Fortune on Broccan, for 1 round you can choose a d20 roll, roll twice and take the better result. Then, Cackle, to extend the Evil Eye and Fortune for an additional round.

Dang. The first attack cancels the ward.

As Edrukk's mystical protection vanishes, an unpleasant creature appears behind the grick.
It resembles a dog, but with black fur and glowing red eyes, and from its mouth pours a constant stream of vermin. Spiders, centipedes, even a mouse or two. They are all bright red, and they are all faintly screaming. They vanish upon hitting the floor.
"Kss!" Erine shouts, pointing at Edrukk's attacker. The dog barks, coughing out a glob of mealworms, and nips at the grick. Its teeth do not appear to leave a mark.

Fiendish riding dog. Summoned to give Edrukk flanking bonuses.

Erine then backs away.

Actually, looks like the dog can injure the grick on max damage. 1d6 ⇒ 4
