Under his breath he mouths some words barely audible in the midst of combat "Your kind has nothing but a dark shadow in terms of compassion. You are long past redemption goblin." He steps forward and stabs again at the goblin.

Aware that any attempt to drink the potion or poor it down the throat of his dying sister would surely doom them both, Sammy does his best to subtly push it towards any of the would-be "heroes," hoping against hope that one of them would save his sister. Why the two of them had ever agreed to go on such a foolhardy mission when their town was still suffering the after effects of that terrible raid, he had no idea.
Sammy is holding on to his potion in case someone wants to grab it from him. But I guess in game terms he's readying an action to pour it down Sammi's throat if he's ever in a position to do so without provoking an AoO.

@Aurora: Sammi's actually doing ok after she had a potion shoved down her throat. Better than Sammy anyway.
As the large cat starts laying into Skarn after hurting so many other members of the group, René starts yelling at it. "Bad kitty! That ain't no way ta treat those'd give ya belly rubs! I'll bring out the spray can next, if ya ain't careful-like!"
