I'm still compiling the character sheet, but here are background, appearance and personality
In the darkness,Zsestrian was catching his breath, legs shaking for hours, maybe days, of running. Suddenly, a river of voices, whispers and echoes entered his ears and flooded his mind.
He turned his head, and there it stood a huge gate, made of an obsidian-like material, its shape twisted in nightmarish ways. Zsestrian could do nothing but stare at it with tear-filled eyes, paralyzed by fear. He still couldn't move when the darkness, no, pure blackness, from inside the gate grappled him and started to bring him inside it.
And then he saw it.
A scarf, a little trail of orange was shimmering like a road in the darkness that surrounded him. Zsestrian followed it with his gaze and saw a raven, which was staring back at him with its black eyes...
Zsestrian woke up sweating "Oh, don't worry Crow, it was just the same dream as always. I'm used to it!" said to the raven with a broad smile.
"Not worried" croaked Crow.
"Oh, thanks, how could I live without your moral support" snapped Zsestrian sarcastically before erupting in a heartful laugh.
He sprung up from his bedroll "You know" said while washing his face " I don't mind your witty remarks, but I can't understand why you can't open up on my past". The crow shifted uncomfortably, as much as a raven can shift.
"I mean you could have some pity of a poor amnesiac. I can't remember who I am, how I got here"Zsestrian continued while putting on his orange scarf "Only clues I got is that weird recurring nightmare, this scarf, and you, so you could be at leas..."
Zsestrian stopped when Crow assaulted him with a flurry of pecking "I GOT IT I GOT IT" yelled "I'll shut up!".
After a moment of silence Crow said :"Near here, in about a week or so, there will be something known as the Swallotail festival". The name rang familiar to Zsestrian " Wasn't that a festival in honor of Desna or som..."
Hundreds of confused, hazy images flashed in Zsestrian mind. "I...I remember I went there more than one time!" He entusiastically kissed Crow on its beak "So you ARE my friend after all!".
That earned a peck from his feathery companion, but he almost didn't mind.
Maybe to sway the attention away from his unnerving features, Zsestrian prefers to wear colorful and eye-cacthing clothes. Something that is always present in Zsestrian attire is a long, orange scarf, rich with green and pink embroideries. Even if he doesn't still know it, this is a Kapenia, a Varisian ceremonial scarf, and probably the greatest hint that Zsestrian has to uncover his past.
Unfortunately for him, Zsestrian posses almost gnome-level curiosity, something that has put him in danger more than one time. It could even, maybe, be the cause of his amnesia...
As I said, full build later, but I was thinking of a debuff-focused witch with shadow Evocation/Conjuration from my patron for more flexibility.

Well, it's fixed in the Word document on my computer. That you totally knew I had. And can access from wherever on Earth you are. Because, um, like, magic or something. ;-) Story-wise, Keinara's fine.

As a guy playing a girl, I've gotta say I'm trying to steer clear of the clichéd way a girl acts haha, but I think she'll be fun to play. Seems a laugh so far and her stats allow me to take her pretty much anywhere.
Two-weapon fighting? Disarming? Defense? All weapon fighting (martial at least)...all good. ;)
Okay, so there's currently 17 applicants for 3 slots. I'm going to go ahead and close recruitment early since those are just crazy numbers. :-) Plus, the discussion tavern's at 6 pages already. So i was literally just reading the ultimate combat book at work and i realized.. I messed my poor catfolk Silence up so much... instead of fighter I should have made him a Samurai cause... There are a lot of wonderful characters, and I applied barely a day ago, so I think that my chances of getting in are very slim *Sighs*
Even if I don't make it, I still look forward to follow this campaign from afar. :)
And Catfolk Samurais are one of the coolest things you can have, after Kobold Bards and Tetori Monk Succubus.
