Female Dwarf Cleric of Pharasma 6 (Hierophant 1)
Hi! I'm playing a dwarven cleric of Pharasma. I am new to Paizo, and almost-new to Pathfinder. :)
I am thinking Azdahag is a variegated jungle green with reddish accents and a somewhat lighter underside. I don't picture him/her with feathers. At least not his own. Faf probably experiments with different animal hides to keep Azdahag warm, so feathers probably happen.

As a side note, I'm loving how many potential healers we have in this group, especially after the last one. We were a godless bunch.

Oh, wait.
Just as a heads up - I should be starting the gameplay thread anytime from this evening to Wednesday morning.
If you find that you are unhappy with the mechanics of your character, I am fine with changes after you have started playing.
Any questions about the world/where you are starting before we get kicked off?

How well known are ratfolk?
Not very. In places like the Shackles they are relatively well known (ie DC 10 K:local check) but in places like Taldor, only people who study unusual races would know about them.
The same is true for tengu.
.... which means there are people who will think wererat.
.... and some that will think talking rat.
.... and some that will just think "EKKK RAT."
And a few of the more traveled people will go - Ratfolk.
For tengu...
.... Evil bird of doom - wants to eat our livers! (Livers because.... spleen is too complicated of an organ).
.... magical experiment gone wrong.

Corvids usually go after eyeballs first.
... But the townpeople don't know that!

Hello all!
Mana invited me to join this a couple of weeks ago, but I just saw the invite today. Given the short lead time I have, I'm going for a simple mage build. It looks like y'all are short on the arcane casting front.

Hey Kalimac! er, Jeff. Anyway, welcome and glad to see you/hear from you again!

Female Human Sorcerer/6
Glad to be here, and to see old friends.
I'm Pasara Tanner, a human woman who is a sorcerer. Apparently my great-great-great grandmother (I may be missing a "great" or two) had a dalliance with gold dragon, which explains my talents to an extent. Glad to meet you all.
Female Human Sorcerer/6
Mana, I've got her written up skeleton-like. There's a lot of detail I'll need to flesh out. I haven't bought gear, for example. But it's a good start and at least something to work with. I'll work on her more tomorrow. But it's after 1 am and I need to sleep.
No worries - I'll be posting a start tomorrow - after breakfast (here... in Hawaii)! Feel free to flesh out when you are no longer sleep-depriving your brain. :)
Looks good except for the spells. But I'm guessing there will be evocation/blow them up spells.
Female Human Sorcerer/6
Okay, Pasara's a bit more fleshed out. Let me know if you see any glaring omissions.
Everybody looks good. Please direct yourself to the gameplay forum in... three.... two...

That is all.
I must concur. Bravo.
Oh! Before I forget - I think for this pbp I'd like to try a max wait time of 12 hours for combat posts, just to see how that works. (This is of course barring real life getting in the way, etc etc)
Opinions?
Male Keleshite Human Dual Style Spell-less Ranger/1
Works for me. Should each PC have a simple script for when they are unable to post in combat? As in "Make for cover", or "make standard attacks against closest enemy".
A SOP for when you can't get to combat would be fantastic - and deviations based on fight to fight can always be done. In general, if I'm forced to run a player I try to base what they do on their normal actions and the assumptions that they 'play smart'. But I like to have direction, makes me feel less-controlly.
Male Ratfolk Gulch Gunner 6
That works for me. Willem's will be to get up front and shoot as many as possible.
Male Human Spellscar Oracle 6
Farmer's will be to stay behind cover and use Eldritch Bolts. If Farmer is in melee, something has gone wrong.
Female Human Paladin 6
If melee defense is needed, Aka will be there. If not, she will attack with her bow from range. She prefers to fight from Hana's back.
Female Human Sorcerer/6
Pasara will be back with Farmer. Sleeping those in the distance, and Burning Hands for those who get too close.
Female Human Sorcerer/6
Also, I'm good with a 12 hour turn around in combat. I'm generally able to check the board more often then that anyhow.
Male Keleshite Human Dual Style Spell-less Ranger/1
Combat SOP is to fire arrows at best target (based on penalties to hit), then switch to two handed sword when all targets are engaged, I will add an entry to my char profile for this.

Question - What is the official stance for the Wildwood Arbitrators in dealing with treaty violators from Andoran? since the treaty is between the Wildwood Druids and Taldor.
Sorry, just noticed the question, Faf.
There is no set policy, but generally unless there are mitigating circumstances, since they are in Taldor, Taldor law would apply. How this plays out in the Arbitors depends on the specific commander and can range from restitution to corporeal punishment. Note, this is also true for fey who are seen to be ignoring the spirit of the treaty and instead applying the letter of the agreement.

Good list to have. It looks largely like the list from Jade Regent based on what I remember.
Yep, the only changes from JR is dwarven and I've added some languages, like Ancient Osiriani.
Dwarven I wanted to be more similar to Terran, so it got changed.
Female Catfolk Synthesist Summoner 2
Hi, all! Looks like I'll be joining the game shortly, now that I have some Actual Time again. Yay!
(Incidentally, although this character is a "Summoner", I thought I'd mention that she's almost certainly not going to being doing a lot of monster summoning - chavamana said there was another character leaning in that direction, but hopefully this build shouldn't step on any toes.)

So, Medge, I take it your connectivity issues with Paizo are fixed?
Female Catfolk Synthesist Summoner 2
Seems all right so far, knock wood ... only have had one failure to connect, which may have been the site rather than a problem on my end ...
Female Catfolk Synthesist Summoner 2
Medge's SOP if I don't post a combat post in time - on a roll of d6:
1. All-out attack
2. Full defense
3. Cast a spell
4. Aid another
5. Climb something
6. Get bored, wander off
Female Tengu Swordmaster 4
Bakuu's SOP for combat:
1. Use stealthy means as often as possible to get the drop on unsuspecting enemies. If combat is more active than that, she'll always attempt to engage enemies while they're distracted but hopefully before they've caused any damage. She's not terribly afraid of face to face combat either, and has no qualms about biting.
2. She will always keep an eye on Willem and have his back.
3. She will help her other companions, but if the going gets really tough, she will get going, back to the shadows to continue fighting or save her own hide. (This may change through the course of the game as she becomes more/less attached to people)
Female Dwarf Cleric of Pharasma 6 (Hierophant 1)
I'm sorry--I forgot I needed to check this board. Hi, Medge!
Combat SOP: Probably casts buffs first, and always heal as needed? Unlike Farmer, Sigrit is willing to get into the middle of combat, but until we've done some fights, I'm not sure under what circumstances she'd be firing icecicles, or using gentle rest, or using her war hammer.
