Sorry for the delay guys, I had to make a mad-dash move over 400+ miles to Florida for family stuff. I'm back now though, so I'm ready to roll!

Sivantanpisil swims through the tunnel towards the aggressive sea creature.
Jirah falls prey to the monster's howl, dropping her bow and fleeing from it.
Frēodwēn attempts to counter the howl with some singing, but he's currently off-key.
The weird sea creature dives under the water and moves to bite Xakon. It manages to leave a savage bite on the rogue's left shoulder and neck, but fortunately misses an artery. Xakon takes 9 damage from the bite. He will take an additional 1d6 ⇒ 2 bleed damage on his next turn.

Frēodwēn, seeing her courage return, moves back into the room with the sea monster.

Yes, I failed to mention it, but Mudk does still have Bull Strength active.
Xakon tumbles through the water to avoid the creature's bite and stabs it in the heart, while Sivantanpisil hits it in the throat with her longspear, killing it.
Afterwards, Frēodwēn's singing ends Jirah's panicked flight.
Combat is over, but Xakon is still bleeding. Unless someone who hasn't acted yet can make it over to him to do a Heal skill check or heal him with magic, he takes another 1d6 ⇒ 5 bleed damage this round.

Sugar makes her way to the other room well, fish man is gonna be...Whaaaa? Xakky honey!!! she yells.
Sugar jumps into the water after Xakon, Truffles I need your help
sugar takes 10 to swim to xakon as does truffles.
Once there and with the water breathing still active she quickly casts CLW on him
clw: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
GM Harker
Since it will take a round for Sugarsnap to make her way to Xakon, he takes the 5 additional bleed damage before she heals him. My math indicates that he still has 7 damage after that and Truffles is still sitting at 6 damage
There's two doors in this room, one to the north which probably leads to the flooded hallway, the other west door probably to an unexplored area. You have about two minutes left of Bless and Mudk's Bull Strength. Let me know what you're doing.
Xakon

Xakon excepts Sugarnsap's healing and returns the favor with a tight embrace underwater and gracious smile.
Thank you. He gurgles while thinking, "I hope more sharks aren't coming our way."
He offers Sugar his healing wand for Truffles' hurts and points to a spot on his leg still wounded.

after reading this, this scene popped into my head
GM Harker
Xakon finds no traps on the door and opens it to reveal a flooded hallway. Thanks to whatever magical barrier exists, the water on the other side does not pour into your dry room. There does not appear to be any immediate dangers in the hallway, but there are three doors: one to the west, two to the south.
As before, you'd need to make a Strength check to push through the barrier and swim checks to move down the hallway. As long as we are out of combat, we can forgo both checks for now assuming you get them eventually. Once we're back in combat, you'll need to make them again as the situation warrents.
Once you move into the flooded hall, you can feel a strong current pulling water through the grate on the west door.
Xakon
|
Rule of Left... and check each door in order?
Xakon flexes his halfling biceps and muscles through the door on the left after checking it once over.
Will I ever use stealth in this dungeon?
GM Harker
Swimming through the hallway, the group discovers the north door leads to the long hallway they were in previously, while the two doors to the south only lead to empty storage closets.
The west door, however, leads to another enclosed space. This room is octagonal, shorter than it is wide, with a small platform overlooking the water. Near the floor on the west side is another magical portal.
Unfortunately there is no magic barrier here and all the water from your hallway rushes into it, threatening to carry those in the front into the waiting jaws of a sixteen foot long eel!
Xakon and Mudk need to make DC 15 swim checks immediately or be swept adjacent to the eel. You cannot take 10 since combat is starting. If you fail the swim check, you can make a DC 20 Reflex save to grab the doorway and stop in one of the squares by the doorway. If you choose to fail both checks for a quick way into the melee, that's fine, but you may provoke from the eel.
Anyone who moves into two squares above the doorway (i.e., the squares Xakon and Mudk are in at the time of this post) this round or the next needs also to make the same checks listed above to stop from being flushed into the room.
The eel opens it mouth wide, perhaps waiting for a tasty morsel to come straight to it. Readying an action, so it may interrupt your initiative sequence.

Sugar, can you tell this eel to back off?
Sorry, this request was RP not mechanical given we attacked it.
GM Harker
As Xakon is pulled forward he can't quite tumble well enough in the water to avoid the opportunity attack. The eel tries to bite him, but the halfling rogue manages to dodge the attack.
Xakon returns the favor by stabbing the monster with his rapier.
From her position in the back, Jirah begins casting a Sleep spell.
Sugarsnap attempts to befriend the eel from behind Jirah, but the eel doesn't seem to notice her and is undoubtedly too angry to be tamed if it did. Truffles stares patiently at her as he awaits her whims.
The two squares with the current are now indicated by a purple circle next to them. If you move into them, you'll be pulled forward unless you make a Swim check.

Since a minute has passed, I believe the Alter Self spell has warn off on Freod. So, no 5 foot steps in the hallway since it's still mostly full of water and you'll need to make a swim check to move.
Also, I'll say no soft cover at the moment, but water is flowing into the room is increasing the water level so this may change.
Sivantanpisil calls upon the power of Desna to ignore the flow of the water and moves into the room. She then attempts to hit the eel with her longspear, but misses.
Frēodwēn fires two arrows at the eel from his position in the hallway, and the first one is a solid hit.
Angry at the hard hitting paladin, the eel tries to bit Mudk again. This is time it if unfortunately much more successful as its rows of teeth lock themselves into Mudk flesh and grapple him. Mudk takes 13 damage from the attack and is grappled.

If you could please include the DC's of your spells in your posts, it makes things a little faster/easier for me.
With the eel unable to attack Xakon with a paladin in its jaws, the halfling makes good use of the distraction and Sivantanpisil's flank to injury the oversized fish with his rapier.
Although Mudk is unable to pry himself from the eel's teeth, he does manage to heal himself a little.
Jirah spell goes off and the eel appears completely immune to it. Mudk, on the other hand, finds himself getting sleepy, but is able to quickly shake it off.
