Hi all - just a little notice on my availability: I am leaving Thursday for a week-long work trip to Colombia, and then the day after I get back, I turn around and head to Puerto Rico to help with hurricane cleanup until mid-November. I will have internet some of the time, but will be very busy so posting time will be limited.

So Shanya hasn't posted in two weeks and that tells me something. Does everyone/anyone want to continue? If not I can report this for PFS credit and close it. I want to, but I need people to post more than 1/week. What can I do to get the interest back in this game? I want to complete it, but I don't know how.

I am very interested in continuing, though the boards have been a problem of late.

Yeah, the boards acting up have put a damper on my posting.

Fair enough on the boards being spotty. But this has been an issue since before then. I want a more active game where a combat takes less than a month.

Also like I said, I really want people to be interested in this game again. I really would like 1/day posts from people if possible. If there is something I can do to facilitate that, please tell me.

I'll do a deleveled one as well, but I need to figure out the character number later, because I don't remember how high I've gone on those. Number is #86776.

It may be best just to call it at this point. It's always harder to revitalize a game than to keep it vital in the first place, and given my current RL commitments, I don't have the time to fully participate in such an effort.

It seems like a shame to just end the campaign abruptly when we have 4-5 players around still.

Would it be possible to wrap up the story in short order? Perhaps by skipping to the last act of the last book?

I suppose I can combine the last acts of the last 2 books.

Avora is leveled up and ready to go, except for magic items. How do you want to handle that? The changes are too extensive to go into, but I used Hero Lab, so she should be mostly correct, if not completely.

Leveling may take me a few days - should we do standard WBL and assume we've had a chance to acquire flashy new stuff, or just go with the gear we have?

Yea, figure out how much you have moneywise and get yourself up to WBL for level 17. Also for those I don't have an email address for, please PM it to me so I send out chronicles. And does Kalt want credit?

I'm back home and Kalt is now leveled up.

Avora is finished with her resplendent new magical goodies. Mostly, it was an upgrade to AC and resistances, but the ring of fire elemental command is new. I also upgraded her armor to leaf armor +3 and gave her a dancing scimitar +1.

I see everyone except for a certain slacker is ready to go. Once this un-named *coughOladoncough* is ready, I'll put up a post.

I have it right here. It says I have +85 to attack with spells, and +61 to melee attacks. What more do you want?

Sounds legit. Keep in mind, all the bad guys have protection from Oladons so they get +60 AC/Saves vs you.

Actually I got rid of the Oladon subtype by having Feral level me. So there!

Well they already have protection from Feral which is +70 AC/saves so that works even better. So there! :)

Darn it...

With the imminent approach of Christmas, I am going to be out-of-touch from the 20th-27th. My brother-in-law is treating my wife and me to a trip to Disney World so that she can see the Christmas decor before her vision is completely lost. To that end, I will be unable to post during that time. If I am in your game, please bot me as necessary. If you are in my game, I will try to find the time before Wednesday to make a brief post, but the game will be suspended until Dec. 28th. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a very Happy New Year to all!

It's been a month, Oladon...

I'm back and will be spending today and tomorrow catching up. If you ever get the opportunity to do the Ultimate Disney Christmas Package, take it! For roughly $800/person, we stayed at a moderate resort (Coronado Springs), attended Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, got extra hours in the parks, attended an exclusive Christmas dance party, had an exclusive holiday buffet with live entertainment (and the food was fabulous), and received a special gift in our room on Christmas day that contained a picture frame, serving tray, chocolates, cookies, and much more! All-in-all, a wonderful vacation at an excellent price! BONUS: Because our resort was undergoing construction, we also received three exclusive Disney trading pins featuring Donald and his amigos with construction tools!

I was able to do most everything I wanted to do, with the single exception of Avatar Flight of Passage (my shins were too big), but my wife and brother-in-law did experience it and they thought it was a lot of fun! If you don't know, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is an exclusive event with limited attendance where you spend the entire evening in the Magic Kingdom, riding rides, seeing shows, and getting free treats!

Anyway, back to your regularly scheduled adventure...
