I will cast Lightning Arc between the two half orc's.

Damage - 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3, 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4

This is my first character ever to use magic, I am normally a barbarian or fighter of some sorts, so not sure if I am doing it right, do I need to succeed on a ranged attack?

If I need attacks: 1d20 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 + 1 = 19, 1d20 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 + 1 = 20

Twigg, your in luck....we have Orc's!

Gobbo!

Ok, some gameplay stuff here for Gryne. You are an Inquisitor with the Air domain, but you don't have the Lightning Arc spell (which is a 5th level wizard spell), you have the Lightning Arc ability, which lets you make a ranged touch attach against a single target for 1d6+1/2 your class level damage. So while your idea is right, the application is a little off. You could only hit one of them.

Since its a bit new for you, I'll let you keep your action, in which you'd blast a single orc for some damage, or you can change your action, your call.

Ahh that's right...My bad. I looked up the spell itself on the srd I know that. I am a bit rusty, my apologies. I'll hit an Orc with it, whichever one is closest. So if we take the first rolls of both, 19 to hit and 3 damage...that ok?

Gobbo!

As Roary walks into the lower deck, Gryne spies a pair of half-orcs looking to ambush the unsuspecting barbarian. Gryne cries out a warning and fires off a small bolt of lightning at one of the orcs, making its hair stand on end and filling the compartment with the smell of ozone. Astarton uses his comedic prowess to inspire his companions with his antics, giving a mocking salute to the overdone performances of his colleagues.

The orc closest to Roary lashes out with his bare firsts, his hands a blur of motion...

Roary, not sure if your DR is kicked in when you aren't raging, so adjust the damage as needed if it is already in place.

The half-orc lands two solid hits to the barbarian with his bare fists, an hook with his left hand followed by a staggering uppercut with his right. He gives Roary a shiner that even impresses Astarton, who has collected his fair share of them in his days.

In response to the assault, Roary begins to fall into his barbarian rage and takes a swing at the orc who just pummeled him...

...and barely missing, the orc deftly stepping to the side to avoid the deadly chop of the greatsword.

The spell connects and the orc stands there dumbfounded, unable to act!

The orc will not be able to take an action on the next round.

Seeing its companion in trouble, the orc that was blasted by Gryne's lightning arc takes a step forward towards the barbarian in an attempt to flank his foe...

Since the other orc is dazed he cannot provide a flanking bonus this round because he doesn't threaten, but they will have Roary in a flank next round.

Makena leaps off of the steps and puts her back to the wall of the lower hold. She draws her bowstring and takes aim, releasing the arrow with a loud TWANG as the bow misfires due to an early release, the arrow coming up short of her mark.

Gryne leans over and invokes his wand, casting healing magic on Roary and easing some of the suffering he has taken at the hands of the orcish pugilists.

The first half-orc stands in a daze, drool running down its chin as it tries to regain its composure, only to stare down the blade of the barbarian's attack as he cleaves the orc from collarbone to pelvis. Bright red blood splatters across Gryne and Makena as they witness the gory spectacle.

Astarton recovers, amazingly enough, and puts the sword in line with the orc and slices, cleanly severing bone and muscle. With a thud the orc falls to the ground lifeless.

Roary winds up another massive swing only to find himself out of targets to assault, the bard having stolen his glory. Gryne fires off some additional healing from his wand for the barbarian and brings the fight to an end.

If I am correct, the order on the steps leading up should be:
Twigg, Astarton, Roary, Gryne, Makenna
That sound right team?
I think I placed myself correctly on the map.

Twigg has effortless trickery so it only requires a swift action to maintain, so he isn't concentrating too hard

Twigg will manipulate the illusion so it appears that the 2 half-orcs are arguing about who is going to go down below deck. One will slap the other and point down.

Twigg will use another ghost sound for the half-orcs to grumble very loudly to each other unintelligently as they pantomime the rest. Loud enough to distract the 2 people on deck for anyone coming up the stairs.

Twigg contains a giggle and will whisper to Roary "Whenever you are ready do what you do best" as he steps behind the barbarian so that Roary can charge.

Entering his ever so mad state Roary appears on the deck and charges the Lady..

Attack+Charge+PA-Flatside: 1d21 + 11 - 4 ⇒ (18) + 11 - 4 = 25
dam+PA: 2d6 + 12 ⇒ (4, 6) + 12 = 22 non-lethal due to flatside of blade

Rage 4/11

OUCH!

Gobbo!

Going to need some initiative before we start chopping off heads, and as much as that was an awesome roll, it was done with a d21, so it will need a do-over :)

Initiative

Roary: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Gryne: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
Twigg: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11
Makena: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
Astarton: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23

Woman: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (10) - 1 = 9
Her Pal: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (14) + 0 = 14

Initiative:

1. Astarton
2. Makena
3. Her Pal
4. Twigg
5. Woman
6. Gryne
7. Roary

Astarton and Makena are up

If everyone is holding their actions for Roary to charge, just let me know that is what you are doing.
