Yeah, I'd prefer to hang onto the consumables. They're almost always worth more used than sold.

I think Vaen is more likely than most to use the invisibility. The other CLW can go to anyone really. Lorick has a low AC, Gehenna too, and they'll both be in combat a lot, so I'd vote for one of them taking the CLW.

Alchemists Fire should go to anyone with a high dex, I think, to increase those chances of landing a touch attack.

I don't think we decided what to do with the loot but Castor's calculations look good to me. Maybe we can decide how to buy a group CLW when we have the ability to actually sell stuff?

Juliet's a pretty forthright girl, so she's all for just marching up to the castle. She's also pretty sure the Queen will be sequestered there - it is the most defensible point in Korvosa (she assumes), and the city is experiencing severe civil unrest. Better to be there surrounded by guards and walls and weapons than anywhere else.

However, if people want, she'll go talk to pops, though she'd rather not - that guy's a whole walking barrel of disapproval, and showing up with orphans and legbreakers and tieflings dear gods, and having to answer questions about how she came across this brooch is just asking for a whole new level of guilt trips and shaming, and she tries to avoid pops even when things are going well.

No complaints with Juliet's plan. Although we may be relying on her charm to get us past simple officials and to the Queen herself. Like Lorick mentioned, times are uncertain for the Queen atm.

Well I don't want to break up the party. Lorick just wants to ensure somehow that two of the contacts that Lamm has in his grip will be alright if Lorick isn't around anymore.


Fair - but bear in mind it's only 24 hours or so since Lamm last saw you; and with the riots, there's a fair bit going on right now to occupy his mind!

I'm pleased he's such a major factor in your mind, though; means he's doing his job! :-)

I believe we decided to squirrel away half gp for a wand of CLW and split the other half into shares. If so...

From the fishery drug den, if my math is correct, we get:

-37 gp, 7 sp, 7 cp.

-188 gp goes to the wand. I didn't bother to split the sp and cp into half, but rather just put them into each of our shares.

From the reward, we each get:

-120 gp

-600 gp goes to the wand, putting us 38 gp over for a CLW wand. Putting that 38 gp back into our personal shares, we get a the wand and a share each of:

165 gold, 3 silver, 7 copper

Who knows someone that sells wands? Not Juliet...

How safe does the city seem? Would Lorick feel it's safe to be able to go into Old Korvosa?


Old Korvosa is still not fully under control; you'd be foolish to go in alone. The rest of the city is (reasonably) safe, at least until sundown.
