The horses continue to neigh and whine loudly, protesting your presence and arrival here in the mines. Naiomi quickly makes the repairs required to the elevator working again. The party loads in and takes the lift down. Once on the ground they emerge and see what would be an unremarkable cavern were it not for the metal tower that occupies most of the space and pushes against the fractured ceiling.
"Shhh." You hear a whisper coming from the metal tower. You notice an arrow slit through which peeps an eye. "Stay quiet. My name is Bertrag. I am an Ouat monk. The Doomsday Knights are nearby and they've got a powerful beast. There are five others in here with me; we've been in here for a week. We were captured while on patrol and they were going to sacrifice us but I used my instant fortress to protect us. Now we can't leave or they'll snatch us again."
Whispering back
"Instant Fortress? Never mind doesn't matter, the lift behind is fixed, you should be able to escape, or you can join us if you're feeling well enough. We mean to rid this area of those Doomsday Knights, any information would be useful."
There is a pause from inside the metal tower. "No, you don't understand. We can't leave this tower, not only because of the Doomsday Knights but because of what it has done to this cavern. Don't you see the cracks? This whole place might collapse!"
"I see, what should we do then? The monks that sent us did not expect survivors but as you seem to be here we should rescue you. Do you mean to stay in the tower until you perish? Can you not flee the tower quickly before it collapses?"
"The Doomsday Knights! They are in this cavern. Isn't that ... why you are here? Once you've taken care of the Knights I'll lower the fortress, but I can't risk doing that until I know for certain the threat has been eliminated."

Naiomi points to Sajan. "Bertrag, How can you be in two places at the same time?" bluff:1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16
You sense no false motives from the voice claiming to be Bertrag.
The voice doesn't respond at first but after thirty seconds of silence it says hesitantly, "I think you must be thinking of another Bertrag. I've been locked in here with the other prisoners for a week now."
"Alright, i think he's telling the truth. Lets go help guys! Bertrag #2, you too. Come on, lets go!"
And with that Naiomi motions for the team to move forward.
Marching order? Naiomi does not wanna be in front since shes a flanker. Im guessing Yukine up front, followed by Sajan, Naiomi, Paiomi, and Dan
Naiomi tip toes in the shadows, attempting to be unseen during this advance.
The sisters sneak south down the corridor to check out what's ahead.
Directly south seem to be sleeping quarters and a messy campsite. To the east she can see around the corner four human men wearing scale mail and bearing shields and axes in the room. They are watching a small stunted creature with wings. To the west a tunnel leads downward.
They retreat back to their party and inform them of their findings to plan a path forward.
The three Hasegawa's all sneak south and east past the sleeping quarters into the area with the four knights. Easily catching the group by surprise, none of the five creatures are expecting their arrival!
Sajan, Naiomi, Paiomi all get surprise round actions.
Paiomi's water blasts just over the head of the red knight at the same time that Naiomi's ninja star sails between the legs of the same man. As the girls come screaming Bergrag's name he jumps around to face them and shouts, "What the s~&&?!
Sajan moves into position to prepare his attack just as the first two knights decide to do as well. Moving into either side of him the pair of knights flank Sajan and swing their axes toward him. The first one misses but the second one embeds the blade into Sajan's back 8 damage.

Troyst hears the shouts and follows suit. He rushes down the hallway, screaming at the top of his lungs, "FOR BERTRAG!!!" He dodges, ducks, dips, dives, and ... dodges his way into the room, changing course at the end and aiming for the flying thing.
Troyst makes it into the room without being contest by the knight near the doorway, though his continued call for Bertrag seems to have some of the enemy completed confused. One of them shouts, "Hey, wasn't Bertrag the name of that monk in that tower?" but his sentence is lost when he refocuses back on the battle at hand.
Naiomi's wazikashi rips into the opponent before her, drawing first blood from the knight.
The tiny winged creature whirls and looks around, deciding this isn't a place it wants to be. With a zip it withdraws and flies up and away through the mine shaft tunnel, disappearing out of sight.
Both Paiomi and Sajan all miss with their attacks, the knights proving difficult to strike.
The yellow knight moves north of Troyst and swipes at the brawler with his dwarven waraxe, but misses. The yellow knight moves southwest to get into flanking position with the knight north of Troyst. Trying to skillfully move through the area without exposing himself, he fails miserably and completely opens himself up to the brawler Troyst gets an AoO on purple. Worse yet, once it position he completely and utterly misses with his swipe as it sails over Troyst's head.
The orange knight clustered close to the group takes a 5' step back to flank Sajan. While behind him he buries his dwarven waraxe into his upper back, cracking bones and ripping open a huge wound (13 damage).
Not to miss out on the damagefest, the red knight moves to the east of Troyst and buries his waraxe into the brawlers left shoulder blade (8 damage).
Naiomi shifts back, watching Sajan get pummeled by the foe. She is clearly unsettled. "No one beats a Hasegawa but me!" she yells out as she side steps to a better position against the YELLOW target.

Troyst curses as the blade lodges, briefly, in his shoulder. He's not deterred from attacking the other yellow knight, however. After unleashing his Flurry of Kitten Paws, he steps between the two knights so he no longer has anyone at his back.
Sajan and Naiomi both hit with all of their attacks and Troyst manages to land one of his blows before things get a little crazy. The two forward knights pause to get a gist of what's happening on the battlefield which allows Yukine to quickly take her action.
The first knight strikes Sajan, dealing a vicious blow 11 damage.
All the remaining knights surround and collapse on Troyst. Simultaneously raising their dwarven waraxes and shouting, "FOR TROG!". Surrounded by terror on three sides, it's all Troyst can do to protect himself when the axes fall. All three waraxes strike the brawler in rapid succession, one critically opening a major artery in his leg. As blood pumps out he loses consciousness and collapses to the floor in a bloody heap of chopped meat. 10+17+5=32.
Seeing the battle turn for the worse, Naiomi lets out a shriek of energy sidestepping into a flanking position and letting Yellow have the brunt of her rage.
The party rallies against Troyst's fall and lays a beatdown on the knights! Yukine expertly slashes at the wounded foe nearby and takes him to the ground. The sisters both combine to blast another knight and send him sprawling to the ground as well. Sajan lands both of his attacks before taking a step away into the corridor.
Troyst ... bleeds more.
The southern most knight growls loudly when two of his companions drop and moves up to flank Naiomi. He buries his waraxe into her chest 7 damage just as his companion swings and misses from behind her.
Seeing the next knight move into the position of the previous one she continues swinging her nodachi.
