So, took a look at the loot spreadsheet, but am not clear on how much gold I have. Is it 7800gold?
If yes, then he will try to find a Headband of Wisdom, a Cloak of Resistance +1 and I guess Boots, Daredevil Softpaws.

@ Grenz, your cash available is cell D80. It has gone up (to 8600 gp), as you bought a cloak of resistance +1, I have re-assigned your Chains of Resistance to sell (as they do not stack, both being resistance boni).

Grenz will have to make a Stealth roll as well. He has Darkvision, so no penalty, but I am assessing the (-4) penalty to Khamul’s Perception in the darkness.
...
I knew I had forgotten something (a candlerod or other source of stealthy light)... Although it's possible that stealth check by Grenz may have obviated the issue...
A rules Q for DM ShadowBloodmoon: Can I use Take 10 on the Charisma check for my Dark Communion Ability?
Dark Communion (Su): At 3rd level, a fiend keeper can entice the evil spirit to lend him its knowledge or its power as a full-round action a number of times per day equal to his class level...
If the fiend keeper requests power, he must instead succeed at an Intelligence or Charisma check (DC 10 at 3rd level, DC 12 at 7th level, or DC 14 at 13th level or higher) ...

I’m gonna say no on that one, simply because you are arguing/convincing an evil spirit to do something for you. There is a lot of back and forth bargaining inherent in that.

@Grenz do you have a plan for these kids?
Thought I would bring this one over here ;)
Yeah, I would like to bring them along with us wherever we go, and keep them in the background, perhaps gathering intel and/or managing resources and logistics, stuff like that. The way Grenz sees it, they are orphans and have no one to take care of them, so they might as well stay with us.
Imagine we have to travel to another location, and enter some 'dungeon' - we can leave the kids 'in town/village' while we go there and do our investigation, since I am not interested in placing them in direct danger. They can stay in the background during those periods.
If as we move along, they reveal to have special skills or capabilities, maybe they can become Cohorts or Followers?
If this all seems too much of an hassle or too dangerous, I am also ok with us finding a place for them to grow in peace, maybe a temple or an orphanage, where they can learn a craft and so forth.

I was thinking a little bit shorter term with that question, like what are we going to do with them right now... So I guess the answer is no, you don't have a plan any more than I do...
As far as the longer term stuff, I lean more towards the second idea (find them a place to grow up). I think the plot will drive us this way, as the general plot of Rise of the Runelords has us heading off into the deep wilderness after this urban episode in Magnimar. (Although @ShadowBloodmoon might have something else planned...)

Ok, HERE IS THE LOOT SHEET, and we are working on the tab "Second Magnimar Split".
@Grenz, your cash out is in cell B23.
@DM Shadowbloodmoon,
1) we found a gold bar, line 9, that we currently don't have a value for. How much is it worth?
2) I propose to purchase a Circlet of Persuasion.

The gold bar is with 50gp
As for the Circlet, you find it alright. There is a seller that works for the ambassadorial sector and they are willing to part with it at 10% more than the ‘standard’ price. Any less and they will let others know who has it, as it is not exactly officially for sale.

Unfortunately, I will have to think of something else at that point - 10% extra would be 4950 gp total, and I only have 4651 gp in loot and 144 gp left over after we split buying a wand of CLW... I will think on the matter.
