@Brunner Well I just want to know who all went where, and it is ok to split the party. I just need to know who is where when I am running the scenes.
Cool,
Durp, Believe it or not, I must not have read the post entirely. I missed where you asked who went with her, I thought you just asked who went... Duh... No wonder you explained... anyway, don't mind me hopefully Brunner is paying better attention than I did.
Of course with just a +1 for perception we could be in trouble.

Scarlet followed the petite girl to the back room.

The sharing link didn't work when you put it up above. This link should work if you would change it.

Yeah. It looks correct.
I don't know why either url isn't working.
Might just have to provide the link in this thread each time I update it.

You’re using the link provided by the blue “Share” button in the top right corner of the page, right?

Yeah. The first link I provided was from there.

Scarlet has the linguistic skill trained and goblin just happens to be one of the languages I chose.

Brunner Hammerfell |
sorry about taking so long to post, a couple of things in game.
Brunner feels that the goblin is their responsibility, so he thinks they should take it along. He was fine with executing it for it's crimes. But since we promised we wouldn't kill it, if it cooperated, he will hold the group to it. If it stops cooperating , or causes trouble, then it's dead. If the group outvotes him and leaves it in town, that's fine. But I wanted to make sure his intention is clear because of the translator.
Also, since we talked about a watch, let's put one together that will be our 'regular' watch, so we don't have to constantly tell the GM who is on what watch. I think that would fit with the idea that were actually an organized 'mercenary' band. Brunner will take whatever watch no one else wants.
@ Scarlet, hey, if Brunner is scowling too much let me know. I'm assuming that Scarlet is a 'reformed' thief, or at least isn't stealing from our employers, or while he is on 'company business.' I'm not going to play Brunner as 'lawful stupid' but he is a dwarf. I'm trying to play him as sympathetic to Scarlet's plight and he see's the mercenary band as helping Scarlet to 'reform.' Having said that, I like the character and I will try and not be to 'grumpy.'

GM RelicBlackOUT |

There are 6 of you so there are a few different ways to keep watch. You can cut it into three 4 hour watches and you can do it two people at a time. That would take up 12 hours of the day.
Or
If you wanted to do 5 2 hour watches, 10 hours taken up. Everyone would have a solo watch except the last one, they would have two people.
Or
Go crazy and don’t keep watch. Only 8 hours of the day taken up.

![]() |

I have always done 4 hr watches. 8hr rest 4hr watch. How ever we do it, I think that we that can not see in the dark should be first or last, and the ones that can in the middle. Just seeing what people think.

Scarlet Blood |

Ah no problem. Brunner scowling at his is perfectly fine. He is somewhat trying to be a 'reformed' thief and won't steal from our employers. Reputation to keep and all that.
Scarlet will go with the decision of the group on watches. He has no preference.

Lanliss Endarro |

Yeah, if someone wants to volunteer a watch schedule, I'll be fine with it.
And so we don't have the same conversation again, here's a proposed marching order:
Single file:
1-Brunner
2-Dalron (unless he's scouting ahead, of course)
3-Scarlet (unless he's scouting ahead, of course)
4-Barnabus
5-Evia
6-Lanliss
Double file:
1/2
3/4
5/6
or maybe:
1/2
4/5
3/6

I aggree the single file inside, but ouside maybe Dalron first, letting him do the Ranger thing...
As for taking a watch, should we just do three four hour shifts so we have two on watch?

Okay, let's assume the party goes with this watch order for tonight using rooms in the inn. If everything goes smoothly, we head out for the "caves that howl" in the morning, using information our goblin prisoner gives us and Dalron's tracking.
Does anyone want to buy anything using our store credit before we sleep or head out? Lanliss will buy six matching heavy cloaks. :)
Do we still need to determine if the prisoner is coming with us, or not?

![]() |

I believe we are taking it, and chaining it to a tree or something before we enter the caves.
Dalon will see if Sten has any silver or cold iron tipped arrows, plus another 20 arrows. A bottle of anti-toxin would be good to.

![]() |

Places to visit:
1st to the Blacksmith to get the goblin secured.
2nd to the temple to see what help we can get and a blessing for a good hunt.
3rd to the Mysticality to see what arcane help we might receive.
4th to Sten's for supplies
Then to the caves
Don't think we need to visit Arvel's unless someone needs money for something special or has business with Arvel.
What does everyone think.

Evia Cloy |

Fine by me. Evia doesn't have anything that she needs to buy really, but exploring these areas before we head out seems like a good idea.

GM RelicBlackOUT |

Just to knock out some of the clerical work here are somethings you can buy at the local shops.
Mysticality: Many 1st level Wizard scrolls and potions. Spell components.
Temple: Healings, 1st level cleric potions.
Sten Goodseller’s Emporium: general equipment, supplies, clothing, weapons and armor. Nothing currently valued over 100GP, and no MW weapons or armor.
Blacksmith: He has the ability to make any kind of armor or weapon you would be interested in. He can also make MW weapons and armors.

Would Sten have exotic weapons available? Brunner will eventually go with a 'dwarven waraxe' but I assumed they would be harder to come up with.

GM RelicBlackOUT |

@Lanliss: Sten is already working on it. Scarlet cloak, with the team name on it... what was it again? “Scarlet’s _____” would you like a specific crest on it also?
@Brunner: They would not have one, and since it is an exotic racial weapon I do not think it would be something that Garret could make.
@Barnabus: Your credit is only good for items purchased at Stens shop.

Brunner Hammerfell |

That was my assumption, but I figure it couldn't hurt to ask, I would have picked one up at 'beginning creation' but it would have made him thin on other gear. So I went with normal weapons. Once we get a little more cash he may order some 'cold iron' or 'alchemical' weapons from Garret. Or ask Arvel if he 'knows a guy' :-)

GM RelicBlackOUT |

@Brunner Asking never hurts. As far as things go with the goblin, if he was not able to sleep for eight hours he would be exhausted and would not have been able to prepare the spells. I am still going on the assumption that his hands are still bound and his mouth is gagged. He did cast only a few spells yesterday.... ;-)
