Style Feats as Monk Bonus Feats

Rules Questions

Grand Lodge

I tried doing a search, but didn't see this. Sorry if I missed it.

Can a Monk other than a Many Style Monk take Style Feats as their bonus feats?

Liberty's Edge

No they can not take them as their bonus feats unless they have the master of many styles archetype.

Although many of the style feats have less restrictive prereqs if you have monk levels, so at least there is that.

I was just wondering, with all the new feats in APG, UC and UM, whether there was an expanded list of feats Monks could take as Bonus Feats (in PFS), or if you're still stuck with the base ones from the Core Book.

Liberty's Edge

many of the different archetypes add more feats to the monk bonus feat list. So you just have to look through the archetypes to see what new feats they offer.

Also, it's worth noting that one level of Unarmed Fighter gives you a prerequisite-free style feat as a bonus feat along with proficiency in all "monk"-descriptor weapons. It's a pretty good dip.
