You can hear the kobolds, yes. They are not whispering, but speaking in Draconic, a language they (wrongfully) assume you don't know.
Mud reminds everyone that his banner of +1 attack/damage only works within 30' of him. Oddly, his own speed at tiny size is faster than Stonewall's...
Round 3
"I'm dying, Kalak!" the burnt-faced kobold says, clutching the arrow in his chest. He pulls a potion from his belt and chugs it, disappearing instantly.
The second kobold throws a bomb at Odie, 8 acid damage, then draws his spear.
Bomb: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 131d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

            Round 4
HP: 45/60
Two things happen at once for Odie. One: he realizes that the trap will go off if he steps in the wrong place and Two: he realizes these Kobolds are more lizard-like than he thought and flies into a murderous RAGE before he can relay the trap to the party.
"YOU THINK TINY BOMB HURT ODIE? YOU WRONG, ODIE HURT YOU!"
Attack: 1d20 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 11 + 2 = 22
Damage: 3d6 + 16 + 2 ⇒ (6, 3, 3) + 16 + 2 = 30
Odie's favored enemy is reptilian, so I get a +2 on Attack, Damage, Perception, Knowledge, Sense Motive, Survival.
"HEY, WHERE DID YOUR FRIEND GO? HELLO! LITTLE FRIEND! WHERE ARE YOU?"

Round 4

Alset will attack with bow and arrow if any kobolds are in sight and if they haven't been smashed beyond recognition by Odie.
Since Odie seems to have eliminated the remaining kobold. Alset checks the surrounding area for other badies.

Odie slams his sword into the ground as the kobold jumps out of the way.
No one sees the invisible kobold, or anything else.
Alset shoots at the dodgy kobold, his arrow clacking against the cavern's ceiling.
Bow: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 22
"Aaaaahhh!" screams the kobold. He steps back and throws another bomb at Odie. 8 more acid damage.
Bomb (touch AC): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 101d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Odie rushes over the last portion of the bridge and takes a swing.
Greatsword Attack: 1d20 + 9 + 2 - 4 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 9 + 2 - 4 + 1 = 17
Damage: 3d6 + 13 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1, 4, 5) + 13 + 2 + 1 = 26

I forgot this last turn Ood sorry.
Ood walks over two acid bomb traps, one hitting him full force. He dodges the next slightly. 7 acid damage + 3 acid damage.
Trap Ref DC 13: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 101d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 71d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Ood is still stunned by the bombs and can't quite hit the kobold, and Odie slams his sword down again into the ground.
The kobold steps back and tosses another bomb at Odie. 8 acid damage. Ood takes 4 splash damage.
Bomb: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 231d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Ood slips the kobold into a chokehold, easily picking up the little reptile. Kobold is grappled!
It was a 5' step, so no AoO. You have not hit this kobold, but Alset did sink an arrow into the other kobold that hid.

Oh, right, I forgot about 5' step. I just feel like one of those should have hit him. It got me feeling like maybe he was an illusion or something.
Odie steps off the bridge so he is no longer squeezing and swings at the grappled Kobold.
"WHY CAN'T ODIE HIT YOU? ARE YOU MAGIC?! ODIE HATES MAGIC THAT STOPS HIM FROM HURTING YOU!"
Greatsword Attack: 1d20 + 11 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 11 + 2 + 1 = 25

            Round 6.B
HP: 37/60
Odie screams in RAGE at being unable to locate the other kobold.
"COME OUT COME OUT WHEREVER YOU ARE!!!"
If he doesn't show himself, and why would he, unless he has a small army at his back, Odie will make his way down the passage to the east, swinging his sword into any area that might be big enough to hide the creature.
Odie HATES kobolds and kobold like creatures.

Looks like Arcane Sight works as a simple See invisible. You can detect the aura but still can't actually see the item/person that is invisible. Can I get some confirmation on that?

| GM Mervikoth |

Arcane sight lets you see the aura, which tells you which square the invisible creature is in. You can then target the square to attack them indirectly. You do not see his aura in the stairwell.
The stairs open up into a larger room lit with fire. The walls are lined with niches carved into them. Each niche is lined with moss and holds a small brown egg about the size of an orange.
Three kobolds, adorned in simple leathers and wielding a spear and a sling, stand in the center of the room. "Stay away, interlopers!" one of them shouts at Odie.

Odie screams as he enters the fray.
"INTERLOPER? I AM THE INTER LOPPER! I'M HERE TO LOP OFF YOUR HEADS! HAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Odie tries to cut the head off the kobold to the south of him after entering the room.
Greatsword Attack: 1d20 + 11 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (11) + 11 + 2 - 4 = 20
Damage: 3d6 + 16 + 2 ⇒ (5, 5, 2) + 16 + 2 = 30

Alset hears Odie engaged in another fight with kobolds and moves to join the fray. He steps over the tripwire entering the passage to this room full of Odie-action. When he sees the kobold he fires and arrow (surprise!) at the closest one.
Attack - Bow: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (10) + 10 = 20

Alset steps forward and begins to heal the party. While healing he suggests that we look for a trail of blood from the acid-throwing kobold to see if we can locate and destroy it. "I hit him with an arrow. He is surely bleeding out on the floor somewhere. Can one of you see a trail of blood drops anywhere? Mud? Are you well?"
Alset heals all three of the injured.

Several rough pallets are strewn about the floor for sleeping. The kobolds carried a total of 14 gold pieces on their persons, and nothing else of interest. There are numerous eggs in niches on the wall, but nothing else catches Odie's eye. The invisible kobold is nowhere to be seen.

Once Stonewall can see properly into the room, he is shocked by that carnage that appeared after so short a time. ”Wow Odie, what did Kobolds do to you that makes you so angry?”. As Odie starts to smash the eggs, Stonewall says, ”Hang on, are those Kobold eggs? Do Kobolds lay eggs?
