No, you get it back as soon as I cast it. I use one of my spell slots to cast it. Part of being a Sandman.

No I didn’t. I have absolutely no clue what is going on and can’t see any hostages on roll20.
I know this battle has been taking way too long. The premise of this fight is to save the hostages on the barge of which there are still about 9 left alive. They are being handled abstractly so they aren't shown as icons. Once the weresharks are taken care of, the hostages are freed.
Can we move on?

Seeing her time to act was short, Lucretia sprang forward. She bounced, rolled, and tumbled forward to make contact with the Chosen.
"Let me give you a KISS!"
She lashed out with the Dark Lady into the cleric in front of her, using a Panache point to add Inspired Strike +2 to hit.

She then focused on reading incoming attacks, preparing possible parrys, counter-attacks and perhaps a dodge.

Again, Ke' stabbed out with his 20' spear at it...

So that is 2 hits, not crit with a 1 rolled on the crit.
Sivoth takes aim at the cleric for another shot, growling "Ish Ha'Kesh!" before firing.
Edited: Took Point-blank into account for the attack roll, but not the damage. Fixed.
The chosen will drop with that shot. The remaining weresharks will flee.
You are able to save the remaining nine hostages on the barge out of the 12 that were there.
An inspection of the one that originally claimed to be Dalang will find that he has nice looking greatsword among other things.
Ke' will cheerfully gather the hostages and Heal bomb them.
"And while I aid the hostages, one of you lot check out that Chosen fellow. Might be a reward for him." Ke' called out to his companions.
Shortly after the battle with the sharks is completed and you have rescued the people on the barge you hear some shouting, “there’ll soon be a public hanging of a murderous thief.”
Ke', overhearing shouting, made his way over to the commotion.
"Murderous thief eh?" He commented aloud. "Anyone we might have heard of?" He asked to some of the crowd.
Silas scans the crowd looking for familiar faces whilst he also tries to establish what is going on.
You soon learn the thief's name is Jalia Ramires. Silas should remember who she is.
A sizable crowd of several hundred onlookers assembles
upon the gallows pier. Moments later, a group of six well armed
Dragoons lead Jalia, gagged with her arms bound
behind her back, through a growing and eager crowd. They
march toward the end of a long pier where the gallows
block stands. The crowd boos loudly at the convicted
woman and pelts her with baitfish and rotten vegetables.
Eventually, two Dragoons escort Jalia up a narrow wooden
staircase to the gallows block. Soon after, the crowd is
shocked as none other than Elder Hargrove walks to the
block to address them. Quickly the throng’s cries soften to
mutters and Hargrove speaks.
Silas gets himself up on crates if he can and trying to get as close as he can to the gallows. As he goes he says"We have to stop this."
”Friend of yours?” Sivoth asks, ”if there’s a rescue, it might come with a side helping of dead dragoons, fair warning.”
After publicly decrying the hanging as sadly inhumane,
but an unfortunate necessity, Barrison Hargrove
departs, preferring the relative safety of his favorite
dining establishment.
In his stead, he leaves a squat and bristle-faced Dragoon
commander named Mulgrass Freth to oversee the
execution. Assuming command with obnoxious arrogance,
Freth gives the signal to proceed. At the top of the block,
the guards turn Jalia to face the crowd. They weight her
body with bags of sand and fit a noose around her neck,
while Commander Freth reads aloud the crimes for which
she stands convicted.
“Jalia Ramires, by my own hand, you were apprehended
in Port Offices attempting to steal city funds and secret
political documents concerning both Port Shaw’s defenses
and finances. You left behind no less than six victims,
all with their throats cut. These men were my own loyal
Dragoons, and I myself wiped their blood from your blade.”
Then, cruelly, Freth asks the gagged woman for any last
words. She screams unintelligibly around the cloth jammed
in her jaws, and the riled crowd resumes booing and
throwing refuse.
After allowing Jalia to struggle fruitlessly, Freth quiets
the mob and pompously proclaims, “For high treason! For
the capricious murders of six men! And many previous
crimes, I— Mulgrass Freth, in the name of Barrison
Hargrove, Elder of Port Shaw – do commit you to the
highest punishment under law! Death!”
Ke's eyes narrow at Elder Hargrove's mealymouthed speech, and contempt for the towns 'Justice' filled him. At Silas' outburst a sharp-toothed grin split his face.
"Well, can't have that now, can we?" He said as he pulled out a bamboo cannister and popped a catalyst in it. When he hear the 'pop' of the reaction take, he casually lobbed it over the crowd and right at the feet of the condemned.

As the mob quiets down Silas shouts out. ”Where’s your proof? We have been here defending this town against the sharks and that woman has defended it longer than most as a Wave Rider. If you had proof you’d show it, but this is about attacking someone who disagrees with you!
He does so with all the performance he can muster as a bard to distract the guards, particularly any who would start to carry out the sentence.
OOC I can do distract/fascinate as a bard ability, bluff, or diplomacy to stop the actions from taking place.
