Can you make this all more clear to us? I have no idea what is going on or who is where in initiative. We should be able to know if a character has acted or not.

I posted my action in advance above because I saw I had high initiative. I'm starting raging song. Got my axes out to try to slice up the bear next round.

Lem begins to Inspire Courage, and draws his short sword.

Quinn steps forward into a flank, enlarged, enraged and courageously stabs at the gnome.
I'm really confused by the map, the gnome doesn't appear to be adjacent to Hakon, and Oloch doesn't appear to be adjacent to anyone.

Lem completes his casting of sleep. DC 15 Will from druid and Quinn (sorry!)
Lem moves to stand next to his allies and wakes Quinn if necessary.

The bear falls.
"Don't you know, Quinn? Never poke a sleeping bear."
Lem looks around at all the fallen enemies, and pulls out his scroll of cure light wounds.
"I hope he's okay..." he says as he attempts to heal the dwarf. 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Then he pulls out his silk rope, "Sleep magic won't last forever. Tie her up, will you?"
Finally he addresses the silent tree, "Well, are you going to talk or aren't you? We did no lasting harm to your protectors, I hope."

Hakon helps to tie up the sleeping druid. He wipes the bear guts off his handaxes and says, "I wish it didn't have to be this way." Addressing the tree, [b]"We came here in peace. Why would you allow your people to attack us like that? It seems the ages have not yet taught you wisdom."

Hakon hums a little tune to himself and then says, "I spoke rashly and for that I apologize. Please- we need assistance that only someone with your years could provide."

The tree answers“She was a commander in the outlanders’ army some years ago, before they split into squabbling nations. She came to round up fugitives in the woods, but she always treated the Wildwood Lodge with respect. Honaria led a few score of warriors, but she lost only a handful. Although the campaign took seasons, she was implacable. Eventually her little group wore the fugitives down, like a rock cracking under roots. Many of her fallen enemies were buried in a cave not far from here. Their bones are long gone, but a sword or two might remain. You may search through it if you’d like.”
The cave is not far from the tree, but without the tree’s direction, it blends into its surroundings. A quick dig reveals several split helms and broken swords, each bearing the fox insignia of a unit in the ancient Taldan army.
Although the tree has many fine things to say about Honaria, its testimony alone is not enough to pass muster in the courts of Oppara. However, the broken equipment of her enemies adds weight to the story, particularly because the unit it belonged to was disbanded for treason.
The two druids ashamedly lead you back to their boat, and gives the PCs Trajet’s treeform cloak as a part of their apology.
This leaves only one last episode .. Breakdown.
Remaio Alcasti asks the PCs to retrieve Honaria’s many decorations and honors from her burial chamber. Breakdown letter

"Thank you, elder one, for your knowledge and your aid. And my apologies to the druid for slaying your bear. I know you were only trying to protect your territory. We leave you in peace."
Then after receiving the letter, Hakon says to the group: "It seems a little strange that he would ask us to rob his own ancestor's grave. Disrespectful even. But he seems like a good enough fellow so maybe he has good intentions here."

"Yeah! Let's see wet happens when we do that!", Lem takes the water and splashes some on the door at about eye level for the halfling.

AS you pour the water on the door a keyhold appears soon to be opened by the sage Lem. You enter a musty corridor leading to a room.
A large granite tablet covered with names and dates stands in the center of this small room.
The tablet provides a chronological record of the Alcastis buried within the tomb. About halfway down the stone the list stops, ending with “Honaria Alcasti, 4049 ar–4123 ar.”
Looking carefully around you do not notice anything of interest.
You move on and reach another room.
A statue of a soaring pegasus rises above the pool of stagnant water in the center of the room.
The pool in this room was once a fountain, but soon Ezren deduces its pipes broke over years of neglect. Now the water is dusty and still.
You move on. Somber statues of Alcastis past line this hallway, their hands broken apart and lying at their feet. A pile of shattered rubble lies strewn across the floor, the stone pierced through with
abandoned spears and swords. The air is thick with dust and neglect.
Please give me a perception check.
