King Markadian V |

The guards quiet for a moment before the door bursts open and the two men rush in, lust on their faces and keys in hands. One comes up to the doorway first and begins fumbling with the lock while the other begins making dirty comments about what's coming. Suddenly as the door is opened, they both realize that the prisoners are not in the shackles, "Oh, damnit all to the nine hells!"

Our villains attack, Iymiira first by summoning a sphere of darkness, plunging our foes into a pitch black nightmare. Firetongue sends a blast of flame towards the guards while Null attacks the same.
Both guards, suddenly plunged into blackness, draw swords and flail about, trying to hit anything. Amazingly, both find purchase with their strikes. (Iymiira takes 10 points of damage, Null takes 6)

Firetongue lays his hands upon his mistress, restoring her wounds. "Why do drow get jealous when I do this?"

Iymiira Arabviir |

"It won't last long enough. But with this equipment, we should be able to make it out of here. And it appears that we have a key to something, perhaps there is more that can be gathered while we make our escape."

Grumblejack |

A search of the cells reveals one other occupant. Behind the large doorway you find the form of an ogre. As you search, he grumbles as quietly as an ogre can. "What you little 'uns doing?"
It's obvious from the horns on his head that this ogre isn't a normal ogre, but rather the tiefling variant of one.

Iymiira Arabviir |

"Leaving this sorry excuse for a prison. Perhaps you can be of use to our cause. If we free you, will you join us against the humans of this place?"

Iymiira Arabviir |

"Besides getting out of this cell and slaughtering the weak and pitiful humans that hold you here? A promise of more of the same, and power, all for the glory of Asmodeus."
"Or you can just sit here and rot. Your choice, but make it quickly."

Iymiira Arabviir |

Iymviira, and hopefully the others, take up positions to cut down the ogre upon his release if he proves to be untrustworthy.

Iymiira Arabviir |

Her eyes narrow, and she addresses the ogre much like she would a slave back home, "When we let you out, you will follow us, in the name of Asmodeus. Any treachery or weakness will be dealt with swiftly and without mercy. If you do not comply when we let you out, we will cut you down. Swear fealty or rot in your cell to die by the hands of these puny humans that hold you."

I'll wait for further input before we open the door

-Null- |

Null looks to the Drow and nods in agreement. He then takes up a position around the edge of the cell door, with his newly acquired longsword in both hands, and with the blade parallel to the ground. He is ready to slice the ogre wide open should he not follow the Drows clear commands.

Iymiira Arabviir |

Taking up positions, Iymviira uses the keys procured from the fallen guards to open the ogre's cell door. She is certain that her mastery of forceful persuasion will keep him in line... for now.
I'll open up the door, and undo restraints if necessary.

-Null- |

I have moved my token on the Roll20 map. I positioned myself just outside the cell door.
Null sheaths the longsword, assuming the guard had a sheath with the sword, and watches as the teams newly acquired slave exits the cell.
"So the question seems to be, or do we merely escape, do we repay every last human for our imprisonment?"
"My suggestion would be to find the quickest way out, before these humans can gather further forces. I am wounded, and do not believe it likely that with my current resources I could stop many opponents."

Iymiira Arabviir |

"While I would like to kill as many of these humans as possible, they have the advantage of numbers. Certainly a few will feel our wrath even if we try to escape as quickly as possible. Perhaps if we find and eliminate their leader, we can force them to surrender. I could use a few slaves to carry the loot we acquire along the way."
Iymviira laughs at the thought of properly punishing the puny surface dwellers that thought they could hold her. These impudent males will soon learn their place... beneath my boot.

-Null- |

"Hmm. You are most likely correct at guessing that the front door is probably locked or impassable by our force. Finding their leader may well be an excellent plan."
"Where do human prison wardens keep their chambers?"

Iymiira Arabviir |

"Most likely in the most fortified position, well above his underlings so he can watch them and feel powerful. So far we have drawn little attention, but I doubt that we will be able to disguise our escape for long. We must maintain the advantage of speed and surprise as long as we can. Hopefully it lasts long enough to reach their leader."

King Markadian V |

The doorway to the south lies open. Beyond sits a table with several chairs around it. A set of playing cards lies upon it, two hands currently dealt out. A set of chips sits as the wager. A bottle of poor whiskey sits on the table, two glasses in use.
The door to the right is the room Null met with Tiadora, while a set of stairs leads down.

-Null- |

"Your manservant seems very skilled at hiding, and is small. Perhaps you should send him out to locate the warden's chambers. He could likely do so undetected. We could provide a distraction in the form of violence."

Iymiira Arabviir |

"Yes, sending him out to scout the area is an excellent idea. Manservant, go forth and scout the area. Look for both escape routes and the location of the Warden. Come back to us here after, and quickly."
"We should let him survey the area before we begin doing work. We should gain every advantage possible to thoroughly destroy these humans."

Firetongue |

Firetongue breaks off, this an expected part of his duties, "As the king, I must protect my servants, yes. Now where to go? And what's a warden? Probably pointy and spiky, knowing mistress."
The goblin is gone for a few moments before returning, responding in undercommon, "At the bottom of the stairs is a door. It's open enough for me to have fit through. A guard is on the other side sleeping in the corner. In the hallway there are four doors, two to the left, one to the right, and one at the far end. I didn't go further, but listened to each. I heard nothing. I did claim a trophy from the guard though!" At this he holds up a set of bootlaces.

Iymiira sneaks up to the sleeping guard. As she does, the smell of alcohol wafts up to her. As she moves, she knocks his glass over, spilling a bit on her foot. The guard jerks up for a moment before batting at the air, "Ngrk, go awah preachah, ahm tirreddzzzz....." He falls back asleep.
