I think we should be ok once we get a wand of cure light wounds, I say we hold off on recruiting or changing classes

A weird combination of bad luck and bad rolls has turned this into a nightmare of an encounter! Are you guys going to be defeated for the second time in a row??

First off i just wanted to let people know that in PFS when you get to level two you can change your guy, if you're not enjoying him first level you won't be stuck with him, and Jam said he's going to let us do this.

Is anyone not happy with what their playing atm? or want's to play something different?

That leads me onto my next point, we're getting our asses kicked we need some form to healing and a wand is a long way off from where we are now we could wipe again in the next room, this is how i see it.

1. We recruit a 5th as a divine caster, i wouldn't say we're only looking for a healer but say that's a role we need filling.
2.I'm happy to switch to a priest, i've got him all made up and he has a lot of skills(just like my rogue could be the party face still)
3.Do nothing and just hope we dont wipe again/hope a wand works. Remember that only bob can use it at this level as it's on his list so it's not really in combat healing.

I want to hear from each of you on these ideas.

Im happy to wait for a wand, but healer does sound really nice

I may change my guy I am not really enjoying the combat of him, ill see what everyone else is doing and go from there

A lot of people are asking me what i think about the recruitment/healer problem.

I'm more than happy to roll up a priest, he could still be a skill guy/face of the party. As i know some of you don't want a recruit a 5th.

Ok checking pathfinder society rules (which we aren't really playing by but its a guide.) You can literally change anything about your guy at the point you level to 2.

Whether this is the same personality but different class or an entirely new character is up to you.

I got two characters in mind Gelbor a cleric and a bard, the cleric was just to cover healing really but I think I would get more combat more with him so if you do go a priest I think ill change to bard think i am going to be a self buffing one though like a selfish twat

What is my characters wealth at the moment Gelbor?

36 Gold.

I mean over all including weapons and that because my new guy is going to come in with that wealth if that is okay with the DM save you doing much with wealth

I've no idea i don't track what you start with, you didnt give me anything like that.

Also i'm happy to have a discussion about what we're doing about healing/divine casting but both of you haven't really said what you want i want solid answers here.

If you want to setup up and say "I'm going cleric at level two" then that's sorted and we're done.

yeah you track what we pick up don't you? like items potion and that wise other wise how would you be tracking wealth? are all the things I own things I started with?

You only have gold, you had a potion but you've used it.

We've only had gold as a party so far.

okay ill have do my wealth for my other guy as starting gold plus 36 for now, I have the rough idea done for both bard and cleric so its all down to you guys.

....I typed all that out and it's like no one read it, i said if no one wanted to change to a healer type i'd go priest i set out options for everyone to pick and no one did.

I don't want to change but i was happy to do what's best for the group.

We should tough it out without a healer, the added danger makes it more fun I recon. Having a token healer in the party is boring and predictable. Bob if you want to be a bard, be one. Bugger having a cleric if we die we die.

Bards do have healing, just no where near as much lol

Be a bard then dude if you arent loving your alchemist.
