I decided Gage would give it to Mamise, 'cause 1) he likes her better, 2) she had it, and 3) -9 hps is a large negative number and max healing would just barely get him awake so that he could CLW himself xD

The trip back to Oleg's outpost will take 17.5, 28, or 38.5 hours of travel time depending on your speed (15, 20, or 30 ft respectively). I assume you'll not want to go any faster for the sake of the wounded.

You still have horses? If so, you can hitch the wagon to one of them and go 30' without any penalties/risk to the injured.

I get the feeling we'll need this list of things for dealing with grappling

Also, Grappled creatures cannot make attacks of opportunity.
So it can't take AoOs against Derra or anyone else until the grapple is broken :D

We are here now and have spells...we can take that Potions form the wagon with us. Finish it up and move on. I still think it best to finish the mite lair. Hand out some darts to those that are not on the front lines.

I'd agree if we had a safe way to scout and/or set up an ambush.
I guess there probably isn't anything else down there particularly nasty, but even if we fully heal up, we'll be low on spells and Gage will be a pincushion in no time...

Ooof, I just remembered that I probably wont be able to post tomorrow or Valentine's Day (BTW, happy valentine's day everyone).
If anyone wants to bot Gage, he'll draw his dagger and either start singing a bard song to boost damage and attack for everyone (+1 to each), or use combat expertise for an attack with his dagger (+2str +1BaB -1 Combat Expertise) and +1 AC (also from Combat Expertise).
