I'm a bit unclear of who is where...correct me if I'm mistaken, but it looks as if there are two bad guys up the stairs, two more at ground level between Ali and Davosh, and yet three more at the other end of the room--the half orc and two others. Is this all correct?

Close.

Everyone is on the same floor. The two adjacent Ali on the map are underneath the flight of stairs. Said stairs run up to the second floor south of the railing.

Make more sense now?

Round 3? 4? sorry Im posting out of order...

Hopefully still unnoticed after stealthy entrance, Kappi waits for a moment spear clutched in hand. He tries to select the best opponent to take advantage of.
He delays till Davosh works his mojo. The young rogue decides to sneak attack the man next to Davosh thinking it wise to team up and take the man out. A careful step then a well aimed spear thrust through his lung...

Also to be honest, this campaign although young is making me old with time between resolution posts. I know it's holiday season but meh I could just be grumpy.

Edward life-links (Vojtek gets 5 hp back) and then casts CLW.
    1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Davosh silently screams — well, silent to all but one of the raiders...
    1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
...who puts his hands to his ears and stops doing anything else this turn.

Kappi takes the opportunity to thrust his spear into him! The raider drops.

Vojtek charges, and loses his balance during the charge. Still, somehow his blade catches the raider under his right arm and continues all the way through him. He falls.

    Ali attacks, but cannot connect.

The northernmost raider five-foots and fires her bow at Vojtek's raging rage-ness.
    1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10

Ever the ladies' man, Davosh gets two raider lasses hitting on him (or at least, trying to hit him), as one five-foots over from in front of Ali.

    1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 3 - 2 = 6
    1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
    To no avail.

The half-orc who came from the kitchen door moves to the entrance and tries to get out!
    STR check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
The door creaks and groans, but doesn't budge. She looks back at Vojtek, fear in her eyes.

All at once, two blue-tinged skeletons clatter down the stairs and into the room!

    Party up!

Five-star Hound of Tindalos. Er, GM. Whatever. | RoW Encounter Map |

Yep. That's the way it goes sometimes. You're due to decimate an encounter or two shortly.

The female raider five-foots into a tactically sound position, able to AoO Kappi or Davosh and still flank Ali. Alas, she is still sickened, so...
    1d20 + 3 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 3 - 2 + 2 = 13

Her companion attacks Ali as well!
    1d20 + 3 - 2 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 3 - 2 + 2 = 5

The blue skellies move in to do their thing!
    on Vojtek: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
    dmg: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

    on Ali: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8
    dmg: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Suddenly, a man dressed in furs appears as if from nowhere in the corner near the fireplace! As he does, three of the fallen raiders on the ground begin to rise! Arise, my minions, and bring death to these intruders!

Vojtek gets an AoO on one near him, if he wishes.

The half-orc looks at the barred door, then at the walking dead, and shouts something in a language other than Common: Bu sacl magee!

    Orcish:

    F%&! this shit!

She then breaks for the door she came from and sprints into that room.

    Party up!

I see some grey area over whether an animate dead spell constitutes an offensive action (rendering someone under effect of invisibility visible again), but ultimately figured it should since the resultant undead would then be quite offensive. Plus, eff it, it's my game and I can make that call, LOL, amirite?

ooc - Point of order - did the dead thing in front of Vojtek stand up? If so - AoO?

    Maybe AoO to raised dead robot thing: Power Attack with Greatsword: 1d20 + 7 - 1 ⇒ (11) + 7 - 1 = 17 for 2d6 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (3, 4) + 9 + 2 = 18 damage.

  • I don't THINK I've targeted this guy yet.

Davosh turns his Eye towards the man in the north of the room. For a second he sees his new friend Vojtek winding down. Damnation I wish I wasn't so weak! he thinks. With all his ire and wrath he unleashes the Evil Eye on the man. DC 15 to reduce duration from 8 to 1 round.

Vojtek manages to drop the zombie next to him before his rage ends. What does that put him at hp-wise?

    Vojtek's post-rage HP will be: 3 / 14

Vojtek snaps at the zombie, in a furious snarling chomp as the thing falls. Luckily for the barbarian, the bite missed, because a mouthful of zombie is never a good thing.

    Kappi's Attack for the Round:

After scampering across the table and sending flatware and drinks flying, the young man gains his footing and hurls a razor-sharp tomahawk at the evil cleric with a grunt of exertion.

    Tomahawk!: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14 for 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

    Additional thing for Vojtek:
After his attack he steps to the wall and turns his attention to the cleric.

Kappi's tomahawk sails past the cleric harmlessly.

Meanwhile the two frost skeletons move in on Kappi!
The one on his left charges in!
    1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 + 2 = 7
    1d4 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

And its twin five foots once the other moves into flank and full attacks with both its bony claws!

    1d20 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 + 2 = 10

The cleric points at the now-fatigued Vojtek and casts a spell!

Gutteral grunts and shouts can be faintly heard from the kitchen area.

Even with the AC Hex from Davosh? Just saying…

Vojtek's mind, as it plunges into the icy waters of reality after his murderous, blinding rage struggles to resist the compulsion of the evil cleric.

Vojtek's exhausted body nearly collapses after the exertions of his fury, but he fastens his red-rimmed eyes on Kappi as the magical compulsion worms its evil way through his weakened mental defenses.

With a final animalistic snarl before he begins to realize what he has done, Vojtek snaps at Kappi, trying to bite the boy with his fearsome teeth.
