Yeah but how do we tell him apart from Igor, who has a reputation for using substandard parts, or Igor who has a mail order organ business and is rumoured to source from failed adventurers or that other Igor who has a bad reputation for sloppy stitching?

Guess we're waiting on Vixen.
Not just myself but Luke too.
At this point I am just trying to finish the backstory. I have the gist of it but am trying to round it out.
Build wise I am mostly done. Still finishing on the gear and a couple weapons. I will post the build later this afternoon as I have a 3 hour drive I will be making in about 90 minutes. It won't be until early evening till I am finalized on everything.
I will have it done today, it just won't be posted until much later. Also, anyone know a good repository of Varisian names?

I usually go off of what real-world culture Paizo is inspired by. Taldor is Turkish because it's based on the Byzantine Empire, Cheliax is Roman, Osirion is Egypt, Ketapesh is Persian etc.
Varisians are pretty fairly based on Central-Eastern Europe like The Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Austria, maybe Greece, that sort of place. (The Sczarni are obviously The Romani, for one) I'd look up Bohemian names. That usually gets you something in the ballpark. Or I just make something up, like I'm pretty sure the Shoanti are some sort of Native American/Indigenous Australian hybrid, but I just like the sound of Askan and I figure his background would keep him from having a real "official" Shoanti name anyway.

Fastfist bounces back and forth on the balls of his feet, his hood and mask still covering his face. He runs through a few forms, punching and kicking the air, then with his sword, spinning and cutting and kicking. Finally, he sheathes his sword and resumes bouncing.
Come on, there's stuff happening. We need to get a move on.

While Borden only swigs ale like water and looks... bored.
No excitement here... I mean, I'M Borden Read - the saga's are literally waiting to be written by me - all I need is an adventure or two to act as muse... I'll pad and add in the good stuff from there.

Tactics- I'll likely fall into 2nd rank to give some inspirational words and then use my long spear and arcane strike to support the front liners.
Grease for area control or combat debuffs and the odd CLW post combat to clean up.
| Lazlo the Vigilante |
Still here.
Combat: At first level Lazlo will focus on flanking, as he really doesn't have much options besides that. By level 2 poisoned rapiers shall be something all mobs worry about(Unless they are immune to poisons), 4th level studied combat and studied strike get into the mix. Planning to get the infusion discovery as soon as possible. I have some idea where I'll take Lazlo feat wise in the long term but my plan when it comes to that may change if I see any feats I like in the ACG book(10 days to go).

DM, can I take the Spell-Less Ranger Archetype as well? Spells don't mesh with the character concept I have in mind...
sorry guys but I prefer that my character match up with my mental view of how they are...
as for my character, his combat style is very nonlethal, disarming and tripping and restraining

Be careful with all the poison... You have to get the feat Use Poison, you have to worry about the cost of poison and repoisoning your weapon after every hit....
@ GM thanks

Alex Stride sips his tea, which was prepared in an old boot and boiled until orange with some of yesterday's milk, and smiles at the other would be adventurers. "Soon enough we will have Gaedren by the short and curlies, then he will answer for his misdeeds." the smile is harsh, and brittle, any who look into Alex's eyes will see that the ranger is looking forward to the encounter

One reason I went back to Vanilla bard. I think thats fine to stick with what you feel best with. I've used that archetype before myself.

Alright, I have an alias, a name, and some crunch. Kazandru. Backstory is coming along. I should have it posted tomorrow.

Right ok, I'm going to get started then.
Just a warning, I'm not going to be available for most weekends this month. I noticed yesterday I'm in work for about 10 days this month due to going camping and stuff with the family. I'll keep you updated, and it shouldn't cause too much interruption as I'm only away for a few days at a time in most cases, and at weekends that tend to be quiet on here.

Investigator gets Poison Lore at level 2 which eliminates the chance of accidentally poisoning yourself while applying it to a weapon, along with other bonuses that are related to identifying and neutralizing poisons.
