Chilly takes the brass knuckles with a thank ye 'arry. Much appreciated. then lobs in with an attack as soon as one is in reach.
Hmmm. Drop dagger, free action, arm with brass knuckles, move action, and then hit. Cool

@Dinuci: Riri already received the order to attack earlier. You don't have to keep rolling Handle Animal, just let her attack now :)

Despite the skeleton's prone state, Chilly misses it with his attack.

Harry pokes around in his quiver, looking for the blunt arrows he could have sworn he had bought. You hear some highly creative swearing; it's truly amazing what one can do to Common when using Draconic swear-words and an Aquaan grammar!

Harry studies the space immediately in front of Acher, thinking perhaps he'll jump in there to offer support and assistance when the final skeleton comes forward. He's worried if he jumps in too soon though, he'll merely make this a more difficult combat. For how, he'll sit back here, cursing himself and doing what he can to support the rest of the team.

Riri misses the red skeleton with her bite.

the blue skeleton moves five feet forward, and claws at Riri from around the corner.

Claw, +4 AC Riri: 1d20 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (7) + 2 - 4 = 5 Damage: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Harry thinks that as a dwarf who's never been in a cave, Dinuci should feel like he's getting in touch with his roots in that space!

;-)

Acher's smashes the red skeleton into pieces.

Dinuci, may I assume you'll take the red skeleton's place now Acher's taken it out? 'Cause, in that case, this'll happen:

Dinuci then takes the red skeleton's place, and smashes the blue skeleton into pieces. Riri barks excitedly, and picks up a bone.

Combat over! (If Dinuci agrees with his slight shift in position.)

And then this would happen:

Among the fallen bodies in the cave, you find a note written by the dhampir that details plans to start an army of undead made from the "fish people" who have been frequenting this cave.

You also find a suit of +1 studded leather armor, and a pearl of power (1st-level spell).

DC 20 Perception:
You find a concealed passage in the northern wall.

Harry spends some time studying the dead dhampir, and looks around the room carefully. I mean, what kind of secret lair doesn't have a secret passage? He's baffled when he doesn't find one, and so asks the others to help him look about. You can hear hmm muttering about "no wonder the fool is dead" and "probably a lousy necromancer too" the whole time.

Perception+burned inspiration: 1d20 + 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (8) + (4) + 5 = 17

"Have at it Dinucci." Acher says as she tries to shake off lingering bone fragments from her weapon. "And yeah, I know I'd want to know what happened if I was the old man. This seems like a dead-end path anyway."

You return to Uori, taking the valuable items and note with you, and inform him about the fate of his fellow gillmen.

Uori retrieves the gillmen bones, and places them in the water that surrounds the miniature Absalom. "May the water purify their souls, like it purifies their bones."

Harry hopes no-one notices his note-taking during the ceremony. He was on an ethnology kick a year ago, and it still crops up from time to time. Hmm, very Azlanti in flavor. I guess that's support for their claim to be descended from the last of the Azlants.

Following the ceremony, Harry will recover Susie (his brass knuckles), and then, drawing his bow, follow Dinuci to the other side.

oh well, guess we lost out on the DC 20 perception check! :-)

"There are more creatures there," Uori informs Dinuci, "though I don't know which. I do, however, know none of my kin is likely to be there now."

Figuring there's only one way to figure out what's in the other tunnel, you continue your exploration of the cave system there.

The persistent glow of the bluish fungi dimly lights the way deeper below the Kortos Mounts. The tunnels broaden to reveal a shallow river that bisects an immense tunnel stretching to the north and south. To the east a small passage exits the chamber at a steep incline.

"Yes, what a...shame, that got smashed."

"Still, perhaps I should take the lead this time. Not sure if your buddy would forgive us if we let you drop."

After Dinuci's terrified everyone by reproducing the sound of dying drakes, taking delicate sips from a nice cup of tea in between death shrieks, the party moves forward. Acher takes point this time.

You move through a maze of tight passages that include steep ascents and short climbs as they wind from west to east. As you travel, you can hear the sounds of a distant battle echoing through the caves, intermixed with inspirational tales of famous Pathfinders and the heroic deeds told by a familiar female voice. "And so he defeated the savage animal! And using his tactics, I will defeat you!"

As you head for the sound you hear, you pass through some tight tunnels that range from 2 to 5 feet in width and average about 9 feet in height. The slick floors and steady incline from west to east would make using acrobatics quite hard.

There we go again! A new map's up :)

You feel the effects from Janira's Inspire Courage ability, which will last until I'll mention it stops. Meaning you get a +1 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +1 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls.

"Janira!" Acher yells as she hears the halfling's cries echo from ahead. The Shoanti moves to rush forward when a gelatenous creature appears in her path.

"Cor! We don't have time for this!" she says as she charges at the blob. "Janira, hold on. We're coming!"

Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Damage: 2d6 + 10 ⇒ (6, 5) + 10 = 21

One swing from Acher's weapon is all it takes to get rid of one of the slimes.

Dinuci and Riri both attack the other ooze, inflicting quite some damage to it. Riri tries to drag the ooze down, but it's impossible to trip this kind of creature.

Dinuci:
See PM on rounding halves down. Riri's damage would've been +2, not +3, after adding Inspire Courage.

Though you forgot the Inspire Courage bonus on your own attack :P So you still dealt 12 damage, together.

Harry's up! :)

Sorry for the long delay - went excellently, now just have to wait

Harry reaches into his pack, and withdraws some alchemists fire. "We can burn it out, if need be. I have FIRE!"

Harry will then take a close look at Dinuci Heal check: 1d20 ⇒ 4. Hmm, dwarves must be amazingly resilient he looks to be in perfect health! I wonder if it's their diet? It certainly can't be their taste in music....

Neat! :)

Harry withdraws a flask of alchemist's fire from his pack.

Slam: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

The remaining giant amoeba slams into Dinuci, but bounces off without doing any damage.
