than you."

![]() |

"Oh Really, Rixian?" Poog steps forth beside Hakon as she brandishes hew own weapon.
Intimidate, Aid Hakon 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
"I hear you fellow tribes woman however I have this to say........." Poog adopts the exact same position as the other women, hefting her own equally massive blade.
"We are not from around here. These things are now ours. We Keep the silverdisks, all the gold we have, and anything else we found there. Then you all may live, we leave and no futher bloodshed is needed."

Oykiv |

The Kellids are short-tempered and used to threats between them. AS you had refused the Kellids attack, certain that they can simply claim what they want off the your dead bodies. DC to leave without give them anything was extremly high

Poog doesn't waste a single breath as she sees her companion cut down, letting loose a might war whoop as she swings her own weapon at the one who dared to strike her companion down.

Oloch, of Gorum |

I moved Poog to be standing over Hakon's body (as that's the only way she could have attacked pink, which was her expressed intent).
Oloch is only moments behind, stepping into melee with a roar as he tries to even the score.
Step up, attack Blue.

damage: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 5) + 6 = 15

Kyra, Flame of the Dawnflower |

Not sure what sort of action it is to move an unconscious body...
But assuming its like an object at this point... move action to pick it up... 5' step backwards... free action release... then cast a healing spell!
Kyra reaches down and grabs the unconscious Hakon from under Poog's feet and steps back.
Quickly uttering a prayer to Sarenrae, she sends healing energy into her wounded companion.

Rix wisely styeps back from the wall of blades that his allies are encumbered by. Seeing that Hakon was rescued by Kyra, he chooses to focus his attention on the large weapon wielder in the back.

Oykiv |

Poog steps over Hakon to swing her weapon to the barbarian. Two can play this game seems to think, as the barbarian falls to the ground dying.
Oloch tries to even the score, but the Kellid warrior has better defenses than the barbarian and dodges the attack easily.
Kyra picks Hakon body as if he was a sack, and cures him with an admonishment.
Rixian throws a magic missile to one of the warriors wounding him slightly
Hakon will retcon his action as he was cured 9HP andnow is stable and conscious
Kess prepare to defend herslef, and punch the warrior hard in the head, breaking his nose.
I´ll give Hakon a few time before attack with the Kellids

Hakon stands up and thanks Kyra for her help.

@ Poog, did you edit your last post? I think I saw another numbers.
If not, well, lucky shot due to GM mistake ;D

![]() |

I don't think so. I thank GM for GM's mistake. Its not often I find monster jumping onto my blade.

Kyra, Flame of the Dawnflower |

Kyra, holds up her symbol of Sarenrae and prays. A wave of healing energy washes out from her.
Channel to heal! Unfortunately I can only exclude 2 people... and there are three still within range...
I will select out the kellid barbarian still standing, and the warrior that just fell...
So the first barbarian that dropped will be healed too... she took alot of damage so am hoping is either dead-dead, or far enough below zero that it won't matter

![]() |

Cleaning the blood off her blade, Poog gathers the fallen and builds a cairn for them.
"You forced my hand sisters and brothers. Rest and may the gods have mercy on your souls."

Hakon, the Skald |

Technically, I think only that last barbarian lady actually is dead... Please don't go burning the live ones! =)
Quiet, you... Let her work.

Oykiv |

The party don´t mind to draw more attention an burns the seemingly dead bodies. Then, having paid proper respect to the dead, and with the blue warrior spreading word of not mess with the strangers, the group goes to their next destination unmolested.
Excerpts from Ulisha’s Journal (Webs)
That the Riverfolk of Daggermark haven’t wiped themselves off the map with their wanton assassinations and poisonings is a fact that will never cease to amaze me. Still, where such dealings occur, coin is always involved, and one knowledgeable in the ways of commerce can always earn a good wage. Daggermark’s economy runs on poisoned blades, but those blades would be dry were in not for a constant influx of alchemical goods. Such goods wax and wane, though, and if one watches diligently, these market shifts can be predicted.
The next ingredient the markets will want is an adhesive produced by spiders and left in their webs. Of course more potent chemicals would be found in the glands of the dreadful beasts, but I am a scholar, not some vagabond sellsword slaying vermin for ale money. I have mapped a route to a newer nest that should be sparsely defended. My buyer, one Johannes Vox (an Iobarian of curious temperament) has not been as forthright in our latest dealing as I’d like. Perhaps it is time I sold elsewhere.
You travel to Daggermark to follow the map from there and, having to spend some hours in the city before going to the spiders next, you make the most of it an try to learn somthing of the city and your next foe.
Daggermark is one of the River Kingdoms. It is an exercise in anarchy, as anyone can hire assassins at affordable rates.
These hires come from an Assassins’ Guild, which has found a particularly deadly partner in a Poisoners’ Guild that also operates out of Daggermark.
Because anyone can hire an assassin, everyone in Daggermark tends to be overly polite. Most leaders don’t last very long, as anyone taking exception to their policies can hire deadly force rather easily.
Cs know enough about the day-to-day politics of Daggermark to receive a +2 circumstance bonus on checks to find another merchant.
Giant spiders are known for their venom, which is known to weaken their prey.
Spider webs contain a strong adhesive that is used as a stabilizer in volatile poisons. This adhesive is most valuable when it is fresh; the silk glands of a freshly killed spider are the best source.
You know exactly where the silk glands are located. This provides a +2 bonus on any check to harvest the glands.

![]() |

Razmiran cultists, weird space crashes, and now spiders? Ulisha has some odd combinations of interests... Kess thinks to herself as she roams Daggermark, trying to feel out any information about Johannes Vox and the adhesive trade.
Gather Info: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19

Oloch, of Gorum |

Gather Info: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (10) + 0 = 10
Oloch rejoins the group, limping heavily. "You guys know this place is crawling with assassins. Cheap ones, too." He winces at a particularly painful step. "Not sure how that helps us find this poison, though."
He grabs and looks at the letter one more time. "And what's wrong with ' slaying vermin for ale money'? There are worse livings."

![]() |

"I suppose it could have being worse." muses Poog having being told the contents of the letter.
"So any headway?"

Oykiv |

The map leads you from the outskirts of Daggermark into the Shroudwood to the city’s southeast. As the you approach their quarry, signs of obvious spider habitation increase, and especially large cobwebs link some of the higher branches. None of these are fresh enough to harvest adhesive.
The webs are thicker in this clearing than they have been thus far, appearing newer and white, rather than the dingy gray of those seen earlier. These webs crisscross the canopy above, most strands meeting near the center to support a large globe of webbing the size of a large pumpkin.
Oloch : 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
Kyra : 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (18) + 0 = 18
Poog : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Rixian: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
dragon : 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Hakon : 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
Kess : 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
AS you move near the webbing some of you fund two giant spiders trying to hide near it. You can be stealthy or have a surprise round, as you wish

Kyra, Flame of the Dawnflower |

Pretty sure stealth is not in our bailiwick
"Those one's there look far larger then I'm comfortable with." She says, nervously, pointing towards the spiders concealed in the forest up ahead. "Might be just the type to have this adhesive we're looking for."
"I've no means of dealing with the venom, so try not to get bit." She adds, saying a quiet prayer to her goddess.
Will cast shield of faith on whoever leads the assault, to give them a +2 deflection bonus to AC

![]() |

Poog Nods and charges straight ahead. All manner of stealth thrown to the win.
Charge!!!! Attack Cloest Spider, power attack! 1d20 + 3 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (9) + 3 + 2 - 1 = 132d8 + 6 + 3 ⇒ (1, 3) + 6 + 3 = 13
