She nods, "I guess it would be pointless to point out that all he's accomplishing is to severely piss us off and make us want to drag out his death when we find him even more......I'm sorry.....I just.....I really really hate him." She sighs as she tries to take a few bites of food, but realizes quickly that her stomach most likely won't tolerate it right now. Instead she picks up the wine and sips on it slowly while scowling.

Christophe gives Gashka a concerned look before polishing off his wine. He goes back to eating a little at a time.

Looking at the strange creatures in the tank, she shudders a bit. "You were right Tikkle....they look totally creepy. I've never seen anything that looked quite like that before.....are you sure they're okay to eat? They look a little rough on the outside...."

She blushes and looks down at the table....but can't quite hide the smile that starts out small, but quickly spreads nearly reaching her eyes. Cocking her head to the side she raises an eyebrow as she looks at Tikkle sideways. Clearing her throat she says, "Tikkle.......shh So.....you break it in half?"

Uhhhh....maybe that didn't come out exactly right? The i and l sounds are probably drawn out a bit....like a soft whine....and it's not a be quiet shh....more of one of those, hey not here things. Oh my.....maybe I'm just making it worse? Lol I just re read it and it sounded....a little wrong to me....but, Gashka is good at saying something totally innocent and having it sound....wrong, so Ill leave it the way it is.

Sinking down into her chair, wishing the floor would just swallow her up whole she covers her face with her hands.

When he gets her to lower her hands he sees she was just trying to hide how much she was blushing.

Not being used to dealing with the weird shelled creature, more of it goes flying across the table than she actually gets in her mouth. After a few tries she hands the awkward sea creature to Tikkle and looks at him imploringly. "Please....I'll starve at this rate." She laughs a little as she watches him deftly remove what's left of it's meat.

Christophe digs into his lobster as the mood returns to somewhat normal. His thoughts wander to Tehanna for a moment.

Terra was simply sitting there eating, smashing the Lobster with a rock and grabbing handfuls to eat. she crunches as she chews, spitting bits of shell out onto the floor, She definitely id NOT lady like.

Not to sound stupid or anything, but again, who is this Carver fellow? and is he the poetic one?, or is he have something to do with the ones that want to kill us?

"Apparently he's the local serial killer. I don't think he's the same guy, but they might be connected." Flynt just smiles at Terra's nonchalant attitude when it comes to eating.

Gashka smiles as she watches Terra, "At least you can get to the meat without sending shell shrapnel flying all over the table T....that's better than I was doin. I think that thing was just a bit over my head."

Anyka rolls her eyes, any thought of subtly clearly pointless at the table, and proceeds to enjoy the meal, studying the faces of nearby diners and waitstaff to see if anyone reacts to the conversation.

Okay, so Tikkle and I saw a victim of the Carver's when we were investigating Brand's death. The body had the same aura as my scar (which nobody but Gashka knows about). That same aura was on the rope we got from those assassin jerks at Brand's house (which is still in my possession). So the Piper and the Carver have some connection, but we don't know what and we don't know what this aura is either.

Christophe clears his throat as the subject of the Carver comes up again. "Once we head back to the ship for the night, I need to tell you all something."

Renard's ears perk up for a moment and he narrows his eyes at Christophe.

"Yeah...I think a more private setting would be better suited to what we need to discuss."

She just gives her a grin and goes back to eating a little here and there. All in all its a really good meal, and she finds the meat from the lobster to be surprisingly succulent.

"Well the ship is free, and to me, home. I'll be stayin' there tonight regardless. Also we can all rest with my night watch alert as opposed to the idiot city watch. Speakin of which, Jeggs and I need to pay a visit to a friend tonight if we can. Catch up a bit." At the last bit, he narrows his eyes and there's a tone in his voice that tells his friends that whatever he wants to do is far from legal.

You met some years ago, before your encounter with the Kraken. Having just been accepted onto the crew, you hadn't known Jeggs that long. As the two of you were wandering through town you came across a young watchman getting thrashed in an alleyway. While you didn't normally help the Watch, something about this man compelled you to step in and help. Turns out, the three men assaulting him were corrupt watchmen that weren't too happy that Davick had found out about their....extracurricular activities. Since then, Mr. Drake's been your eyes and ears of the Watch.

Okay, so my understanding is that everyone is going back to the boat except Tikkle and Jeggs, and maybe Anyka and Jin, correct?
