Kiki got an AC of 40, her profile is just not updated at all, so the harpy would miss. Am I reading correctly that Xanya's charge was not sufficient to kill the first caster? If it was then Cryxial could have used his attacks against the second one. Aster's reflex save should be +5, though not like it matters in this instance (same as Cryxial).
AC doesn't matter against a grapple, CMD does. The casters seem like tough guys. I'll try to keep the saves in mind. Updating stats for eidolons, companions, familiars is just as important as the characters, as it speeds play. I try to calculate all the factors at play, but clearly it can be easy to forget a number here or there.

Goliath, War Scion of Ragathiel |

Goliath move into position behind the other Orc.
"Lay back down."
He roars as he sweeps the creature from it's feet.
Move
Sweeping Gambit to recover.
Gambit:
Trip: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (12) + 25 = 37
Damage: 2d6 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (3, 1) + 3 + 2 = 9
Reward:
Free AoO: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (18) + 17 = 35 vs Prone AC
Damage: 2d8 + 1d6 + 22 ⇒ (1, 8) + (3) + 22 = 34
Recover: Rising Sun Zenith, Raging Hunter Pounce, Defending the Pride
Hero Point: Extra Standard:
Sense Motive: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (18) + 16 = 34
Damage Rising Sun: 4d8 + 1d6 + 34 ⇒ (3, 5, 4, 8) + (6) + 34 = 60
I didn't double My Precision Damage this time either as in doesn't multiply on a crit. So the caters are tough huh? We will see ;)
Goliath moves with grace and spins knocking the orc from his feet. As he arcs and brings the blade around slamming it against the creature opening a giant wound in its chest. With his follow through he ends crouching looking at the bleeding orc laying in front on him. His eyes shut as his heroic blood grant him speed to finish off his foe. He rises with the blade dragging the ground cutting a grove as it meets the neck of his foe.
"Xanya be ready to ride them down if they escape the spell."

It was a grab attack, right? so the grapple would only happen if the attack was successful. Her CMD is also way higher, but I didn't bother to calculate that since I figured there would be no grapple if the attack missed. I'll calculate the real CMD later if no one else does.

It was a regular old grapple attempt using CMB. It wasn't attached to an attack as the 'grab' ability. It wasn't even an improved grapple (thus the AoO from Kiki). I assumed her CMD might be a smidge higher, but its baically BAB, str, dex, siz and a few other situational mods. Didn't think it would go above 29, so I didn't calculate it exactly. I suspect it won't be exactly hard to break the grapple or escape artist.

Goliath, War Scion of Ragathiel |

Round 2
Goliath does a quick assessment of the field. Xanya has things well in hand and the other orcs are trying to run. He burst forward coming at them with the speed no man of his size should possess.
Swift: Ki for +20' movement
Full: Charge Attack
Free: Hero Point: Extra Standard: Sweeping Gambit / or extra move action to move in front of them.
"Run and be hunted and slain like savage beast. Surrender and throw down your arms and quarter may be given."
Charge Attack: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (20) + 19 = 39
Confirmation: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (17) + 19 = 36
Damage: 4d8 + 1d6 + 34 ⇒ (1, 7, 8, 4) + (4) + 34 = 58
Oh a crit. If he is still alive then yeah sweeping gambit to finish off. If dead then action is bellow
If Alive:
Sweeping Gambit: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (5) + 25 = 30
Damage: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (2, 6) + 3 = 11
Recover: Rising Sun Zenith, Raging Hunter Pounce, Defending the Pride
Reward AoO: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (17) + 17 = 34
Damage: 2d8 + 1d6 + 19 ⇒ (6, 5) + (4) + 19 = 34
If Dead:
Goliath uses his increased speed to move in front of the fleeing orcs. I put myself on the map encase the crit killed him. If it did not then I'm basing the bottom one having completed my gambit and ready to charge the pack of them in round 3 :)
If they Run: Will use AoO to attack 4 of them.
If they Fight: Will parry the first 4 attack and riposte the last one.

Quassine Alator |

ROUND 2
Quassine moves within Goliath's Protect the Pride Field for extra protection versus his multiple attackers, he stops at his current position so Goliath will not be hit by the Hellhounds' breath weapon and releases a stream of acid at the Hellhound closest to him (Hellhound #5)
Attack vs Touch: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
Acid Damage: 3d6 + 3 ⇒ (3, 2, 4) + 3 = 12
Sickend for this many rounds: 1d4 ⇒ 2
(Save versus Fort DC15 will negate sickened condition, -1 Arcane Point)

Quassine: 20
Xanya/Cryxial: 20 for both, convenient!
Simon: 11
Aster: 8
Monsters: 7 and lower
Kiki, I don't see your round 2 action, but in discussion it seemed you were planning to take out the harpy. Please revise if you want another action.
Kiki full round attack,mainhand wakizashi: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19 - hit
Kiki full round attack,offhand shortsword: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (9) + 13 = 22 - hit

damage, shortsword: 1d3 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16
With a shriek and a flurry of tiny blades the spiderling cuts again and again the harpy. While no one is really able to see what happens, there are a lot of feathers and leaves falling from the tree, and a second later a harpy drops to the ground 30' below with a meaty thump.
Goliath charges the rear orc, lagging a bit behind he others, barely stopping, he sword hews the orc in twain, the two halves flopping to the ground at blood flows everywhere.
With a burst of speed he hurtles passed the rest of the orcs to stand before them. gambit not needed.
Quassine invokes his acidic jet at the hellhound. It yelps and its fur sizzles as the caustic magic burns away its hide.
hellhound DC 15 fort save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16 - success
Xanya lifts her lance and plunges it down at the prone caster. It sinks deep into his chest and he gurgles as blood spurts. She leans in to slam her head into the creature as Cryxial pounces, tearing with tooth and fang. Sickening meaty splort noises come from the savage mauling and the caster dies a horrible death.
Simon flaps slightly, hovering in place and then unleashes a color spray at the harpy while continuing to play his ukelele.
Will save DC 17: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10 - fail
The harpy is stunned by the multicolored blast, and drops from the air, barely avoiding landing in the bonfire.

Goliath riposte: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (5) + 17 = 22 -hit

Goliath is able to block or dodge the orc attacks and one of them he slides across the orcs falchion to take off the orc's head.
The hellhounds press their attacks
hellhound attack vs flanked Aster: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 5 + 2 = 10 - miss

hellhound attack vs Xanya: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 - miss
hellhound attack vs Xanya: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 - miss
Xanya, Quassine if you have reach you would probably get AoOs as the hellhounds close to attack.
Round complete, go round 3

Xanya Zellor |

AoO vs hellhound: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (16) + 17 = 33 damage: 1d6 + 23 ⇒ (3) + 23 = 26
AoO vs hellhound 2: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (18) + 17 = 35 damage: 1d6 + 23 ⇒ (6) + 23 = 29
With a couple quick stabs Xanya lashes out at the hellhounds who tries to approach her. "Folish pups, chosing to die rather than surrender." She says with a wicked grin, blood splattered across her face giving her a particularly sinister look.

Quassine Alator |

QUASSINE AoO HELLHOUNDS 5 AND 6
As the closer hellhound (#5) approaches, Quassine spit-growls and stares into the Hellhounds eyes showing canine aggression against it. Then lets the hellhound have it,
AoO Hellhound#5 Piranha Strike: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (2) + 12 = 14 - miss
AoO Hellhound#5 Piranha Damage: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16
The Hellhound barely ducks out of the way as it feels the wind of the fist move in between its ears, then takes a bite at Quassine who blocks the (Round 2) attack with his other fist and then performs a reverse roundhouse kick on the second hellhound (#6) who is coming in to take a bite out of Quassine,
AoO Hellhound#6 Piranha Strike: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (18) + 12 = 30 - hit
AoO Hellhound#6 Piranha Magic Damage: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17
This time connecting squarely into the hellhound's nose. Hellhound 6 "YELPS", sneezes, then growls before taking a (Round 2) bite at Quassine. However, Hellhound 6 also misses due to the reverse action of the reverse roundhouse kick which also acts as a defensive move.
ROUND 3
Quassine then resets and with a resounding, "KIAI!" he launches two tightly clinched fists one after the other on acid burnt hellhound;
Ki Flurry of Blows #1 Piranha Strike on Hellhound #5: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 21 - hit
Ki Flurry of Blows #2 Piranha Strike on Hellhound #5: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26 - hit
Ki Flurry of Blows #1 Piranha Magic Damage on Hellhound #5: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17
Ki Flurry of Blows #2 Piranha Magic Damage on Hellhound #5: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (6) + 11 = 17
(Hellhound #5 total Damage is 46)
Without missing a beat, Quassine then launches his second left attack, 3rd attack total, on the remaining Hellhound (#6).
Ki Flurry of Blows #3 Piranha Strike on Hellhound #5: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11 - miss
Ki Flurry of Blows #3 Piranha Magic Damage on Hellhound #5: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13
However, Hellhound 6 does not want to receive another hit to the nose, and does everything he can do to avoid it. Quassine's strike misses by a long shot leaving an opening for Hellhound 6 to take a bite out of the two-legged Octopus.
(-1 Ki Point)

Goliath, War Scion of Ragathiel |

3 panache spent since 1 regained on killing the orc
Round 3
Goliath blocks the flurry of blows. His blood boils as he tightens the grip on his blade ready to deliver his furious vengeance for them being foolish enough to attack him.
Attacking the one at the bottom of my token
Sweeping Gambit: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (7) + 25 = 32
Damage: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (1, 3) + 3 = 7
Recover: Rising Sun Zenith, Raging Hunter Pounce, Defending the Pride
Reward: Free AoO: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (19) + 17 = 36
Free AoO Confirmation: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (15) + 17 = 32
Damage: 4d8 + 1d6 + 34 ⇒ (8, 1, 8, 5) + (6) + 34 = 62
"Fools, I only need one of you alive. Surrender now and the three of you will live. You feared the giant now fear me."
He stands with poise and arrogance with his left hand tucked behind him to slim his profile as his blade drips and adds to the blood pooling on the ground from the carnage.
Regained 2 panache, one for crit other for dropping. So only spent one so far.

Kiki Bitterdew |

the only change I would make is spending a swift action to use victory gambit ( charisma modern +3)

Quassine Alator |

QUASSINE's AoO and ROUND 3 ATTACKS SUPPLEMENTAL
I almost totally forgot, sigh ...
Hellhound #6 receives an extra;
Pugilist stance: 1d6 ⇒ 1
Deadly Insight: 1d6 ⇒ 4
(Hellhound #6 received a total of 22 points of damage in the AoO)
Hellhound #5 receives and extra;
Pugilist stance FoB#1: 1d6 ⇒ 5
Pugilist stance FoB#2: 1d6 ⇒ 3
Deadly Insight: 1d6 ⇒ 4
(Hellhound #5 received a total of 58 points of damage in Rounds 2 and 3. And if Hellhound#5 is dead by Quassine's First attack (Total of 34 points with both round 2 and 3 without Deadly Insight), just transfer the second attack (a Total of 24 points of Damage) over to Hellhound #6)

Xanya Zellor |

Kiki might be waiting on the verdict of whether she was allowed to do the gambit or not so she could recover her switch action jump. Though it would also give us all +2 attack for one attack.
Round 3
"Tsk" Xanya mutters as her lance fails to down either of the hellhounds. Cryxial lashes out with all he got, biting, tearing and ripping them apart with his many weapons.
Now with banner, not sure the others remembered that
Cryxial gore: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25 damage: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Cryxial bite: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (10) + 12 = 22 damage: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11

Gore: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24 damage: 1d6 + 5 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 5 + 2 + 1 = 11
Lance: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (19) + 18 = 37 damage: 1d6 + 23 ⇒ (5) + 23 = 28
time to end rage, it lasts for this many more rounds: 1d4 ⇒ 1

Xanya Zellor |

We only get banner from this round due to Simon being invisible previously.

Goliath, War Scion of Ragathiel |

Oh yeah you got to see it. I doubt the 1 or 2 points of damage made mush difference :)

Kiki Bitterdew |

Round 3
Kiki drops from her postition in the tree, using the body of the dead harpy to cushion the fall.
after steadying herself she charges of at the hellhound(5) fighting with Quassine, with a surprising speed considering her tiny frame.
Kiki climbs down the tree for a bit (10 ft) and lets herself drop to the ground. after steadying herself she moves towards Quassine's melee.
if gambit
after closing in on the battle, the Spiderling coils her legs and closes the distance with a single jump, floolowed by a single stab at the hellhound she landed on climb 10 feet down, drop, move 20 feet towards hellhound 5 and use Leaping Dragon for the rest of the distance
[ooc]else if Kiki can see the fallen harpy(blue)
after closing in on the battle, not wanting to leave unfinisched business Kiki mumbles some words and throws the freshly formed snowball at the last living harpy, followed by a slight change in stace.snowball, enter inner sphere stace

Quassine Alator |

Kiki, those hellhounds are probably dead especially Hellhound #5 but thanks!

Kiki Bitterdew |

the only other ones are with Xanya and also probably dead ;), but yours are closer to the ones with Goliath(some of those might be alive next round(we only need one alive for later ;) ))

Quassine Alator |

Well if they are dead, you will probably be forwarded on to Goliath's Orc Slumber Party... :-)

CaveToad |

Round 3
Kiki: 24
Goliath: 23
Quassine: 20
Xanya/Cryxial: 20 for both, convenient!
Simon: 11
Aster: 8
Monsters: 7 and lower
Kiki you could have used your gambit as you asked, I thought I answered yes.
Will hold off on Kiki's action until he posts. Keep in mind that your location in the tree makes it very hard to see what is going on outside the tree. If you elect to use your bows, you will have some penalties to hit your opponents (probably partial concealment at least).
Goliath, sweeps his sword beneath one of the orc's menacing him, and drops him to the ground, and with the same move, brings his sword back around and hacks the orcs head off, about midway in the face.
Quassine attacks his opponents, and his first hit slams the hellhound with a sickening crunch. He follows up and delivers a devastating blow as well, as ribs crack and the beast drops.
Cryxial savagely attacks the hellhounds, ripping and tearing into them as they yelp and drop unconscious. Xanya sees the enemies down and hurls a javelin to aid Aster. The javelin strikes true and the monster suffers another wound. Technically there is a -4 for throwing into melee, but it would not have changed the hit roll.
Maintaining his inspiring tune, Simon hovers over the fallen harpy as it comes out of its stun, and uses his hypnotic and painful stares against the creature. (swift and free actions).
He then casts snowball at it.
ranged touch vs prone AC 13: 1d20 + 8 - 4 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 8 - 4 + 2 = 25 - hit
damage: 4d6 + 1 ⇒ (4, 3, 4, 1) + 1 = 13
Harpy fort save, DC 16: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22 - success
The harpy manages to shake off the staggering blow of the snowball.
Aster strikes out at his foes.
Aster claw: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16 - hit
Aster claw: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13 - miss
Aster bite: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26 - hit
claw damage: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
bite damage: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
The green lion takes down one hellhound and continues into the other one as tooth and claw rip flesh.
The hellhound fighting Aster, withdraws from the fight, thinking better of it.
The hellhound fighting Quassine and the orcs fighting Goliath all do the same. If you both have 10' reach or larger you still get AoOs vs the fleeing
The harpy stands from prone and flaps her wings hard moving up into the air and away from the fire and Simon. (25' up)
Round 4 go. Kiki take Round 3 and Round 4

Quassine Alator |

Instead of killing the fleeing Hellhound, Quassine bows to the battlefield, "Balance has been restored. Therefore, no need to kill the fleeing for they can no longer launch an effective assault on our brothers and sisters without meeting a similar fate as their comrades."

Goliath, War Scion of Ragathiel |

"FOOLS!!!" Goliath roars.
AoO orc 1: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (9) + 17 = 26
AoO orc 2: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (10) + 17 = 27

Damage Orc 3: 2d8 + 1d6 + 19 ⇒ (4, 3) + (2) + 19 = 28
Feeling blatantly disrespected even though they act out of fear Goliath cuts two more down before trying to subdue the last.
Round 4
"You will know my vengeance."
So I assume they ran so they are 120 away. So.
Swift: Ki for +20 move

Flurry on Fleeing Orc: 1d20 + 17 - 4 ⇒ (14) + 17 - 4 = 27
Damage non lethal on fleeing orc: 2d8 + 1d6 + 19 ⇒ (6, 6) + (6) + 19 = 37
Goliath stands over the unconscious body. "Why didn't they just surrender." Sheathing his blade he picks up the body and puts it over his shoulder. He looks around and watches as his companions deal with the fleeing hounds.
He sits the body back down at the camp and starts gathering the dead and keeps the fire going. We will burn these before we leave.
"Quassine help me here if your just going to stand around."
He starts making a pile of gear a bit away from the pile of corpses.
That one will be out a while. I will wake him with magic once we gather everything if he is still out.
This is all assuming I cut them down in a hit like the riposte did earlier.

Quassine Alator |

Quassine looks at Goliath, "Well I wasn't planning on standing here for long but yes brother, I will help you." Quassine walks over and starts helping Goliath, "I am guessing these creatures have no honor my Brother or perhaps they were told to flee and regroup into a larger force to fight another day?" Quassine calls out, [b]"Anyone injured?[b] While Quassine prepares the bodies for the pyre or burial just in case some don't burn, he checks each one for treasure and information. He also checks the Hell hounds to see if any of their parts can be used for crafting.

Xanya Zellor |

By climbing down and jumping Kiki could easily have reached the harpy before it took off. Then used twin claws or something for two attacks + AoO for when it tries to fly away? That's the only enemy reasonably close by.

Uhmm I made a round 3 post, but I would go with Xanya's suggestion if possible

round 4
if there is a fleeing enemy within 130 ft of Kiki's current position and the harpy is dead
Kiki, following her predatory instincts, drops two of her Shortswords rushes after the fleeing enemy, draws her bow, aims for the sky and lets her arrow fly, shouting "Solar Sting" place the square, so that the enemy is in it and has to go through an additional field to get away from us
harpy is not dead stab it till it is ;)

Xanya Zellor |

I'm going to assume Kiki finished off the harpy.
"What the flying f~+! Quassine?!" Xanya rages as she throws one of her fancy new amentum wrapped javelins after the hellhound he failed to kill.
Javelin: 1d20 + 4 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 4 + 5 + 2 = 28 damage: 1d4 + 11 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 11 + 2 = 14
"These are creatures of the blackest hells. The only reason for saving them would be if you wished to let them spread more evil and destruction in the world." She shouts furiously into the night as she chases away from the group.
Cryxial barrels into the Hellhound that ran away from Aster Unless Aster managed to kill it himself.

After the chase she returns slowly back to the group, both her and Cryxial clearly winded. "Saving the orcs, fine. Even the harpies are creatures of this world, but saving hellhounds? That I can't agree with. Unlike the gnolls, these creatures will run straight back to their masters and tell them of our tactics. Next time they'll have up invisibility alarm or worse."
Can I use my knowledge rolls from the dicussion thread earlier?
@Kiki: due to banner all your modifiers for your rolls should be one higher

Round 3 - recap
Energized by her kill of the harpy, Kiki climbs down the tree and drops the rest of the way safely, then with a mighty leap springs through the air and lands near the other harpy giving it a stab as it lays there prone.
When the harpy tries to stand and fly away, Kiki stabs at it again.
AoO attack: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (15) + 17 = 32 - hit
wakizashi damage: 1d3 + 18 ⇒ (1) + 18 = 19
As the avian woman stands and unfurls her wings, Kiki springs in and stabs her in the breastbone, and she clutches her chest, falling back to the ground bleeding out.
Goliath's reflexive action takes down each orc as they seek to flee from him. Even carefully withdrawing, they cannot avoid his wrath and his reach as she smites them dead.
Hellhound #4 DC 10: 1d20 - 4 + 2 ⇒ (5) - 4 + 2 = 3 - fail, -1 hp
Hellhound #5 DC 10: 1d20 - 11 + 2 ⇒ (8) - 11 + 2 = -1 - fail, -1 hp
Hellhound #7 DC 10: 1d20 - 11 + 2 ⇒ (11) - 11 + 2 = 2 - fail, -1 hp
Hellhound #8 DC 10: 1d20 - 5 + 2 ⇒ (7) - 5 + 2 = 4 - fail, -1 hp
Harpy DC 10: 1d20 - 3 + 2 ⇒ (16) - 3 + 2 = 15 - success
Round 4
Kiki: 24
Goliath: 23
Quassine: 20
Xanya/Cryxial: 20
Simon: 11
Aster: 8
Monsters: 7 and lower
Kiki, you took down the harpy, it lies there unconscious. Goliath all the orcs are down, you don't have one to knock out. Xanya, the hellhound is out of the light and beyond the range of your darkvision, so you are throwing at a totally concealed target. Cryxial cannot reach the fleeing hellhound however as it is 45' east of the edge of the map, which is 24 squares or 120' away, and would need a move of 60.
Xanya sees the hellhound flee from Quassine and she pulls out a javelin, unfortunately the huge bonfire in front of her blocks a large part of her view, and the hellhound has plunged into the darkness beyond her darkvision, which she struggles to focus standing so close to the huge crackling bonfire. It is even beyond her powerful scent, which also only picks up the smell of burning wood.
total concealment check, 01-50=hit, 51-100=miss: 1d100 ⇒ 97 - miss
She arcs her javelin over the crackling snapping fire, hoping for the best as it hurtles into the darkness. She hears no yelp so can only assume she missed.
Ok I think I have everything straightened out. I guess there are a few potential redos for the early round 4 people, although the battle is effectively over except for the two fleeing hellhounds.

Quassine Alator |

How many hit points did the Hellhounds have? I know I could look it up but you can always change it and I don't want to meta-game.

Quassine Alator |

I believe Quassine killed both but I am probably paying for my error, huh? ... :)

Goliath, War Scion of Ragathiel |

Why is there no Orc? There were 3 left. I rolled a 1 on my third AoO and the attacks on the last one were for non lethal. Are you saying that still killed it? I know non lethal turns to lethal once it surpasses you HP I think so I guess I could have doubled his HP and killed it still. Ops. Just clarifying. Thanks. Guess I should have grappled :)

I missed the 1 on your attack since it wasn't pointed out, and you had rolled damage. In that case the nonlethal would subdue one. It is a strange case when the nonlethal takes them below 0 in one hit, does the remaining immediately turn lethal? The RAW says all subsequent damage, so in theory if your first hit does 10000000 nonlethal it can still only knock him unconscious and not kill. I could be interpreting it wrong.

Quassine Alator |

Quassine looks at Xanya, "We all have different walks of life. I was not saving it. Balance had been restored and to kill it would create imbalance. In addition, if we do not give quarter, how do we know that creature will not use its own WILL to be like us instead of being controlled by others?" Quassine continues to help Goliath and search the bodies as they prepare them for final destruction.

Goliath, War Scion of Ragathiel |

I always roll attack and damage together then edit if there is a cirt. I guess I could have removed the damage. Sorry. I didn't even know about the non lethal rule existed until I did some society plan and got a crit doing non lethal on a crazy patient in a mental place and killed it with my paladin. The GM Tried to make me fall even though I was doing non lethal. They way I have seen is run is like this. : Lets say the person is a commoner 4hp. That's what there patients were, but they all had shives or knifes and we were level 2 or 3 and I was using a great sword. So I did say 20 points on a crit. It was non lethal so the person takes 4 non lethal then the 16 turns into lethal. Now Non lethal doesn't make them loose HP so he still had 4 but with the 16 it sent him to -12 and he only had a 10 or maybe 12 con so dead. So that is how it works as far as I know So hopefully I didn't kill the orc :)
Goliath continues to work staying out of the philosophical debate. While he believes himself good natured and honorable he acts with wrath and vengeance on the field of combat.

CaveToad |

Yeah that makes the most logical sense, that the rest just converts when it drops below zero. I an just bothered by the word 'subsequent'. I guess its ultimately up to me to decide how I will run it. I think I will run it that the damage converts on the same hit, which unfortunately means you killed him.

Goliath, War Scion of Ragathiel |

After gathering the bodies Goliath checks the orc he subdued.
"Damn it. Looks like I hit this one too hard even with the flat of the blade. I am sorry my brothers and sisters. My wrath and vengeance consumed me. The bastards should have surrendered."
He does find the Harpy still breathing though and is a bit relieved.
"Can these creatures talk? I will bind her and wake her if we think we can speak with her."

Xanya Zellor |

If Con + 2xHP < 37 then the orc would die. Are either of the casters or the fire giant still alive, or the harpies I guess. Would be nice to have something to interrogate...
@Quassine: You did enough to down one of the hellhounds, but not the other. When it fled it provoked an AoO due to your reach, but you refused to use it. If you had taken it, it would probably be down

Quassine Alator |

Shrugs, I screwed up the rolls so we will never know unless we looked back. I did a total of 80 points of damage in Rounds 2, AoO, and Round 3.

CaveToad |

None of the other creatures are alive except those I mentioned. It hardly matters regarding the hellhounds that escaped. Two got away, so if you were concerned about the one, there was still the other.
Hellhound #4 stabilize DC10: 1d20 + 2 - 8 ⇒ (14) + 2 - 8 = 8 - fail, -1 hp
Hellhound #5 stabilize DC10: 1d20 + 2 - 12 ⇒ (20) + 2 - 12 = 10 - success, stable
Hellhound #7 stabilize DC10: 1d20 + 2 - 12 ⇒ (7) + 2 - 12 = -3 - fail, -1 hp
Hellhound #8 stabilize DC10: 1d20 + 2 - 6 ⇒ (8) + 2 - 6 = 4- fail, -1 hp
I will calculuate exact XP, but you will have enough to level. Feel free to start making your plans, but as before, you will need a nice safe secure spot to rest and reflect. You are in the middle of the night currently, so if you camped, slept and hung around a bit in the morning for a while to practice, research and test your new powers, that would be enough.

Xanya Zellor |

Cryxial could easily run 160 foot after the hellhound. Won't be able to charge as you said, but it means it'll provoke from Xanya if it tries to run away further. Of course that hardly matters since quassine didn't kill the other one. Since Cryxial can't charge could I have ran into the night to get up right next to the last hellhound?

Kiki Bitterdew |

what happend to Kikis round 4 action? was the enemy to far away?

Xanya Zellor |

You already said I couldn't charge. I haven't really posted after that. This is just an alternative suggestion to that that I can do that fulfill the same purpose. At a table it would have been cleared up instantly when it happened that it wasn't actually possible to do what I was trying to do, I wouldn't just have lost the action. I agree that it won't stop them from reporting back and hence not make much difference, which is really bad for us. However it would make a lot of sense RP-wise, which is why I'm asking you to let me do it anyway.
trip: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (19) + 16 = 35
next round full attack, without rage though probably against prone (since withdraw is a full round action):
