Surrounding the lone wolf the group finally manages to put it down, albeit with some sadness from some members of the party. Their current docking location provided them some measure of isolation as not a lot of people are in the area and those that are in the area are well off in the distance doing other tasks.
Passad emerges from the hold of the ship and sees the carnage from the recent battle. Matella the dwarf is behind him and also sees what the party has wrought and hisses angrily "This is just what I feared! We must flee the harbor immediately! Before more Razmiran guards come around!" and she begins barking her orders at the sailors to shove off.
"Get what you want from the dead and then toss them overboard once we are off the docks..."

I will as well. Had no intention of killing anyone.
I had assumed the area was pretty empty. Does it look like anyone saw, or might have gotten a good look at what went down. Is it possible to pull a Star Wars, here and dress as the guards with some disguise, and bring the rest of us in for "questioning"?

Cyrus looks down at the bodies before answering the question "Well, I do say, I hope we get in the inn better than we dealt with these guards. Otherwise the whole thing may turn into a slaughter. We'll get the mission done somehow, even if we accidently kill everyone." He tries to put a smile on but he's only half kidding. "I say we just stroll in there for a nice hot meal and a drink, and figure it out from there."

Hellena and Beckett ensure none of the Razmiran guards perishes from the dock fight and the group heaves their unconscious bodies off the boat onto the wooden docks before leaving. Acknowledging that the docks were currently sparsely occupied during the fight, the group knows it takes a lot of time to undress an unconscious body, and not knowing how much time they do have- wisely leave the guards clothed before pushing off and continuing down the river.

Feeling the heat of his companions comments, Dante looks around guiltily. "It was going swimmingly... until someone down here caused a ruckus! "Om, hey what's that strange little club you've got? Looks useful for just whacking guys over the head without blood."
As they rest on the journey away from Xer, Dante frowns as they ponder their next move. "Yes, we could easily pass off as travellers, though we are a rag tag bunch."

As the two seem argue on and on, Beckett attempts to put a stop to it, "Come on. We are all in this together, and all want the same thing. To the best of our knowledge, the people we are looking for are being held here, somewhere. What happened, happened, and I'm not sure that there is anything that might have changed it. Luck was just not with us."
"I'm just as much to blame for trying to lure them below deck, and a cursory inspection would have revealed you all, regardless. Trying to go in by cover of night is a wise plan, though I fear the locals will be in high alert now. However, we can not afford to wait weeks for things to calm down."
"Perhaps Omreejka and Cyrus could act as a league of merchants, as you suggested, with Sir Dante and Taggins as hired guards? Hellena and myself could be religious pilgrims that booked passage with you, as suggested to seek answers to spiritual questions? I doubt we will be as useful as merchants. It would not be so much a lie, for I do have questions about this nation's faith, just not the type I think they would like, and as a whole, we do have business here. A trade of goods for services, from a certain point of view."
