The warrior makes a mad dash to the bridge, almost making it all the way across.

Yes, me neither. :/

Criscius, can you roll a DC 7 acro for that, please.
I don't recall what square you came from, but take into account that passing acro 7 you move across it 1/2 speed.

Both Gunthur and Orin hit their target.

Gunthur looks down at the giant gash across his chest. He speaks in a somewhat subdued voice, "Hey, that worked! Looks like I don't have to go to him. Who has Janira's healing wand again?" He looks around in confusion, perhaps from blood loss.

Retreat or rage? So many decisions...

GM Chyrone: From what I can see, no one ever declared who was carrying Janira's backpack. I have the spare carrying capacity, but others might as well. I'll need a ruling from you, which may decide my next action. Thanks.

Then i'm partially at fault, for not asking who takes which items.
Since 4 of you could have taken it to use, i'll roll for that.

Sorry, I meant the other items. Orin declared taking the Wand of CLW and a thunderstone. Criscius declared taking an alchemist's fire. We literally dealt with a hole in the ground and forgot about divvying up the rest of the backpack.

I guess the selfish question is whether I have one of the potions of cure light wounds or if they're with other people.

Charging up and getting separated might have been the worst tactical mistake for us. I wonder if we could have stayed back and all used ranged options until the minotaur went after us.

Against a creature with reach, your best options are either Total Defense and get within melee range or let them get up to you and then 5' step in.
