I am in the process of doing some minor changes (1st level still), including reducing Cha in favor of Wis. I'll update my profile and post here once I'm done.

3) Both K’Kei and Stali are brand new, with too little prestige for a wand. Correct? Can you guys ask for help when you need it from the rest of the team?
4) General Chak Yuen Chen and K’Kei have the same avatar. Can one of you switch to something else for the duration of this game?
5) Is there anything last minute that you guys wish to change for your characters? Equipment to buy?

I'm quite wiling to use alternate avatars or to use the same avatar. I'll do whichever you think would make things best and/or easiest. I guess I have a mild preference for separate avatars since I do see Vralk as a different character (although he is also partly a window into Gallako, doing and saying things that Gallako is too refined to say)
I probably have to finalize my equipment a little. Nothing significant.
One rules issue probably better asked in advance. If I talk to some kind of animal (using the Feral Speech Hex) and the conversation ends up involving a dice roll, what roll will I be making? Diplomacy? Handle Animal? Also, can I get a Masterwork tool for this? I was thinking a basic bag of nice food (almost all animals like honey, for example) and species appealing toys, etc.

Go ahead and find an avatar for your familiar. If he's going to be snarking off to the NPCs, he deserves his own avatar. I also want him to have his own header with information on saves, hp, AC, etc.
I wound up looking up Feral Speech Hex. That sounds like so much fun. Hmmph. Diplomacy or Handle Animal? I think that either could work, but I am going to lean towards handle animal. In my mind, you're using your ability to train and interact with animals to enhance your diplomacy with them. Does this make sense? Also, if anyone wishes to make a counter argument or knows of a more definitive ruling, let me know.
You absolutely can get a masterwork tool for this. Just price it in the same amount of money as other masterwork tools.
This character has never encountered Sheila Heidmarch.
You are correct, the only chronicle on this character is WB4G on the Free RPG game day. I do not have a Wand of CLW.
