Hey guys - I was quite busy over the weekend, and I'll be travelling during the week. I'll try and get something up on the evenings, but it's bound to be short.

If C were a nasty suspicious sort, she would probably think that an American woman, overdressed, in the wrong part of town, was suspicious and might be one of our opposite numbers we are looking for.
But given she's not a nasty suspicious sort, she has no such thought in her head.
Hm.
At the very least, Sir Humphrey might insist we offer her our assistance in leaving this neighbourhood.
And since being a gentleman does require one to be an entertaining conversationalist, I see no reason why we shouldn't see what she knows.
If she's of the working persuasion, she might give some insight of the Killings, and if she's Centrum, six of us grilling her in public might give us a chance to see if she slips.

Sorry- I’m here... things have been crazy transitioning into summer (I have 2 kids who are out of school now and haven’t started summer activities yet) and when I’m low on time I usually start with my most active games and work down to the slowest ones as I have time. I’m going to post right now.
Sorry as well - things have been rather stressful over the past couple of weeks, and I've had myself scarce time to post. I'm definitely still interested, and I'll be back to regular posting schedule by Thursday at the latest.

Were we briefed on the Jack the Ripper murders beyond what Dr. Pearson specifically told us? If not, does anybody have a History skill that would apply to this time period?

Hey, sorry for ghosting. I've been having trouble keeping up with my games while my kids are on summer break from school. I'd like to say that things will be better in a couple weeks but I'm in a master's program that starts back up right around that same time so I'm not sure what my workload is going to be like...
I can go back to posting once in a while if you'd like or you can write me out, whichever you prefer. Just let me know.

Just a note to let everyone know that I am in the direct path of Hurricane Gordon. Unfortunately the foul beast of work has taken a heavy toll on my spare time, with both some good, and some inadvertently bad, side effects.
I don't think I'd be able to continue with the game, simply because I no longer have the spare time I once had. You've all made great characters, and it pains me that I won't be able to be a part of the game anymore, but I simply won't be able to contribute as much as I want to, and for that, I apologise.

This is a brief message to let everyone know that I am going to be on vacation from Sunday, 23 September until 1 October. As many of you may be aware, my wife is 90% blind from glaucoma. She wanted to see Walt Disney World through the eyes of friends who have never been (or haven't been in many years) before she can't see at all. So I, she, and 9 of our friends are all going to Walt Disney World for a week!
During this time, my posting will be greatly curtailed, if not nonexistent. If you are in my game, I will continue upon my return, just sit tight. If I am in your game, please feel free to bot me as required.
During this week leading up to my vacation, I will be very busy and may be slowed, but I will try to get a post out before leaving for the week.

I know when to quit. I thank those of you who have stuck with it this long, but I think it is time to call this one dead. Thank you all for joining me, but I will be removing this one from the active list in a few days. My apologies to those of you who were still interested and enjoying it. Apologies for the lack of posting. October was... not fun. Life sucker punched me, and while I was distracted with the bloody nose, Fate snuck up behind me and beat me with a baseball bat.
Things are clearing up, but it may be after the holidays before I have the energy to post regularly.
On the good side, it's looking like I may be employed before Christmas again, so yay.
Again, apologies for falling off the face of the earth, just... as I said, October was not a good month.
