If we were spending two nights to rest, Neji most certainly would have used her channels + cure spells to get everyone to full during the day in between.
Lets assume you healed up to full. There is not a ticking timer and it gives you time to buy the alchemical fire (though you picked up 10) or whatever else you want.

I am going to take 3 of the alchemist fire.
I marked myself down for the +1 shortsword, but I plan on taking a level of inspired blade swashbuckler at next level (that will focus me towards rapiers), so if anyone else wants it just speak up.
Maja already took the masterwork shortsword, but the magic version would be another upgrade. However, maybe she'll just use it when Taya moves on to rapiers.
You'd be stuck with a penalty for using a medium weapon when you're small, but you are welcome to it.
Taya claimed a masterwork chain shirt earlier in the adventure.

One of the odd things about this AP, at least to me as a GM, is that this first book is almost 100% railroading the players. Your on a path that you pretty much have to follow to find the end.
That said if you want to deviate just tell me, otherwise I will keep on pushing you around.
Well, we definitely have to get to a certain place in the AP for it to work, so I don't have any problem with the train.

Wow, this book is hard to not make just a series of one combat after another in this format. I think at the table it would be a little easier but still rough when you are literally following a path for a big part of the book.

Wow, you are the first person to ever tell me they are going to Zimbabwe, hope you have a good trip.
So, I have an idea on how to help us out of this combat that has hated us, but it would likely rob us of XP and possibly not work.
It can't be that bad of an idea. And resolving combat's non-violently usually grants XP anyway, depending on how the GM handles things.
Not easy to do this far into combat but go for it. Please give whatever appropriate roll might go with it since I am guessing it is an RP option.
