Hum...I had hoped climbing with one hand was a thing, considering it's downstairs and just trying to be stable.

LOG JAM! Well, you (and Numalar) probably can't this round. I'll keep the rolls though. Scarlet is on more-or-less level ground at the bottom of the slope, but Zokon and Alia are clogging up the on-ramp. There is a path through at the bottom if anyone has the movement to give, though you have to move past foes.
Let's start near the top....
Zokon is attempting to drop down into the cave avoiding the climb so as to carry his cold iron lawn dart with him.
However the only space available for him to land in is occupied by Scarlet (who has used all of her actions). This is not allowed by the rules unless you are a Chinese acrobat performing in Cirque du Soleil. So he instead lands in the nearest available legal spot back the way he came as far as his initial departure point. He has one hand free so he lands on the slope clutching at roots with one hand. Note: A character can cling to a slope one-handed, they just can't move along it with out using two. So basically he's stuck there (clinging/climbing), but at least has a view of the room. Once he throws his dart he can climb or simply drop the rest of the way (jump/fall), even if Scarlet doesn't move, so long as he has enough movement to find some empty floor-space to fight from before his movement runs out.
Alia is in a similar boat except that being closer, she has less space to move, and could I think (can't exactly remember her starting point) move further this round (mites do not count as hard corners after all) at the cost of being surrounded by vicious attack smurfs (between yellow and orange), and possibly exposing herself to an attack or three. Not a huge possibility, but it could happen, right? Otherwise she too is still on the slope (those pesky wavy lines beneath Alia's and Zokon's icons).
Note too that people who jump aren't hampered by the movement penalties posed by climbing (as you are avoiding the hazard), though the place is still tight enough the squeezing penalty to movement still applies.
Celyne could make it to the top of the slide but, not down it this round even with a double move. She's burning 10 foot a square just to get there because of restricted movement, and then 20 feet more to move down it climbing. She could get to the edge, drop prone as a free action and look in on the fight and see the whole room (rather than the top-back of Scarlet's head), and then climb down the incline next round, or cast spells or whatever.
Numalar could climb down from his starting point, but doesn't have enough natural movement to move down, and find an open space to fight from. It looks to me as if he's used 10 feet of movement to move to his current position, would need another 5 feet to get to the edge, and then 20 feet of movement to navigate the slope and then because it is the second diagonal come to rest on Scarlet's spot for the cost of another 10 feet.

I worked under the assumption that I only have 1/4th speed, and would need a double-move. If I read that correctly, by jumping down, I have half speed, only being limited by squeezing...that would allow me to reach there with a single move action...armed...does that mean I can still make a stabbity(at -4 for squeezing) attempt at yellow?

Yes. Alia will have to do it one-handed though, or fall, and end up eye-level with the vicious, little, blue brute.

Deftly turning the downwards motion through the tunnel, the acrobatic jumps using one hand as guidance, all that kinetic potential into a forward stab, Alia's blade connects with the Mite(yellow) in front of her. As she draws her Estoc back from the attack, her tension rises as she wonders how effective the attack had been.
Swift to enchant blade for 2 minutes, then, too. Just so it's said somewhere.

The mite stops it's maniacal stabbing at Scarlet, and puts a finger to the small, puckered hole in its stomach. The finger comes away with a dab of purplish blood. Stupidly, the mite put the finger to its mouth for a taste. It smacks its lips. The mite next to it does the same, dabbing a finger at the weeping wound, and and nodded its huge head.
Neither of them notice Zokon's dart whiz overhead, though the one in the back points and makes an excited 'wooo' sound.
The two up front nod excitedly in apparent agreement, and then the first goes stone stiff, and falls to the floor as dead as a plank.
They have DR 2/cold iron.

The mite near the back, drops his little slingshot, and disappears down the hole screaming. So fast you would swear he had a climb speed. Oblivious, the remaining mite pulls a dart from his belt, and tosses it underhanded by the fletching at....

Numalar loses his grip and comes rolling down the slope.

He rolls past Celyne and through the legs of Zokon, coming to rest in the middle of the room. He jumps up, and looks around the room, brushing himself off.
"Don't worry, I'm here," he says, as he adjusts his hat and monocle.
He surveys the room, and looks at the dead bodies.
"Mites indeed. I suppose I should tell you that they really don't like gnomes. Worse than kobolds that way."

GM: Are the mites small creatures or tiny?
They are on the small side of Small, but not tiny enough to be Tiny. Most stand a little over 2-feet tall. By ancient D&D tradition they are considered among the lowest of the low of humanoid-seeming dungeon denizens--even compared to kobolds and goblins. They inhabit the crawlspaces of dungeons, and function as bushwhackers of opportunity in the ecosystem. According to the old Fiend Folio they are the cousins of the startlingly quick, brown-skinned snyad (pesties--I have never seen the used), and the cunning, but even smaller (and perhaps more popular) jermlaine. Even there is says their lairs are small, and difficult to traverse for human-sized folk.
The room is filled with odd junk none of it magical: scraps of twine, a dead cardinal without wings, bits of improvised slingshots, scattered caltrops (some driven into the roots in the walls and ceiling--watch your heads!), sticks, small animal bones, rotten gourds that may have been here since last autumn. etc....

There's a lot of verbal commotion down there aside from the one that got away, but no light.

That's hard to tell, considering you haven't really heard any of them scream in pain before. It's certainly high pitched, and inarticulate though. It's just shrieks really. It mite or mite not.

The walls of this egg-shaped cavern are obscured by thick tangles of long, pallid roots. To the east, the chamber opens into a wide, root-filled chasm. Oh an the place is filled to overflowing with mites--mites and four slate-black kobolds tied and foot and tail with twine to roots threading the walls. One of kobolds shrieks in pain as the mites take turns poking it's wounds with their knives and darts—each shriek eliciting a fresh wave of giggles, and cheers from the mites. As you enter the low cave the kobold falls limp. At the back of back of the mob the mite in the orange loincloth waves his hands, and shouts to get the rest's attention. They turn as one and stare at Zokon and Scarlet, with murder in their little eyes.

I'm guessing that I should wait until the faster-moving medium-sized people go down before I start to climb down, otherwise the slow guy might block the hole.
Numalar pauses, looking at Alia and Celyne. "You two can get down there faster than I can. I'll be right behind you."
Once Celyne and Alia have begun their descent, Numalar also begins climbing down.

Remember a double move is two separate climb checks. Note too that you yourself are not under any immediate danger or distracted, and can take 10 as the DC is only 5. Roger on everything else though.
Since Celyne is at the Oscars tonight.... [looks over character sheet... Wonders idly whether there is some way she could use diplomacy instead of climb... scratches that idea... Goes with boring old 'climb'.]

Alia follows Scarlet and Zokon down the next hole, still somewhat irritated by what had just taken place when she stabbed one of the Mites.
Her short hesitation means Zokon passed her, and is already ahead of here when she starts hurrying down(, possibly even needing to squeeze past Celyne.)
Either way, she closes with the battle as much as she can, as the difficult terrain makes maneuvering difficult, anyway.

Zokon swings, but with the mass of little bodies pressing in it's like punching a swarm--his gauntlet finds no purchase. The little guy he was aiming for teal returns the favor by cutting Zokon's extended arm. Meanwhile the mite directly in front of him red stabs him straight down through his boot.
Meanwhile, a dart thrown from somewhere at the back of the pack flashes dangerously close to Scarlet's eye. And a mite in dark blue draws up close to her flank with a small sack.

Bolstered by Posh's comedy routine, Scarlet revels in the battle, not even noticing how close her eyes were to getting poked out. She swings with longsword and torch, hoping to clear a path for her allies.

Scarlet aims for the cyan-tinted mite separating her and Zokon first. She then tries to hit the blue critter southeast of her with the torch but fails. "Is that it, you little buggers? Get some!"

If only there were more room to fight! Scarlet does a passable imitation of all those heroic barbarians who caught on a rocky hillside must slash madly at impossible numbers of attacking foes, each swing of a blade trailing a comet tail of blood.
Alas, in the tight confines she is only able to bring down one this time around. Tiny teeth fly! A wild backhand takes the mite between her and Zokon in the chin.

Alia, with difficulty, moves forward into the position vacated by Zokon. Stabbing straight forward at the first Mite she sees, her blade comes away with a purplish gleam as she draws it back.

Technically, you are still up the hole at the beginning of this round because of the congestion at the bottom last round. Basically the only space to end in would have been Zokon's. Zokon moved this round, and then a mite stepped into the gap, and then Scarlet killed him leaving some space.
With Celyne's encouragement Alia drops the short distance out of the hole because climbing would take too long.
