An archer takes aim at Argrim at the end of the bridge,

The wolves and Sheyan, possibly Argrim, you all feel an aura of fear and the willies creeping within your soul this effect radiates from the goblin who is wielding a greatsword.
"Come an meet your death." the creature speaks in perfect common. As you see that he is actually a she, her mucles bulge and has a set of black wings that uncurl, she wears a burnished breastplate and carries a deadly greatsword.
She has her standard action remaining.

Sheyan feels the arrow just nick his thigh, again forgetting his armor is not there to protect him. He looks at the archers one more moment then sprints towards his wolves, attempting to free them

Ramm takes a step onto the wooden bridge and there is sound of creaking,

Tthe wood he steps on gives way and his right foot falls though, he is able to gather some balance as dangles.

Rammellorn struggles to try to free himself from the bridge planks.

He manages to crawl out from the planks and back onto the shore. He is prone.
Varl risks crossing the bridge think he may have plank sequence down, hopping every other plank.

The one under the water tries to free himself form the lasso as the current drags on him,

He frees himself,
swim check, untrained: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
He manages to grasp on the dwarf's, Varl, foot to keep himself form being swept away in the current.

Normally on Natural 1's I require a dex check to see if you fumble your weapon or snap a bow sting (DC 10). This is a spell so you don't need to roll this fumble attempt.
Your touch attack AOO did hit and kill that goblin, so disregard the 6 HP of damage Sheyan. YOu realize that you need to get to the backside of the goblin boss who is wielding the greatsword in order to try to free your companions.
There is an aura of cowardice surrounding the boss and expanding 10 feet from him, -4 penalty on saving throws vs fear. Creatures immune to fear lose their immunity while in the aura. This is in addition to a desecrate spell that is in effect.
