Conclusions:

It seems that, in terms of "hard cash", we got
-> +20 gp in advance each from Max right at the start (removed)
-> +93/5=18.6gp each
-> +8300/7=1185.71 gold each
-> +500 gold each

(I am going to round up the two above parcels into the 1500 gold GM Capt Wombat informed us we got)
-> 1500 gold each (New Parcel)
-> +677/=135.4 gold each (from the gems)
-> -(the price of our disguises and other purchases - so far Zaeltor has not purchsed anything) (Already accounted for)

The new sum of hard cash adds up to 1654 gold each.

Regarding items, my suggestion would be, from the above listing, each one informs what he has taken, and I'll tally the final remaining gear, so we can decide on selling it or whatever - also gives us an idea if we are balancing things loot wise..

I've started by adding Zaeltor's intended picks from the loot (Apologies if I am picking something that someone else has already taken, let me know if so, and I'll drop it). Let us all do the same, even if there is only one item to go around. We then decide each case separately. If you are the only claiming it, you have it.

I'll tally the costs to sell the remaining once that is done.

Again apologies for the long post, but at least this way things will get sorted easily from here onwards. Additionally, I will post up the expected prices for the items up for sale, but keep in mind that GM Capt Wombat has informed that items are not necessarily sold by this ir that price in the Ring ;)

I can't remember exactly, but I think we have used a couple of the potions already. I took the Thieve's Tools and a set of sleaves. We should all take a healer's kit, in case something happens to Scarlet, and I would like 2 of the silvered daggers as backup's (helps when dealing with things that have DR /silver). Other than that, I'm good. If possibile, would you guys like to get a grand tally of the items and distribute the gold evenly like that? I.E. If we find that the total amount of gold is 4,000 each, and I take a +1 Quarterstaff, I only get 1,850 GP (The selling price of the item)? Balances the overall Party funds, but makes it harder to determine who gets what amount.

yes you can give your Tibbers a ring but it takes your slot.

To be honest, I really don't think Annie is overpowered in any way. look at how fast Tibbers can go down...

I try to make characters that are fun to play, I don't worry about power until later and let the circumstances of the game dictate.

Ok people, bear with me - things are moving slower this time around, but after this is done, my excel is up and running and everything will be much faster from here onwards ;)

So, another review of loot done - assuming we only spent 5 gold with the disguises.

Below follows the updated list with claimed items - we are missing Scarlet and Olrik input, though I have added some items I believe they have claimed.

Distributed the healing kits to those who I believe have higher wisdom (I am fine with giving mine to Scarlet though).

Also done the math on the items that can be sold so far (they are indicated in the list below) - Total cash to be made at half price selling: 6504.5 gold

I also tallied (according to the assignment below), the value of loot items each one of us has (at half cost):

- Zaeltor: 7837
- Gigar: 25
- Jack: 150
- Scarlet: 1475
- Hall: 2750
- Olrik: 1060
- Annie: 625 (scrolls only)

Notes: Some items were not accounted, as they have not been assigned either because I have no pricing on them, or because they are being kept as placeholders - Example: Healer kits, I have one but I don't really want it, it is only there in case Scarlet goes down, and everything can be corrected :D

As you can see from the above, Zaeltor is WAY ahead, so I have given him ZERO possible gold from the loot selling and distribution.

Mathematical considerations - read at your own risk :D:

I have calculated the difference between each character "loot wealth level" and Zaeltor's, and the correspondent percentage that represents -> For example: Assuming Zaeltor is the 100% level, Gigar has 7812 gold to go (7837-25=7812) until he reaches Zaeltor's wealth level (which in turn corresponds to 99,68% of the 7837). Doing this for all of the players (except Annie because she just joined), I obtained everyone's percentage of reaching Zaeltor's wealth level (and corresponding gold amount).

- Gigar 99,68% (7812 gold to go)
- Jack 98,09% (7687 gold to go)
- Scarlet 81,18% (6362 gold to go)
- Hall 64,91% (5087 gold to go)
- Olrik 86,47% (6777 gold to go)

Then everyone got 19.29% of the amount they need to reach Zaeltor's value (19.29% of the "gold to go")

What this all means is that the ones "furthest away" from Zaeltor's wealth level (with a bigger percentage "to go") receive more - and the ones "closer" receive less - but all receive the same proportion of what they need to get there. Another example to clarify further [or not :D]:

If player A is the wealthier looter one, and has 10000 gold worth of loot, and
Player B has loot worth 2000 gold, and
Player C has loot worth 4000 gold

Then Player B has 8000 to go until he reaches the 10k of player A
And Player C has 6000 to go until he reaches those same 10k
This means player B needs 80% (of 10k) to go and Player C needs 60% (of 10k) to go.

So if the group sells loot worth 1400 gold for example:
- Player B receives 10% of what he needs to reach Player A = 800 gold
- Player C receives also 10% of what he needs to reach player A = 600 gold

I think this method is fair because it gives more money to those further away to the guy that has looted more value so far (Zaeltor in our case), and it starts getting even over time, because the closer you are to the 100% reference, the less you gain, and at the 100% mark, you gain zero - Like Zaeltor did.

- Gigar: 1506.86 + the 1500 gold from his reward = 3006.86 gold

- Scarlet: 1227.17 + the 1500 gold from his reward = 2727.17 gold
- Hall: 981.23 + the 1500 gold from his reward = 2481.23 gold
- Olrik: 1307.22 + the 1500 gold from his reward = 2807.22 gold
- Annie: 1500 gold (from her reward)

Tibbers was dropped in one round he could use protection. (summoners overpowered?)

I don't think I asked for a ring of Sustinance, but I'll take if I have the second best perception (next to Hall of course). Also, is it possible to maybe change it up a bit, say for example, if person A is 300 behind and person B is 100 behind, and there is 300 gp, person A gets 250 leaving him 50 behind, and person B gets 50, also leaving him behind 50. This gets the bulk of the party more even in the begining, and helps with even distrubution later. Just a thought.
