BOOOM! Nerris' bomb explodes, taking out the tiny fey that is evading Orrias' hands, but burning her allies in the process.

Orrias, go ahead and make a reflex save for half. If the loss of that fey changes your action, go ahead and change your tactics.

Alexite, free from his paralysis, steps forward and with a mighty chop cleaves one of the fey in two!

Indra gets ready to unleash fury against the little fey, reading a spell to give herself insight into their next moves.

Pip and Orrias, go ahead and update your round of actions, then the fey will get ready. you've taken out 3 of 5 so far!

"Hold still you--ow, Nerris!" Flinching back at the sudden burst of noise and heat, Orrias glowers at the half-orc even as the fairy he'd been trying to snatch fell to the ground with a crispy thump.

Hissing through his teeth and he shakes his singed hands, the elf still darts forward into the swarm of fairies, still vainly trying to snare one out the air.

I assume my previous rolls are still valid.

Despite the foul fey flitting in his face, Pip takes notice of Nerris' explosive display. With a determined grin, he resolves not to be outdone when it comes to fireworks. He shuffles back, away from the tooth fairy attacking him, and starts conjuring some of his snapdragons.

Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1 fire damage

5-Foot Step back. Standard Action to cast Snapdragon Fireworks. Move Action to direct a snapdragon at the target square with Green.
DC 14 Reflex save for half damage and avoid being Dazzled for 1 round.


Orrias' grab goes wide, thrown off by Nerris' bomb.

Reflex: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6 - Natural 1 FAIL!

The little fey is struck by Pip's firework, having flown directly into the path of the little explosion! It's clearly quite disoriented from the impact.

Four of the creatures are still fascinated by Pip, but the two with their wits about them fly quickly to the south, turning a corner and speeding east out of sight!

Orrias glares at the fleeing fey, but knows he's not swift enough to keep up. Instead the elf turns back to the nearest fairy charmed by Pip's magic, snagging it and holding it away from himself with a disgusted expression. "I need a bag or something to hold this thing," the elf's gaze sweeps the alley for a bucket or other container.

Sorry—some scheduling craziness came up this week!

Alexite is more concerned at getting revenge than capturing fairies, especially since Orrias has one in hand. He glares at the nearest fey and chops at it with his sword.

Attack purple (2H power attack): 1d20 + 5 - 1 ⇒ (8) + 5 - 1 = 12 for 1d8 + 4 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 3 = 10


Nerris tosses a bag to Orrias, and he's able to secure the little fey inside before drawing the string. It bites madly at the cloth, hoping to tear its way out! The Lily got me when I looked yesterday!

Alexite steps up and swings, but it goes just wide. Indra's strike lands a solid cut, weakening the fey before it startles out of its fascinated state.

PipBOT launches a splash of acid at the one Indra cut...
Acid Splash: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9... but it goes wide, splattering harmlessly on the ground.

Two more of the fey creatures flee, drawing attacks from the party...
Alexite AoO: 1d20 + 5 - 1 ⇒ (5) + 5 - 1 = 9
Indra AoO: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
...though these miss, and the creatures get away around the corner of an alley!

They have all run off, but you have one in custody. What do you do?

Indra grabs the bag with the faerie and shakes it roughly. "You've got exactly one chance to come out of this alive, you little creep," she says, smacking the bag against the wall for emphasis. "Why are you out targeting tieflings?"

Pip launches off the last of his snapdragon firecrackers to ensure that the tooth fairies do not return to ambush the party. He turns to watch Indra - a crooked streak of blood running down her chin from the hole left by her purloined tooth - clasp the fey miscreant in her hands like a vise.

He briefly entertains the notion of joining in the questioning, turning this into a round of bad cop, worse cop. However, another idea pops into Pips head.

"Um, are we sure these things can even understand us?" he asks with a cocked eyebrow.


Huh! I thought I had posted. Sorry everyone, looks like I lost the advancement.

Pip's comment gets everyone's attention, and Orrias is able to translate the threats in such a way that the creature holds still and listens. It jabbers back, and Orrias is able to translate, "Damn your hides! Tieflings have the best teeth to pull - the most interesting! But as long as we keep getting pulled here, we'll never stop. We'll never stop! Mah, HA HA HA HA HA!"

He has a spot of dinner while waiting for the tooth-crazed sprites to spill their guts to the big folks.

The creature zips out of the bag and dashes down the street and around the corner. You're able to keep up - barely - and it leads you to a derelict house. "Here, here!" it cries, before attempting to disappear into the night.

"Free him?!" Blood flies from Indra's mouth as she gasps incredulously. "They took my damn tooth!" she yells, showing the bloody gap in her mandibular dental arch. She stomps around for a few minutes spitting and cursing until she finally assumes a semblance of only steaming anger instead of outright rage. "If this doesn't work, I'm going to be very angry," she glowers.


Indra, IIRC, you would have seen the tooth fairy that pulled your tooth haul off in the direction of the house indicated by this captive fairy. If you get there soon to recover it, you can put it back in your mouth and get healed (i.e. Cure Light Wounds or the like), then it will set back in place. This will restore the CHA damage, too!

Pip wraps up the leftover half of his sandwich and tucks it back into his jacket. He's tempted to scramble to find the cold iron bullet he launched, but he knows that there is a more pressing tooth to be addressed. He follows at Indra's heels as they pursue the escaped fey.

Sorry for my Halloween delay. Hope y’all had a fun time trick or treating!

The five of you make your way into the little abandoned building, a partially collapsed tavern that used to serve excellent cider before it’s structural challenges. As you approach, the fairy that led you there zips attempts to zip away into the night, but you see the final four little fey snarl and prepare to defend their lair!

Let’s have party actions first, since you’re attacking, and the creatures weren’t expecting you to find them. Tell me your plan of attack!

we need to focus on the game mechanics here. They have a relatively high AC, but should have a pretty low CMD. I like the grappling options folks have been doing. We could also disarm them maybe. Or if Pip could confuse/distract/fascinate them, maybe we could wrap them all up in a cloak or something and beat the cloak until they die. They probably have great reflex saves, but we've seen them fail will saves. If anyone has anything that works against Fort, that might be a way to work on them too

Pip launches into a tirade of nonsense rhyming to entrance and confuse the fey.

Please fly into this cloak," he then says to those fey affected, removing and holding up his cloak. "I promise that it's quite comfy."

He does not mention the matter of the pending pummeling, which he will leave to his tall folk friends.

HD Affected: 2d4 ⇒ (2, 4) = 6
Duration: 2d4 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4 rounds

Will Save DC 14 to avoid being Fascinated.

These creatures have seen this trick before, but one of them is still caught mentally off guard and focuses its gaze on Pip! The other three continue to prepare their attack.

Yeah Paizo's site is acting up. It reads 1 which means more than one pixie would have been splashed but I swear it original was only to splash magenta.
