Here is a map of the part of the town you are all in.
From top to bottom, the 3 goblins Paul and Maven see are the dog murdering goblin, the wiry blue face paint goblin, and the pale green skinned goblin. The murdered dog in on H-14, under the cart. You may all select the squares you are currently in.
Only Maven and Paul see the goblins though! They may shout something out, but the crowd is loud and panicked and the entire are is currently packed with people and will take double the movement cost to go from square to square.
Any sort of movement or standard action must be taken in order, but any character can shout things out whenever they want. Talking is free and allowed out of order!
