Does everyone want to just follow one of the groups looking into the opening of the new siege fort or each person want to pick a different group?
Male Dwarf Druid 1 | HP: 11/11 | AC: 16 | T: 12 | FF: 14 | Fort +4 Ref +2 Will +6 | Perc: +7 | Init: +2
I believe having people from different groups would be more interesting.
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
No preference. One sounds easier on everyone involved. Converted to fighter and feeling dangerous.
Male Human Sorcerer(Undead) 1 | HP 9/11 | AC11 T11 FF10 CMD11 | F+1 R+1 W+2(+1 vs divine spells) | Perception +0 | Spells L1:1/4, grave touch 6/7
I can see this character working for any of them, he's a bit mercenary.
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
No worries, Lukas, I will protect you.
Male Human
Given a choice of the three, a man would most likely be from the Eagle Garrison.
CG Male Half-elf (Osirian) Diviner 1 | HP 8/8 | AC 15 (14 Touch, 14 Flat-Footed) | CMB -1, CMD 10 | Fort. +1, Ref. +1, Will +2, +4 vs enchantment | Init. +8 | Perc. +6, Sense Motive 0 | Speed 30ft | Diviner's Fortune: 7/7 | Spells: 1st 3/4 | Active conditions: Mage Armour
I can see myself working for any, but feel slightly more drawn to The Collector. I guess that both SeldIron and Oskar are right: from an RP perspective it might be more interesting to have different groups, but it would be simpler if our goals were all the same.
Seems like the Eagle Knights it is, I will have a post up soon
I don't expect people to post more than once on the weekend, I will give Lukas till Monday at 12 to post before moving along. Plenty of time.
Male Human Sorcerer(Undead) 1 | HP 9/11 | AC11 T11 FF10 CMD11 | F+1 R+1 W+2(+1 vs divine spells) | Perception +0 | Spells L1:1/4, grave touch 6/7
I thought the dogs went before me. My bad I guess
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
Looks like we need a perception check to see this thing. At this point is that a free action or move action?
I put it under a spoiler sorry, you can open the perception one
DC was 21
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
I remain confused. His stealth DC was 21 and we all missed that. He gets a surprise round and uses that to take a shot at me and then he attempts to hide again but with DC 13 this time. Should we not roll initiative and new perception checks? Sorry if I am missing something.
I was leaving that up to you guys if you wanted to roll initiative but looking at it again I see your point.
I will do the two rolls in the thread.
CG Male Half-elf (Osirian) Diviner 1 | HP 8/8 | AC 15 (14 Touch, 14 Flat-Footed) | CMB -1, CMD 10 | Fort. +1, Ref. +1, Will +2, +4 vs enchantment | Init. +8 | Perc. +6, Sense Motive 0 | Speed 30ft | Diviner's Fortune: 7/7 | Spells: 1st 3/4 | Active conditions: Mage Armour
@DM: Sorry, just one minor correction: Tiresias' initiative is +8, not +6 (+4 improved initiative, +2 trait, +1 dex, +1 diviner). Doesn't look like it changes the initiative order, though!
Also, just for clarification: you prefer us to post in our actions when our respective blocks chime in, right? So, in this case, SeldIron and Lukas now, then resolve their actions and the spider's and only then Tiresias, Taqan and Oskar.
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
@GM
And I just found this. I think that spider is having a harder time being stealthy.
Sniping
If you've already successfully used Stealth at least 10 feet from your target, you can make one ranged attack and then immediately use Stealth again. You take a –20 penalty on your Stealth check to maintain your obscured location.
If I can get a favorable ruling, I will be glad to send an arrow as opposed to being a sitting duck.
So it got a -7 then for its stealth so everyone can see it then,
@ Tiresias yes I think it makes sense since some people can post at different rates and it doesn't hold things up.
CG Male Half-elf (Osirian) Diviner 1 | HP 8/8 | AC 15 (14 Touch, 14 Flat-Footed) | CMB -1, CMD 10 | Fort. +1, Ref. +1, Will +2, +4 vs enchantment | Init. +8 | Perc. +6, Sense Motive 0 | Speed 30ft | Diviner's Fortune: 7/7 | Spells: 1st 3/4 | Active conditions: Mage Armour
Brilliant, just wanted to make sure (another DM I'm playing with prefers everyone to post everything at the same time and he resolves the actions all at once),
That could work too but I will stick with the block system I am trialing right now.
Male Human Sorcerer(Undead) 1 | HP 9/11 | AC11 T11 FF10 CMD11 | F+1 R+1 W+2(+1 vs divine spells) | Perception +0 | Spells L1:1/4, grave touch 6/7
I will be on vacation tomorrow through new years. I will try to post while on vacation, but may miss some days
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
How high is it if we fall? What is the current DC to climb with a knotted rope?
Male Human
Per RAW, DC 5 for climbing a knotted rope.
You are just over 15 feet high, the walls are about that much so lets say 17 feet but it is 15 feet if you fall.
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
@ DM Raltus. I'm hearing good things about Rogue One. How was it?
Male Human
A man can answer that. It was amazing.
Very much so, so well done and it made total sense going into A New hope
Male Human
A man especially loved the resurrection of old characters.
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
That is exactly what I heard. Thank you!
What side of the door do you want to try it on? I would say you cannot do it on the other side of the door but on your side you can make it sound like 4 people are talking or whatever you want.
Ghost sound
CG Male Half-elf (Osirian) Diviner 1 | HP 8/8 | AC 15 (14 Touch, 14 Flat-Footed) | CMB -1, CMD 10 | Fort. +1, Ref. +1, Will +2, +4 vs enchantment | Init. +8 | Perc. +6, Sense Motive 0 | Speed 30ft | Diviner's Fortune: 7/7 | Spells: 1st 3/4 | Active conditions: Mage Armour
Fair enough. I'm waiting on feedback from the rest of the group, but I'll probably create several effects one after the other, like banging noises and screams.
So southern door? I thought initially it was said about the Northern door but that is fine with me. I will have it up soon.
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
Ready to do my thing. Is the green trog fair game at this point? If so, are my calculations correct in that the closest I can get would be 10 ft due East of him? Thanks Raltus!
Right now he is still hidden since no one has noticed him.
Can you guys move your tokens as needed?

Perfect, so I screwed up the rooms but that is ok. We will just roll with it.

We killed the Red trog, so Green cannot flee quite so quickly? Not his initiative yet if I read that correctly.
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
Green is flat-footed for our rogue!
I am goign to bot him tomorrow morning if he hasn't responded.
Male Human
Sorry, started a new job, been a bit crazy this last week.
Not a problem, I can understand RL happening.
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
I have every intention of pursuing this trog. Options I know of are charge (may not apply), double move and run. Can you update the map?
M Human Fighter Level 5 | HP: 57/57 | AC: 22 T: 14 FF: 19 | Fort: +5 | Ref: +3 | Will: 0 (+1 v fear) | Perc: +4 | Init: +7 |
The block initiative is pretty cool. Is that an original thought or did you pick it up in another campaign? When I GM (and I will) it will be used. The only difference I would do is block the pcs and keep the npcs out of the block. You seem to be doing basically that by waiting on npc moves. Thanks. I know how time consuming it can be.
Someone used it in another game I was in, it made more sense to me really since this is already slow at times and it allowed people to go a few at a time instead of waiting on that 1 person.
I tend to let the baddies go last because it is about you guys really. Will have more up tomorrow.

@ Raltus:
My perception is +0 not -1. You probably got that from the illegible text export from pcgen that I initially copied and pasted into the profile. The profile has been cleaned up since then. Thanks.
it has been fixed in my macro
