Between the efforts of the pathfinder team the final lizard man is quickly laid low and the pathfinders get a chance to examine the area around them.

Searching around, the team finds little on the lizard men apart from their spiked clubs... and a couple of potion bottles.

There is also the body of a human. It has a little more gear, thought much of it has been badly damaged. Easily identifiable is a climber’s kit, 100 feet of silk rope, a grappling hook, a masterwork composite longbow with 20 arrows. There is another potion bottle and some odd feathers.

All the potions and two of the feathers detect as magical. Lastly what appears to be an odd stick also radiates magic.

Nearby the nest itself can be found without difficulty, and half a dozen eggs are still intact within it.

Jal is not sure what killed the human.

Quick check... Xien has one of the baskets for carrying an egg.. but I think that was all? Actually to make it easy on me, put a post in the discussion thread if you bought a basket.

Also the next couple of encounters may take a bit of time, and Gencon is approaching so I'm going to force the pace a little

After taking the eggs... Seven of you... so who doesn't have one? the team continues down the ravine looking for a way out.

A few hundred yards from the dinosaur nest, the ravine suddenly falls silent—no birds, monkeys, or other jungle creatures are audible. A few heartbeats later, a bellowing roar echoes through the ravine, causing countless small birds and animals to abandon their hiding places and scatter as quickly as possible. A series of great shuddering cracks herald the downfall of several trees in the distance, and a second thunderous roar pierces the air, followed by the frantic shouts of panicked humanoids. Suddenly, a massive dinosaur bursts out of the jungle to the southwest, pursuing a dozen leather-clad explorers through the ravine. The furious creature sweeps up a straggler into its massive jaws and flings the screaming victim off into the jungle, roars, and rushes toward its next target.

Well... you can try and fight it, but the odds are not great... it may be better to run. Mechanically this is a slightly modified chase scene. Those of you who don't like that mechanic in PF... sorry.

For those who have not had the joy of using them, I'll do a quick summary:

At any given stage you have a choice of two skills. Everyone gets to pick which skill they want to use. I take the highest result, and anyone getting a ten or higher will automatically aid-another on the best result.
Also to keep the pace up, I'll roll once a day for anyone who hasn't put in a check. Special rules for this is that Bad Things (tm) can happen if your dice roll is too low.
Also if you have a spell or special ability that you want to use in lieu of making a skill check, let me know. I may make that an auto succeed on aid-another (but do a skill check anyone just in case I don't think the ability is relivant
Given there are seven of you, this may end up being a little easier than the designer anticipated, but we'll see how it goes.

The fleeing humans (presumably Aspis agents) head toward the team of pathfinders.

The pathfinder team act quickly in the fact of the oncoming Aspis agents and the terrifying lizard chasing them.

Selena Conjures up the image of another dinosaur. It doesn't hold for long but is enough to help startle the agents of Aspis.
Jal and Galandaro bolt while Xien and Shungur pause for a moment to knock one of the Aspis from their feet before following behind.

Misforstat gains an evil glint in his eye, and tosses a tanglebomb at the other agents, slowing one of them down enough for the thunder lizard to make a quick snack.

Tophor however leads the way, leaping gracefully from boulder to boulder.

Speaking of boulders... the pounding of the dinosaur's feet seems to have loosened some and they come crashing down around the various groups fleeing the dinosaur.

Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (8) + 15 = 23

"This way!" Tophor calls to his friends, ducking behind a curtain of moss that camouflages a relatively flat game trail.

Galandaro is happy the vines that he almost smacked his face with and as a reflex swatted them away from his hair lest they mess it up ended up assisting his companions in crossing the obstacle...
Now he looks for a shortcut...

Selena hurries along as fast as she can, staying close to Tophor, who she knows from prior experience as having excellent eyesight. If anyone could a short cut, she was certain that he could.

Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12

As six of you have posted and this is a chase scene, I'll do a quick "drop the egg" roll for Mis..
1d20 ⇒ 1

Once again it is Galandaro that guides the Pathfinder team through the obstacle. The t-rex gobbles up another Aspis and starts to close on the team yet again. Up ahead are some big trees that surely must slow the giant creature...

You can either
Locate a weak spot (knowledge(nature) - if trained or

Would prefer to cast Invisibility or something to gain distance from the huge creature.

Doesn't work, firstly it has to fail a will save, and then iirc it has something like a 75% shot at still attacking us, especially since we "attacked it" earlier in the chase.
