We really shouldn't try to kill this Minotaur. I have played this scenario before so I don't want to meta game but that thing is viscous. But I will help if the group decides to try and kill it.
"Now is not the time Xerance! Come with me. Janira knows what she is doing. We shall come back later and kill the beast. JANIRA! We will be back for you."
Rainer grabs Xerance and starts moving towards the cave.

Xerance lets herself get drawn away though she struggles a bit.
"But, but... Janira, we should help her." She asks Rainer. When Rainer makes his point she yells from the entrance of the tunnel "MAY SHELYN PROTECT YOU JANIRA! WE WILL COME BACK FOR YOU I SWEAR IT!"

"Well then! Janira, we'll meet again! Give horn face there a good one!" Kruck joins the others down the caves.
I have played this before too. Done this both ways with the minotaur.

"I trust Janira. She is also a superior officer and we should obey the command. But the moment we are done in this gods forsaken cave I will personally go out there and kill the horned beast if he lays a hand on her."

As you all run into the safety of the tunnel leaving Janira to distract the big mean Minotaur all by herself she tosses you a backpack
"Here you might need this more then me" after having said that Janira runs towards the forrest. As you look over your shoulder you can just see the minotaur chasing after Janira through the trees, fighting its way through the dense undergrowth. Soon the cacophony of the chase fades and the sounds of the forest slowly return to normal.
The narrow tunnel you entered twists and turns for several hundred feet before slowly opening to a wider passage. A large hole spans the cave’s width and stretches ten feet down the path. At the bottom of the pit lies a small bundle of cloth.

"Should we distribute the content of the backpack amongst us?I can use the wand of cure light wounds in case no one else can. In case we come up against more swarms I could probably use the alchemist fires as well.

"No, I am fine - strangely, there appears to have been a well-made cloak at the bottom of this pit..."
Shoving it in his backpack, he climbs back up to the others, coiling his rope and retrieving the piton.

"So how will we cross the pit? Hans couldn't you climb up the other side so we can toss a rope and climb across?"

The party moves back out of the tunnel and prepares for combat..making enough noise to attract the attention of both Janira and the big scary minotaur that's chasing her
(please divide the stuff from the backpack as you want and make any preparations you want and place yourself on the map where you wish to start,The minotaur and Janira will arrive from the south side of the map. I'll roll initiative once your ready)
As a reminder - area rules:
These patches of woodland are also filled with underbrush that behaves as light undergrowth (Core Rulebook 426), creating difficult terrain and concealment.
The trees are only a few decades old and do not completely occupy their respective squares. A creature that shares a space with one or more trees benefits from partial cover.
The stream is about 10 feet wide and 5 feet deep in this area, and the water moves downstream from east to west at 30 feet per round. Treat this as rough water, which requires a DC 15 Swim check to navigate. A Large creature can walk through the water as though it were difficult terrain with a successful DC 12 Strength check. On a failed Strength check, such a creature is checked and unable to move farther that turn. A 3-foot-diameter tree truck spans the width of the river, creating an impromptu bridge. The trunk is slippery from the splashing water, and crossing it at half speed requires a successful DC 7 Acrobatics check,
during which time the creature is treated as flatfooted for moving on a narrow surface. If the creature fails this check, it falls into the water unless it succeeds at a DC 13 Reflex save, in which case it lands prone on the trunk instead.
The slope to the west gradually rises to a height of 20 feet, and creatures standing at its highest point benefit from both a commanding view of the battlefield and a clear vantage point for ranged attacks.

Xerance will drink the potion of bark skin and readies her bow to pull the attention of the minotaur. She wants to hide behind a tree so that the minotaur can't easily charge her.
"Try to blind and entangle him when he crosses the trunk. I will shoot some arrows to pull his attention and bear the brunt of his attacks. If anyone has a shield I could lend it would be helpful. Be careful that it cannot charge you straight on. Those horns look deadly. I suggest we position ourselves just beyond the trunk."

"It was stupid of me to leave a companion behind. I will try and flank the Minotaur. Hans I recommend you do the same. Kruck get ready to entangle. And take this fire too."

I might be able to hit it with that tanglefoot bag, so I'll take that. And the thunderstone. Can anyone use the scroll of mage armor on Hans? Or the gust of wind on the minotaur?

Xerance starts with calling her smite on the Minotaur and shoots an arrow if the Minotaur is far away enough (she can draw her sword before it nears her).
Can she fight defensively with her bow and shoot an arrow defensively? She wants to shoot an arrow to draw its attention. If she got it she drops her bow and pull her greatsword to fight defensively. Her ac will be +4 from smite, +2 from bark skin and +2 fighting defensively so ac 25. She gets +4 on her attack(+2 in total due to fighting defensively) and +1 on her dmg during smite.

As you've been making a lot of noise to attract the attention of Janira it finally pays of when you are starting to doubt it will ever work.
With a crash the minotaur charges out of the surrounding woods hot on the trail of the much, much smaller halfling woman. You can still see a broken of shaft of an arrow sticking out of the minotaur's shoulder. and Janira is covered in several cuts and bruises as well. When she sees it's you guys that are making all the noise she sighs and stops to face the minotaur in combat, she quickly takes a few steps away from the menacing creature and casts a spell from the scroll she was preparing just for this. The axe the minotaur is wielding trembles after she casts her spell and flakes of iron fall of it.
Janira says:“You vile beast! I know not what drives your black heart, but I shall not fail in my duty. I shall see you driven from this forest, back to the hills from whence you came!”

Xerance shoots an arrow into the minotaur before dropping her bow and wielding her sword.
The minotaur takes a step towards Janira and raises his great axe over his head and brings it down in a fell chop To hit Janira: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8 and fails to hit Janira as she dodges to the side..he then quickly follows up his attack with another chop To hit Janira again: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20 and hits her in her side Damage for Janira: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (4, 1) + 4 = 9 which brings her down to the ground...bleeding.
The Minotaur then raises his head and roars in victory before looking down at Janira and raising his axe again...to make sure she stays down.

intimidate/bluff/diplomacy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16 +4 for diplomacy. This is a weakhearted attempt as her free action in addition to her attack
She drops her sword and grabs her bow again and takes another shot hoping to enrage the minotaur
shot: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (13) + 8 = 21
arrow: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9

You can't actually use diplomacy in combat, using intimidate is a standard action..so you can't attack then and not sure what you want you want to do with a bluff..but unless you can explain how you are doing any of them as a free action...it has no game mechanical effect
Xerance then drops her sword and picks up her bow again (girls and their indecisiveness ;) and shoots another arrow into the minotaur

Maly will use his glitterdust SLA on the minotaur where it is at now; hopefully if it's blind it won't be able to hit Janira again. Dc 14 Will to avoid the one round Blinded.
Once that goes off, regardless of its effectiveness, Maly will pull out the tanglefoot bag and step five feet closer to the minotaur.

Hans moving forward easily jumping across the stream charges forward and easily avoids the minotaurs attempts to take a swing at him Can't take an AOO cause he's blinded and with one powerful swing from his great sword separates the minotaur's torso from it's legs.
