Oh good. I have time to complete my interview questions!

Finally got her crunch and backstory sorted out. Here's Victrix!

”Please state your name, your place of origin and how you came to this building today. Please address the orbs.”
I am Sir Thrand of Prymlea Manor. I hail from the Barony of Littleberg in the Kingdom of Furyondy. Prymlea Manor is located partway between Pantarn and Free Borough, near where the Att River bends around from an easterly course to a westerly one. It is famous for its pumpkins and its horses. I’m surprised you haven’t heard of it.
I am the youngest of five brothers, so with no inheritance to speak of, I am here to test my mettle, seek my fortune, and make a name for myself.
“What horrors, seen or unseen, known or unknown, scares you or keeps you up at night?”
Where to start? I once saw an up-jumped peasant use a salad fork to eat his fish course. I jest. Thoughts of our vile neighbors to the north keep me up at night. They are always there lurking just beyond our borders ready to strike. I want to push them back and give the realms of man much more of a buffer.
“Do you value individual freedom and choice?”
Freedom is an illusion. We are all bound together by duty. Each of us has a role to play. Fortunately mine comes with spurs and a lance.
“What languages do you speak? Which do you care to learn?”
I speak Old Oeridian, the language of my people. I also speak the common trade tongue. I have always wanted to learn the languages of other men – Ancient Baklunish, Flan, Suloise. Mayhaps my travels will avail me of the opportunity to learn new languages in addition to enhancing my martial prowess.
“Where do you see yourself in ten years’ time?”
I see myself leading an army of knights and men-at-arms against the evil hordes. If the gods are kind, in ten years’ time I will have carved a new barony for myself out of the Horned Society or the Bandit Kingdom, or maybe even Iuz.
“Will you be able to work with, negotiate with or support a goblin, hobgoblin or orc tribe to get the job done?”
If by “work with” you mean ride my steed across the Veng River on a bridge made from the still-warm corpses of their mightiest warriors on my way to drive the tip of my lance through the shriveled heart of Iuz, then yes. Otherwise, no. Not unless there is such a thing as a virtuous tribe of goblins.
“Do you think you work well with others?”
I like to think I do. Some people are bound to rub me the wrong way. Still, there is strength in numbers.
“If you see innocents suffering will you break from the mission to resolve the issue?”
Yes, unless it is painfully obvious that completing the mission would lead to significantly less suffering in the long run.
“Besides wealth, what else will you work for?”
I work for land and a castle to call my own, and for a greater, safer realm for my king and his people.
“Will you obey the law even if you feel it is unjust and goes against your beliefs?”
There may come a point when I would disobey, but each of us must bend a little to the will of our betters. Otherwise there would be chaos.
“What can you offer the team?”
I can bring to the team the leadership and connections that only someone of my pedigree has to offer. I can offer them my loyalty and my sword.
“Are you willing to endure suffering to complete the mission?”
I am. Absolutely. Suffering is fleeting. The rewards that await me in the afterlife are eternal. I will complete my mission for the honor of Furyondy and the glory of Mayaheine.
“Complete the mission or save your companions- choose one. And why?”
Whichever brings about the greater good. If forced to choose between the lives of my companions and the lives of a thousand villagers, then I will pray for the souls of my dear, departed companions. If the choice is between the life of a companion and a chest of gold or some magical trinket, then my companion will be blessed to live another day.
"Who do you pray to?"
I pray to Mayaheine, goddess of protection, justice and valor, and sometimes to Pelor or Heironeous.

Will there be hero points, and if not, do we get the anti-hero bonus feat for not having hero points? If there are hero points, may we still elect to be anti-heroes?

Antiheroes

A PC can elect not to use the hero point system, instead relying more on his skills and abilities. Such characters do not receive hero points, regardless of the source, and can never benefit from their use. In exchange, such characters receive a bonus feat at 1st level. The option to allow such antiheroes in the game is subject to GM discretion.

Do humans get Common plus the language of their region as freebies?

”Please state your name, your place of origin and how you came to this building today. Please address the orbs.” Cerian Screamingtrees, I am from the Phostland in the tortured lands of Tenh. My story on how I came here is long, but suffice to say that I would not be this far from home were it not for the forces of the old one, and the current conflicts between the humans of Tenh and the Pale... and love.

“What horrors, seen or unseen, known or unknown, scares you or keeps you up at night?” I watched first hand the horrors that the Old one swept through those lands I once called home, I watched as people were butchered and scattered, and I have seen the demonic forces of that evil from a far far distance...as for my terrors... well thats private.

“Do you value individual freedom and choice?” That is a foolish question, I have met the most honor bound of paladins who values freedom and choice, Who would live a slave?

“What languages do you speak? Which do you care to learn?” I speak in the common tongue and that of my own people the olve. What else would I speak?

“Where do you see yourself in ten years’ time?” I would imagine that question was meant for the lesser lived races, but the future I hope to be at home in the Phostwood, once more roaming its great lengths, with my people, at peace.

“Will you be able to work with, negotiate with or support a goblin, hobgoblin or orc tribe to get the job done?” That is ... a most taxing question. It has been my experience that those races only care for destruction and chaos and death, certainly not the most trustworthy allies... but if the need were truly great, any but a demon is might be considered an ally.

“Do you think you work well with others?” I can be a team player if my skills and talents are used properly.

“If you see innocents suffering will you break from the mission to resolve the issue?” Again with the trying questions. The greater good would always be served... if the greater good is the completion of the mission, then it will come first, it the innocents seem to be the most pressing concern I will do what I can for them.

“Besides wealth, what else will you work for?” Peace.

“Will you obey the law even if you feel it is unjust and goes against your beliefs?” Now that depends,Their is value to following the word of law, just as their is value in ignoring it if one must.

“What can you offer the team?” I am a skilled tracker of man and beast, My arrows can strike from afar and if pressed, my skill with an axe or dagger will suffice.

“Are you willing to endure suffering to complete the mission?”
As I have endured so much suffering already, what would a little more do to stop me?

“Complete the mission or save your companions- choose one. And why?” My companions will always come first, the many are stronger than one.
"Who do you pray to?" From my people The Seldarine, for my fallen lover, Wee Jas.

I hope this isnt too late, finishing editing the charector sheet now
