These are Heat Swarm and by your account there are seven of them. They like to team up to maximize their effect. They each have a fiery aura which extends out in a 20 ft radius DC 18 fort save. Failure is 1d6 pts of heat damage per round. The effects overlap with others.
These are diminutive outsiders form the para-plane and are rarely on the material plane. When they are on the material plan a volcano is nearby.
Other than this they have the typical Swarm traits that you can look up.
The diminutive zip into action each one targets one of the pcs. [ooc]the hound is does not have a foe on it but he is still in the midst of the fiery auras. Oh, the protection from evil auras or spells don't have an effect on these creatures. (The are neutral)

Karnog and the Hound are holding the line for others to move back. Hound has DR and Karnog has plenty of temp HP/HP to handle a bit of chomping before Nym blasts the swarm.

[Nym moves to -R 38 cast launches a fireball to detonate against the wall at looks like -M 40 (the south wall of the notched hall way. Should get all the swarms.[/ooc]
Heat swarms take 94 and I don't think they get a save or atleast it doesn't matter.
