Honestly; I'd start with something from Season 1 reason being
* you can probably find (in the GM discussion forum) information on how to run the module -- tips and tricks from GMs that have and have found way to tweak/improve the mod to make it enjoyable (disclaimer -- not accusing anyone of actually changing the mod)
* The season 1 mods seem to be more player friendly than some of the early season 2 mods.
* Season 1 has some great hook series (Devil you know it, Echos of Everwar) that you can used to bring players back for 4 sessions (they'll make the committment for the series and you have them hooked into the society and they'll keep coming back)
*Season 1 has a few more lvl 1-5 scenarios to start off with

I'm going to begin running Scenarios in my store in a few weeks and I was curious to which Scenario would be a good jumping on point? Something from Season 2 I'm assuming? Should I just go with the most current one or start with number 1?
I like Season 0 - #4 Frozen Fingers of Midnight, Season 0 - #5 Mists of the Mwangi, Season 1 - #45 Delirum's Tangle, Season 1 - #35 Voice in the Void. Any of these make a good starting point into the Society, Absalom and Golarion. Season 1 - #33 Assault on the Kingdom of the Impossible makes a good 2nd or 3rd session mod. Season 1 - #51 The Shadow Gambit and Season 1 - #52 The Twofold Demise are a good two part which lead into the season 2 stuff, but you probably want to keep these for session 6+. I just played Season 2 - #01 The Bloodcove Disguise and look forward to playing part 2, but I'm not sure I would start off with them for an entry point.

Any of these can work well for a party of new PCs.
