Axthres's voice comes from the air, "Ill gotten gains? I distinctly remember hearing earlier: 'Lets arm ourselves from their fallen bodies.' I believe that, whatever we take from these bandits, counts as ill gotten gains."
"Hmmm." Lenthus says, studying the bandit, "Here is what I suggest. We take what equipment we want from his companions. We leave him with 10 gold, and enough food for the next few days. I will leave Axthres with him to help protect him from whatever attacks. Once he is able to get up, I return Axthres. He lives and can go a town, and we get equipment. If he comes looking for us, we kill him, and I send his soul to hell. Does this seem reasonable? Be warned, if you come after us, you will perish. The creature I am leaving to guard you is a devil."
Persuasion check against bandit. Could be intimadation, if so, remove 2 from the check total.
Persuasion: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15

Darn - looks like my post from the weekend disappeared into the aether. No matter.
Ril takes care of the gathering of equipment and coin.
Any ideas or guesses about where the way out may lie?, he asks the bandit captain.
Lenthus Dilwam
Ril, your post is on the discussion page.
"I am willing to spare your life. I am truly sorry about the loss of your friends. This devil I am leaving with you will try to keep you safe, but will flee if things become too dangerous."
"Heh" Axthres grins, appearing beside the bandit, "You and I are going to become best friends in the next few hours." He then fades back out of view.

Er. The way out is this way here...

day 12: 1d20 ⇒ 181d20 ⇒ 41d20 ⇒ 171d10 ⇒ 2
Day 12, the escaping party on way to Blingdenstone, stumbles upon a wondrous cavern filled with fungi and mushrooms of all sizes and types, harvesting DC for the day is 5, but as luck would have it a lone orog seated deep in thought, he looks at you and nods, then goes back to his meditation.
Ril Trausch
I've gone a mushroom hunting. I think its a good idea if we ALL do it? It doesn't matter if you dont have proficiency in 5E except for rare circumstances
Ril, after scrapping enough fungus together for a single persons meal returns to the group.
What a curious creature - maybe it knows the way out... Bryn, you have a silver tongue. What say you?
Lenthus Dilwam
Shroom hunting: 1d20 ⇒ 14
Lenthus walks over to the orog, and sits beside him, enjoying the silent company.
"Good sir, would you like some food? We can spare a meal, if you would like. And we have stories, and warnings, to share."

Don't forget if you beat a DC of 5 you get 1d6+WIS MOD in pounds of food.
I also find it funny that you are my only group, online and IRL who has met a member of the society of brilliance and chose not to interact with him. My other groups are praying that I roll that encounter.
Day 13: 1d20 ⇒ 9
Day 14: 1d20 ⇒ 7

Ahead of you, is another (different) group of 5 human raiders, this one has a halfling as a captive, in a 10' wide tunnel, that is suffused with light from the fraezres. They see you coming and draw their crossbows, More meat to sell to the drow boys! Exclaims the leader.

Umm, DaWay?

I was initiating interactions, and trying to engage him in conversation. You think we could do that part? I really did want to talk to him, and I was hoping that you would roll for a society monster.
Lenthus Dilwam
Ug, I really should have picked undercommon instead of infernal or abyssal. Thanks for rolling a good meeting for us.
"Stool, could you help with your spores?" Assuming stool is willing to use his spores and someone can translate the undercommon for me.
Apologies friend, I do not speak your language, but thankfully my friend is quite nice. In response to your question, much has befallen us since we last saw the sun. I myself have been here for a little over 3 tendays. We were all captured by drow, and managed to escape by jumping off a cliff into water. We made our way to a Kuo-Toa town, and a demon, possibly a lord, attacked. He is what I wanted to warn you about, as we think he may be moving in this direction. He killed one of our companions, and drove these two, he indicates Ril and Aten, temporarily mad, just from the sight of him. We are currently traveling to Blingenstone. Do you have any advice in a situation like this? The whole tale takes barely any time, because of the swiftness of telepathy.

Atta boy chap! Way to make friends! Ghiv encourages Lentham

Does he know of a safe passage to our next destination or even a way out of here? What advice can give on the best places to travel? Maybe hand sketch us a map in the dirt?

this.

Lenthus moves so that he is within 60 feet of the frontmost bandits, and Axthres turns invisible
"Kneel"
Using command: grovel on to two closest bandits. Automatic 2nd level spell. DC 13 save or do nothing but drop prone on next turn.
Initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Lenthus Dilwam
I need initiative first as I may be able to use my assassin ability
You only need initiative before the bandits, not us.
Ril Trausch
Ril draws back and lets an arrow fly!
Sharp shooter with advsantage 1d20 + 5 - 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 - 5 = 19 or 1d20 + 5 - 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 - 5 = 20... oohhhh dear, crit wasted.
Crit 2d6 + 6 + 20 + 4d6 ⇒ (1, 1) + 6 + 20 + (2, 1, 4, 6) = 41
Double Arrow damage - double dex damage - double sharpshooter damage - double 2d6 sneak attack damage
Assassinate
Starting at 3rd level, you are at your deadliest when you get the drop on your enemies. You have advantage on attack rolls against any creature that hasn’t taken a turn in the combat yet. In addition, any hit you score against a creature that is surprised is a critical hit.
Sneak Attack
Once per turn, you can deal an extra 1d6 (2d6 in my case) damage to one creature you hit with an attack if you have advantage on the attack roll. The attack must use a finesse or a ranged weapon.
Ghiv Masdara
Initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Unhand that little man you fiends! Ghiv grabs his club and it suddenly grows in size O.o
Casting Shillelagh
Vothe Rowan
Vothe will use Vicious Mockery on the one that appears to be the leader.
That's a dc 15 wisdom save or take 1d4 damage and have disadvantage on your next attack roll. I assume this encounter takes place a couple of days after the previous one, so everyone should be fully healed.

Ril dex and sharpshooter damage are not multiplied in 5e only dice. And you have to gain superior initiative to use assassinate, not that it matters in this case.

Vothe heals bryn and aids lenthus with his bardic inspiration
