GM Niles
I would say that Handle Animal would not work, at all. Except to give the werewolf a +7 circumstance bonus to eat your face. It isn't an animal at all, its a humanoid with a subtype.
Michael Stamford
I'm willing to follow far enough that I'm still within clear earshot of the camp. I'm also going to be riding my horse out, because I want to have the fastest return time possible if something goes terribly wrong with either group. One potential rescued child isn't worth losing 5 others.
Silas Hawkwinter
Silas has a heavy heart since he's expecting to be forced to kill her. He won't to go too far (It'll be too dangerous, could be more warecreatures) but he doesn't want the other kids to be further traumatised...
Michael I know it probably won't work but do you want to try the wolfsbane thing? On the other hand could try a quick premtive strike (we both speak draconic so a quick 'now'), yeah totally murder hobo her...
Silas Hawkwinter
Agreed but Silas is planning to try and magically incapacitate her anyway.
Michael Stamford
If the other boy is actually still alive, I say we use the wolfsbane on him. It would actually have a chance of working that way.
Silas Hawkwinter
Roger
Silas starts to follow her, but only for a little way. Once they're out of line of sight of the other kinds he deliberately hangs back a little (out of AOO range) and starts talking, gently a first but with mounting anger, "Elara was somebody I greatly admired. She was talented and could have done pretty much anything she wanted. She wasn't interested in wealth or power; her calling was to look after those nobody else would. Over the years she saved hundreds of kids from beatings, starvation or worse. How did it feel to RIP HER THROAT OUT? TO TEAR THE LIFE OUT OF ONE WHO FED AND NURTURED YOU? ONE WHO SAVED YOUR WORTHLESS LIFE ON SEVRAL OCCASIONS? DID YOU ENJOY THE TERROR OF YOUR PLAYMATES AS YOU TORE THEM LIMB FROM LIMB? DO YOU FEEL PROUD? DID YOU FEEL ANY SHAME?!"
At the end Silas is purple with rage and the very air seems to roil with the heat of his verbal assault.
Silas casts blistering invective, dc 16 reflex to avoid catching fire.
Intimidate: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (8) + 13 = 21
Fire dmg if she's intimaidated: 1d10 ⇒ 5
Michael Stamford
I think Silas just made it go bad. Would be terrible if she wasn't actually a werewolf, but I'm pretty sure that's not going to be the case.
Lucanor
Lucanor took a moment letting the girl turn her back, to the halfling he whispered, "Watch the other children, keep them here and safe." and when he was sure Elva's eyes weren't on him, he slipped out a silver weapon from their supplies.
I think we still have some swords and one masterwork silver dagger? He'd probably go for the dagger as it would be easier to hide or use as an excuse for surgery.
Then he follows not far behind, after bumping Hecktor, he then moves as quietly as possible.
Stealth: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Silas Hawkwinter
Silas would feel awful if he's just attacked an innocent girl. Fingers crossed that's not what happened here!
Edit: Forgot to mention, inspire is supposed to be up, not sure how many rounds have been used. This may be important if somebody gets bitten (Silas will use Saving Finale as needed )
GM Niles
Jeva: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Michael: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15
Silas: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11

Unfriendly 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
No surprise rounds as everyone had hostile intent from the beginning.
Jeva turns on the party her eyes shining and begins to change in front of them! A howl erupts from her lips as she gains the bestial features of a werewolf! Her howl is answered close by as her pack rushes to join her!

Silas, 3 rounds had passed.

Hecktor watches the beast now before the group.
"I've heard only stories...but heck, that's one ugly beast."
Move to E6.
Attack the wolfgirl.
"Allright furry girl, we're in no mood to go down anytime soon. Let's go!"
Swing silver sword: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
Dmg: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Edit post Silas' comment:
Already included it in the roll. But thanks for the reminder ;)
Silas Hawkwinter
Hector has a extra +1 to hit and damage due to inspire courage.

Pretty sure that Hecktor included the inspire in his roll, otherwise it wouldn't be +9. The sword isn't masterwork or anything, just silver. Also, being silver it has a -1 to damage.
"As soon as you said your name, I had a bad feeling about you. Elara told us you'd been bit when we first met her, and then that mess we found yesterday. I had my suspicions, but you just confirmed 'em...
Pretty sure that the charge lane from my current position to the werewolf at H1 is open. If so...
Michael spurs Adrienne into a charge at one of the werewolvesH1, drawing his silver sword as he goes and being glad to feel the rush of air in his face again.
Charging, Inspired, Power Attack from higher ground: 1d20 + 7 + 2 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (6) + 7 + 2 + 1 + 1 - 2 = 15
Pretty sure that missed, but here's the damage roll just in case
Damage: 1d8 + 3 + 4 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (7) + 3 + 4 + 1 - 1 = 14
Adrienne Inspired, Charging Bite: 1d20 + 6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 6 + 2 + 1 = 11 And there's no way that one hit, so I'm not going to roll damage on it.
My AC and Adrienne's AC is reduced by 2 until my next turn. My AC is now 16, while Adrienne's is 18.
Lucanor
Lucanor is fairly well hidden, or so he hopes, but he sees that Jeva has help coming in, other packmates. Hoping to get the drop on one of the creatures, he calls again on the wrath of Iomedae and fires an arrow
Swift Judgment of Smiting to bypass any DR
Bow shot to hit fellow at P1(If I'm reading map right) 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
DR bypassing Dmg if that hits 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Bard inspiration already counted in but I'm not sure if I get any bonus for sneaking
GM Niles
Round 1
Hecktor moves to E6 and strikes at Jeva. Dealing 12 damage, Jeva howls in pain and rage!
Jeva attacks Hecktor with a full attack! but misses.
Lucanor fires striking the Werewolf at p1 flatfooted for 6 damage.
Michael charges the Werewolf at e1 but misses.
Worgs Worg 1 moves towards the knot of children at a lope. Worg 2 moves towards the knot of children at a lope.
Silas casts Blistering Invective Ref: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14 Jeva is shaken for 2/2 rounds.
Werewolves
1 attack Adrienne Bite Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14 Claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 Claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21 The Claw rakes Adrienne for Claw: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

"One of us has to get back to the kids.." Lucanor states even as he reaches for his sword. Prone he might be, but he's not helpless. Not while the light of Iomedae can make his cold iron blade as effective as a silver one.
He lashes at the werebeast...
to hit: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23
DR bypassing dmg if that hits 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Still prone
Silas Hawkwinter
I was thinking of using cacophonous call on Jeva, since she's debuffed it should have a decent chance of sticking. However Lucanor seems to be in a spot of bother perhaps I should switch targets?
Michael Stamford
Michael unleashes all his and Adrienne's fury on the beast in front of him.
Inspired Power Attack, higher ground: 1d20 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 1 + 1 - 2 = 5
And that misses.
Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Hoof1: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20
Hoof2: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13

Seems I have a little time and some wifi at this conference, which is located on a backwoods army post in bum**** LA. However, since I am on my ipad I cannot edit the map, it should be editable by someone else though as I opened it to the public. Someone else please edit the map to reflect the moves I post.
Hecktor
Hecktor sees the head come off clean.
So much for that one.
He looks around where the next threat is at.
Moving towards the closest werewolf. If Michael kills his, Hecktor will go towards the one attacking Lucanor.
Lucanor, don't you dare die on us :)
Hecktor holds the sword with 2 hands now....(forgot about it -.- )
Going to try PA
Swing silver sword w/pa: 1d20 + 8 - 2 ⇒ (12) + 8 - 2 = 18
Dmg: 1d8 + 5 + 2 + 6 - 1 ⇒ (4) + 5 + 2 + 6 - 1 = 16
Silas Hawkwinter
Silas watches the decapitation with a resigned look, the demon in her had it coming but humanity lost today.
Noticing one of pack menacing Lucanor, Silas swivels round and angrily demands, "So you have a taste for blood eh demon? Somewhere in there is a lost little boy who is sick to the back teeth of all the horrid things you make him do and eat! You think you're in control don't you demon, but why then are you feeling SO queasy? Not got the stomach for it after all..."
Silas casts cacophonous call on the werewolf attacking Lucanor, DC 18 will save or nauseated for 4 rounds.

Round 2
Hecktor neatly severs Jeva's head from her body and she collapses, dead.
Jeva [shaken 2/2] dead
Lucanor [prone] draws his weapon and swings and his cut digs in deep, for 4 damage to the creature. Which has lost 10hp total
Michael attacks his Werewolf and deals 4 damage.
Worgs one charges Gared. One moves to flank Gared.
Silas casts his spell and the Werewolf Will: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18 is unaffected by the spell.

Round 3, once more with feeling!
Michael swings away again.
Inspired Power Attack, higher ground: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 7 + 1 + 1 - 2 = 11
And that's a miss, again.
Adrienne Inspired Bite: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 6 + 1 = 11
Adrienne Inspired Hoof1: 1d20 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 + 1 = 7
Adrienne Inspired Hoof2: 1d20 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 + 1 = 21
Hoof2: 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 1 = 7
I just realized that I screwed up almost all of my rolls for Round 2. I screwed up my own attack by forgetting to add my normal +7, but that wouldn't matter and the attack would have still missed. I screwed up Adrienne's attack rolls by forgetting Inspire, but again it wouldn't have helped. And then I screwed up the hoof damage by mixing it up with the bite damage and forgetting the Inspire. It should have been a roll of 1d6+2+1 instead of 1d4+4. If you want me to reroll it, I will.
Silas Hawkwinter
"Looks like I'll have to do this the old fashioned way..."
Free action: Silas maintains inspire 6/14 rounds used.
Move Action: If Silas can, he'll move next to Lucanor (I'm not clear if there's difficult terrain or not), otherwise to Michael.
Standard Action: Attack!
Attack with silver sword: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 4 + 1 = 25
Confirm: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 4 + 1 = 10
Damage: 1d8 + 1 - 1 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 - 1 + 1 = 3
GM Niles
Round 3
Hecktor deals a mighty blow to the Werewolf dealing 16.
Lucanor attacks again from prone. Sword: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20 Sword: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Michael I just realized that Adrienne can't do damage to these guys, at all without a critical....they have DR 10/silver. swings but misses.
Worgs attack Gared.
Silas deals 3 damage to the Were.
Werewolves
1 attacks Hecktor Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21 Claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20Claw: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15 Bite, Claw: 1d6 + 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (3) + (1) + 10 = 14 Fort: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17 Trip: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25 Hecktor is prone!

The pack draws nigh....... Gared is prone and fighting the Worg, Baldur has engaged in melee, Galesong has backed away, protecting the children.

Round 4. Doesn't mean she won't try!
Inspired Power Attack, higher ground: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 7 + 1 + 1 - 2 = 11
Adrienne Inspired Bite: 1d20 + 6 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 6 + 1 = 22
Adrienne Inspired Hoof1: 1d20 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 + 1 = 3

Adrienne Bite: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Adrienne Hoof2: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
And my good rolls keep going to the horse!
Silas Hawkwinter
Do we know what's going on where Gared is? Also how big is the pack? There's 'only' a couple of wargs on the map.
Hecktor
Niles...i'm wearing the full plate. AC would be at 22.
10+9 plate +2 dex +1 dodge :)
Hecktor takes another 2-handed swing at the werewolf w/pow att.
Swinging sword: 1d20 + 8 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 8 - 2 = 26
Dmg: 1d8 + 6 + 6 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (5) + 6 + 6 + 1 - 1 = 17
Check confirm: 1d20 + 8 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 8 - 2 = 11
Extra dmg: 1d8 + 6 + 6 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (5) + 6 + 6 + 1 - 1 = 17
Lucanor
Since I have the smite judgment going, that five points dmg should have helped wound #2 on round 3, but dang this thing is tough.
Round 4
With Silas to his aid, Lucanor takes a chance and gets to his feet with a swing of his sword. No longer prone, that should cause AoO unless there's some rule in my favor I don't know about but at least I'll be harder to hit.
To hit: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
dmg: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Well, the ability to bypass DR isn't going to help me if I roll like THAT.
GM Niles
Round 4
Hecktor even while prone cuts the legs out from the werewolf, killing it. He then takes his move action to stand.
Lucanor provokes an AoO from the Were Bite: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18 Bite: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 Lucanor is at 12/31, I rule you can't combat maneuver on an AoO, but I'm not sure of the actual rule. swings and misses after he stands.
Michael The were is dead so revise your turn accordingly
Worgs
Silas
Werewolves
Hecktor, that armor was sized for a dwarf. You have to get back to town and get a master armorer to resize it for you. So your still wearing your breastplate. Silas, you don't know whats going on with Gared too much as its hard to see. How haven't spotted the pack, you can only hear their howls. I'm posting this from my iPad as I am at work today, can someone update the map.
Michael Stamford
Round 4 Revised
Michael rides Adrienne towards the werewolf that's attacking Lucanor, setting himself up to flank the beast before attacking.
Assuming you'll use the same rolls as before, with the exception that Adrienne only gets her Bite attack. Also, now that I'm flanking with Lucanor, both of us have the Precise Strike teamwork feat, so we're able to do 1d6 extra damage on each attack.
GM Niles
Round 4

Round 4
Hecktor even while prone cuts the legs out from the werewolf, killing it. He then takes his move action to stand.
Lucanor provokes an AoO from the Were taking 10 ,Lucanor is at 12/31,swings and misses after he stands.
Michael moves to flank the Were.
Worgs fight with Gared some more
Silas attacks and finishes the werewolf.
Combat over, Gared et al. finished off their Worg.
The pack is closing, perhaps 1/4 mile?
Michael Stamford
Looks like Lucanor needs another Fort save for that second bite. Or is it a "Once you save, you're immune" thing?
"I'm good, but I don't like that howling. We need to get moving again. Silas, break out that hat we got a while back. You know, that one that lights up. I'll stick my everburning torch on my shield. It doesn't look like we're going to get any sleep tonight."
Michael Stamford
True, but 17 is usually enough to beat most level 3 fort saves. And I'm an optimist. May want to use that wolfsbane just in case though. It would add some verisimilitude and make the metagaming a little less blatant...
Silas Hawkwinter
Silas would have used his saving finale if given the chance. If not Luc needs some of that wolfsbane...
Michael Stamford
When you go werewolf, you lose control of your character and the GM has it. So, not a good thing.
Lucanor
"I took a bite, and I'll be wanting that wolfsbane soon," Lucanor says, even as he moves towards the children, "Michael, how many children can you get out of here on that horse?"
Double Move towards the kids if need be said
