Sorry, the new googledocs sharing interface had me confused. The map should be editable now. I moved everyone, feel free to move yourself to where you intended to move if you wish to do so.

About the zombies, there's no line of charge for their partial charge, so they're moving into melee.

Gratmal and Hskoro swing at the wyrm, but miss.

The zombies slowly wade into the fresh snow, their dead skin now covered with rime, to reach their quarry.

Jocephus moves to steer clear of melee and a loud "bang" echoes through the eerily silent woods. The beast is wounded, and hisses in pain.

Apologies Kaelyn, you didn't take the 3 damage from the rake, I've just seen that it couldn't rake on the round it initiated the grapple.I also forgot the roll to maintain the grapple in round 1. Here it is: Grapple: 1d20 + 9 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 9 + 5 = 33

Sifvery's arrow goes loose but its course goes straight to a nearby trunk! Meanwhile, Kaelen uses an alchemical concoction to make her body more slippery.

The wyrm tries to maintain the grapple and drag Kaelyn under a snow mound, but fails to do so!

That creature was a lesser dragon called a Tatzlwyrm, and this particular specimen was of the arctic kind. Tatzlwyrms are thought to be primeval relatives of true dragons, having branched off the line millennia ago and evolved in a way that sets them notably apart. Undersized compared to their larger cousins, tatzlwyrms are nonetheless ferocious in their own right. And while tatzlwyrms are hardly impressive specimens when put beside their notorious relatives, most other reptiles can't compare to them mentally. They understand Draconic, though other languages are beyond most tatzlwyrms' limited comprehension. Nevertheless, tatzlwyrms are deeply cunning, building complex lairs and rudimentary traps.

I thought cocking/loading a heavy was a full round and arming ... or drawing ... a weapon was a standard action? The crossbow is cocked and ready to go, it just isn't in his hands at the moment since I failed to indicate that he reset his normal combat stance after the last encounter. Ideally Hskoro always fires the heavy on round 1 (or for his first attack) and does melee after that.

It's a misunderstanding, then. I thought you meant loading.

Kaelyn is able to recognize these feys as winter-touched sprites, creatures that you've been told about in the village. Their possessions are meager and undersized, though you manage to find their treasure, 42 gold coins of Irriseni origin, bearing the face of Queen Eluvanna.

You continue your way on the snow path and spot a narrow game trail winding its way through the trees and undergrowth. Hoofprints mark the underlying snow, leading in both directions.

Coming from the north, you see a magnificent stag whose antlers are covered in rime approaching without fear. It doesn't manifest any hostility, though he remains at some distance of the two hungry zombies. To your greater surprise, it speaks to you in Taldane!

"Well met, travelers! I am Fawfein. It is rare to see two-shanks in these parts. Why are you here?" it simply asks.
