His destructive eagerness to light up the room is hard to hide. He presses closely behind the others into the room straining to see.

Dorial shouts a warning and begins casting a spell. Chrystosm holds his action, unable to find a target.

Ahead, a kobold appears on one of the "toad" things, bounding in, hanging from the ceiling. Neither of them seem affected by the noise at all.

Kast, standing right next to the shrieking shroom is none the less able to ignore the noise, but not the javelin Kobold toad #1 throws at the group.

Eager, over eager in fact - foolishly eager (did I mention stupid?) to test his new Fireball spell, Othoe gestures to the children to stay there as he rushes to the front line to see. From his new vantage point he throws down a fireball, centered between K1 and K3. That should hit all the visible opposition and some of those hiding around the corner, and just avoid Kast…

Othoe's fireball catches the kobolds by surprise, crisping all but one. K2 uses K1 as a shield, peeking around him as the flames fade. The two toads remain stuck to the ceiling, their riders stuck to their back, but are otherwise immobile. OTHOE!!!!!

Nimeon's arrow catches the Kobold on Toad 2's back (KT2), releasing him from the slow death of his burns.

Round 1 summary,

Dorial begins casting a spell as soon as she realizes the force arrayed against the heroes.
Two kobolds on toads and several on feet approach with javelins, though only the two on toads throw, and only one of those strikes Kast. Still, the poison does its best to bring him down. Simon, stunned by the cacophony of sound, stays still. Nimeon shoots Toad 2, weakening it for Othoe's fireball. Othoe's casts a new spell, dropping several of the kobolds to the ground, unconscious and smoking. Chrystosm strikes quickly, vaulting up into the air, ending the days of the unconscious Kobold glued to the back of Toad 2.Kast strikes at the unconscious Toad 1, ending it's suffering.

Round 2, Dorial is up

Dorial finishes summoning her croc into the middle of the dead and down kobolds.

She shouts out to it, "Look for others!"

The croc looks up at Dorial and starts moving out into the larger chamber, but then stops and starts chomping on one of the kobolds that twitched.

Dorial finishes her spell, summoning a crocodile into the middle of the walkway towards the few that remain. He snaps, finishing off the closes kobold. Next to him, one of them moans.

Othoe, quite pleased with himself over his recent display (yeah, he's full of himself), delays. He has no interest in rushing into an unknown room ahead of the fighters and he's more than a little afraid of the huge crocodile that just appeared.

Simon, still stunned by the sonic assault of the mushrooms, remains passive. Nimeon pincushions the dying toadkobold, putting him out of his misery. Othoe holds his action, letting Kast and Chrystosm lead the way.

Simon holds his action, Nimeon moves into the big cavern to see what he can see, but doesn't see much. Othoe creeps a very little bit into the darkness. Slowly, carefully, Kast follows the fleeing kobold.

Dorial sics the crocogator on the fleeing kobold, killing him dead at the end of the hallway. Simon holds his action, waiting for just the right time to release Crazy herbalist on these fiends! Nimeon holds his position, having found nothing in the lit chamber. Othoe returns to the children, having found nothing in the dark.Kast waits for the others, even Simon and the kids.

Begin round 5. Dorial is up.

Dorial moves to the end of the hallway and attempts to listen for anything from beyond.

She quietly turns to Kast and attempts to wave him down.

Whatever message Dorial was trying to get across is lost by her avoiding the croc's jaws as it munches away on the now dead kobold.

Over the sound of the crocogator munching on the latest kobold, Dorial just makes out some scuffing sound from deeper in the complex. With the echoe-y ness of the place, and the gater, though, she is unable to make out just what it is.
