You know, it's pretty tough to actually die in 5E.

It's typically TPK or everyone is OK, but you can still attack someone on the ground and kill them. Death saves are basically plot armor.

Lenthus backs off to the maximum range of his eldritch blast where he can still see and hit the Orogs If too many people die, I'm going to run. Probably wouldn't be able to do it for long, but I'll try to kill them as I'm doing it. Maybe send Axthres to harass them.
