alright, i started the combat thread & the discussion thread. not sure if i can invite you guys or if you can just join?

Those interested just post in the Gameplay threads as far as I'm aware.

I'll be a few days till I find the spare time to (spiked) whip up my chain-fighting inquisitor...By all means go on without me...

BTW @BoJengo I made a post about an ongoing noob combat training arena in the website feedback forum but no-one responded. Been two days... :( I might just start a PbP as you have. Can you PM me the process you followed to get to this point? Or is it merely: make recruitment thread, receive email from Paizo, follow instructions, off you go?

all i did was click on the link at the top of the recruitment thread to create an adventure thread from the recruitment thread. nothing from pazio as far as i know.....still trying to figure this all out

Yup, that's all there is to it.

Make a thread, and the various tabs will follow as you create the various threads.

Whomever starts the gameplay thread is typically labelled GM and the players/characters will crop up as people post in the appropriate threads.

OK, have a simple setup generated in roll20 (which is surprisingly nice, to be honest).

Here's the link to the map.

So far, I've placed the Magus, a Rogue, a Fighter, and a Cleric on the board.

Basic idea: a handful of sailors are out in the marketplace getting chow when 2 goblins and a Goblin Warchanter burst onto the scene, looking for trouble.

Note: the Fighter should have 12 HP (for being a PC, rather than an NPC), while the Cleric should have 9

nice psionic! i am going to be playing a Ninja character so i can use the rogue icon.

Oh ok, no worries. I can change the icons around or do whatever.

I was just trying to give you all an example right quick.

I'll actually just import another token into the map for your Ninja, this way we won't change anything else around (unless you'd like to replace the fighter or cleric, of course).

Except you replace the {} with [] icons.

Like so: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8 !!!

Formatting helps. Use the bold commands and such in the "about" field, just full it out like a regular char sheet or stat block in text.
