Elindriel spends a moment to imbue her blade with arcane power, then rushes headlong into the courtyard, charging the leader.
Ennoia fires a volley of arrow, straight shots all. Two of them bore into the chest of the assassin leader, who slumps to the ground. The third hits the ifrit left of Calindriel, the impact flinging him backward for a moment.
Blackjack charges in a rage (what are you?), and chops at the blinded ifrit, who doesn't show the least bit of panic at his situation.

Though badly burned, Elindriel proves unrelenting. With a lightning quick retaliation, she drives her falcate between the ribs of the assassin, ripping out the intestine with the serrated edge.

The assassins were each carrying a mwk chain shirt, mwk buckler, and a magical scimitar, while the leader has a magical cloak, as well as a magical ring.
The door into the palace lead to a large entry hall. Two large solid bronze columns flank a set of brass double doors set into the northern wall, and short hallways extend to the east and west. The wall hangings and artwork in this chamber are particularly elaborate.

Ceobryrn takes a moments to use his wand to heal both his horse and himself. Dismounting he picks up one of the scimitars to supplement his collection of weapons and packs the remaining loot unless someone wants to use it, into feathers saddle bags. The astern door leads to a bathing area. A deep bath with stepped sides and filled with steaming water occupies nearly half of the room. The bath’s contents are heavily salted with rare minerals mined from volcanoes and other fiery sites. Lorraine reckons this bath would be particularly soothing to those with root on the elemental plane of Fire. A small fountain nearby contains cool, clean water, and the single counter holds dozens of salts, oils, and perfumes.

Outside, the city of Crystalcrag is at the peak of its uproar, but it will all die down soon enough if Tygora gets her grip back on the reins of the city.

The double doors open to another sets, equally locked, which open to an extensive prison facility. All doors have been opened, as if the prison block was hastily emptied.
The doors to the southwest reveal a kitchen, Countertops that line all of the walls of this room except in the southwest corner, where a large iron oven stands. The room is currently empty but for the foodstuffs that are arrayed across the counters as if abandoned partway through preparation.
On the northwest side, the doors open to a strange, large room. The room houses two iron stakes planted into the ground, each attached to a heavy iron chain and even thicker collars. Two savaged corpses lie in the middle of the room, their humanoid shapes barely recognizable. Scorch and claw marks blemish this room’s once-burnished bronze walls.
(Let's spank this tyrant figure - I suspect that they are awaiting our arrival somewhat. DO we presume the scorch marks are from the fire elementals we dropped out front?)
Once everyone nods, Jacques becomes a much larger version of himself, begins singing, then opens the door.

Flanking her, on the floor, are several bound prisoners. An oread - this must be Glaheri - is among them, and the other prisoner correspond to the descriptions of the imprisoned pathfinders. One of them makes a gesture.

Tygora gestures the group forward, while she speaks I assume you have come for you allies. I have a proposal for you: I will allow you to take these prisoners with you and leave the city unscathed. I ask nothing in return, but your departure.
