ACK! I just noticed that Andrei posted a question and I didn't respond. I think I got confused by his next post.

Daran fills you in that the Undead were spotted near a set of ruins known as Old Owl Well, some 60 miles away. It's near another abandoned hamlet known as Conyberry. Old Owl well is close to a hilly area known as the Wyvern Tor.

Sound idea, may still have some healing potions left but I think they have largely been put to use as we found them or shortly afterwards. At least as I remember them being found.

"At best we could be there in 2 days but Torag knows we wouldn't see any ambushes coming at that pace. A better pace would be 3-4 days depending on how much noise we wish to make along the way. Perhaps this Conyberry would be along the same lines as the direction Gundren needs to go, we could kill two birds with one stone as it were."

The party heads towards the Old Owl Well, a map was drawn for them by a helpful townsperson. The travel is easy along the Phandalin Road and then the Triboar Trail. 1d20 ⇒ 20 1d12 ⇒ 9 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15

Travel is easy until late in the day, the sun begins to set and just as you cross a slight rise in the road you are partially blinded by the setting sun, three orcs use this opportunity to ambush the party!

Theatre of the mind for this fight. The Orcs are on either side of the road 1 on the left, 2 on the right
