Intimidated by the magical manifestations, the crowd begins to cower and move off to the other side of the room.
Girzog Remains unconscious.
Karddiv Bounces his ax off the hard exterior of the earth creature, which creates a loud ring throughout the room.
Butharn Heaves a mighty blow, sinking his ax deep into the earth creature's flank. The creature begins to crumble into globs of stone and earth, then it fades into nothingness.
Ostrogard Can still post an action for round (5).
Dumm Can modify his action for round (5) seeing the elemental was destroyed by Butharn.

Ok, scratch that. If I'm reading this right, to intimidate someone they must be able to "clearly see and hear you"-- but not you them.
Looking around after Butharn reduces the other elemental to rubble with a quick swing, and seeing no other enemies, Dumm unleashes a roar of pain and frustration; like an injured bear whose quarry has escaped.

Ostrogard cautiously moves over to the location he believes the spell caster is in. Dagger in hand, he swings the cold-iron blade in a forward arc striking something intangible to the naked eye. Although visually obscured, the magic that removed the woman from the visual world, didn’t stop the warm blood from running down the rogues hand and onto the floor.
Dumm, With no other target within sight the barbarians rage continues and his vented up aggression comes out in a somewhat frustrating tone. Surprisingly the customers don’t seem frightened of the massive warrior, but instead cheer his hostility and continue to place bets.
Ostrogard can hear the woman move to a slightly different location, and then begin another incantation. Once again, the Halfling’s acute sense of hearing locates the caster and places the woman only five foot from her previous location. Only Ostrogard is aware of the pinpointed location unless he decides to point her out to the rest of the group, or someone else succeeds on a perception check.
As the woman’s verbal component ends. The wind around the rogue’s feet begins to twirl and twist. Moments later, the air takes on a life of its own as it forms another air creature. The creature then lashes out at Ostrogard with a massive air-like appendage that misses the agile halfling.

Round (9) Summery
Jinhong: Despite the crowds of people and all her companions cluster together, despite the flurry of a massive melee combat incasing her target, Jinhong manages to lob a rock over everyone’s head in a hail mary attempt to hit an impossible target. Everyone watches in anticipation of more dinnerware being smashed to bits by the swashbuckler’s terrible aim. Out of nowhere the rock comes tumbling down, lightly sticking the summoner on the head. Lura glances upwards with a, what the hell, look on her face. The crowed lights up with a massive cheer, as it appears that many of the patrons had bet on the swashbuckler's 100 to 1 odds. (HIT! -1 Lethal!)
The Green Thug: The lowlife drops his sap in response to the dwarfs threat. “Please don’t kill me, I have a wife and seven kids. I am only trying to make enough coin to feed them!”
Girzog: The tengu lays motionless in a sleep like state, his mind begins to awaken in an obvious Lucid Dream. The best smile the tengue is able muster is no smile, unless you find a way to attach lips to that giant beak.
You find yourself standing on the edge of a make shift wooden palisade. Dread fills you as you visually scan the area and see hundreds of dead humans lying on the dirt ground of what looks like a mining camp. You can see hundreds of monkey like men throwing massive objects from atop a more distant part of the palisade. The rage in their eyes seems uncontrollable, as they wreak havoc over the entire encampment. The battle looks massive in scope, but is shadowed by two huge combatants engaged in an endless struggle that shadows almost 30% of the camp. Even though the battle seems overwhelming, it has no audio component. As steal and bone collide, the peaceful quite is only disturbed by a light breeze that flutters by. Looking directly down from your position, you see a large pile of dead ape-men that have been ripped to shreds, and your talons appear to be covered in blood. Among their dead bodies you think you see one of your companions laying sprawled out, unmoving, and unconscious. Sitting in their hand is an unusual looking smooth-white cube.
Kardiv: The Paladin brings his heavy great-ax back over his shoulder and then propels the weapon forward into a lumberjack swing. Lura sees the over emphasized swing and easily steps aside, allowing the ax to pass harmlessly by. (Miss)
Butharn: The heavily armed warrior points out that Lura is more valuable alive than dead. After his bold announcement, he continues to threaten the green thug.
Ostrogard: Lura becomes distracted by a rock that strikes her from nowhere, which opens up the woman’s defenses. Ostrogard doesn't hesitate to exploit the opportunity and lunges forward, driving his blade deep into the woman's chest. The summoner takes a labored breath, as she realizes the mistake she just made. Struggling to breath, she seems to be barely able to to stay on her feet. (Hit / Critical confirmed -6 Lethal)
Dumm: Butharn’s words manage to pierce through the barbarians focused rage. Almost without intent, the barbarian brings his great-sword down, turning the blade sideways, and strikes Lura on the forehead in a club like manner. The woman’s eyes roll up into the back of her head as she slumps to the ground, unconscious.

With the threat abated, Dumm's muscles relax. Pain from his wounds and the fatigue of transformation washes over him, and he pants with effort. As the blade of his sword rests on the ground, his fur recedes into his skin.
With a tired hand, Dumm reaches into his pack and pulls out a small wooden rod. "We no need. I can use this. It is cure magic. Only small cures, but I can use many times." Receiving some fantastic healing, Girzog awakens and jumps up with newfound energy. He's surprised at how much time and action seems to have passed while he was voluntarily nappin. With an almost embarrassed (as far as you know, Tengu expressions are all indiscernible from each other) look, he pulls out a small stick and says
"... Ummm... well that was unexpected. I suppose now is a good time to let you guys know about this wand I got from a healer back at the Lodge..."
He then pulls out a stretch of silk rope and hands it to Jinny
"Use this. Good luck to her getting out of it."
